Friends, Family & Pets All Welcome

Centrally located, our home is a perfect base for excursions in any direction. You can view Shiprock, one of New Mexico’s most iconic landmarks from the living room window. You can explore Mesa Verde National Park, Chaco Canyon National Historical Park, Canyon de Chelley National Monument, and the Salmon & Aztec Ruins that are all an easy day-trips from Farmington, New Mexico. World class fly fishing on the San Juan River is just down the road. Travel north-east for a day trip to Durango, Silverton or Telluride and enjoy spectacular San Juan scenic byway. (Bring your toys…bikes, quads, boats, etc..) If casino’s or horse racing is your thing, you will find 2 within 6 miles of the home.
For your indoor entertainment, you will find a flat screen TV in all the bedrooms but one (twin room does not have tv). Internet is available to keep up with what's going on in the outside world. This home is equipped with a washer/dryer so you need not pack a lot of clothes for an extended stay. Three of the four bedrooms have Queen beds and there is a Twin with a pull-out trundle bed underneath in the forth room. Just a few Amenities that you will find in our home... Air conditioning, Alarm clock, Amenities Basket filled with items you may have forgotten at home, Fully functioning kitchen with Coffee/Tea facilities, Microwave, Crock Pot, Ceiling fans, DVD Player & movies, Board Games, Wired Internet & Wi-Fi, Desk, Linens & Towels, Satellite/Cable TV, Enclosed patio with table & chairs & Bar-B-Q Grill .

Great property, very clean

We had a group of 10 travelling together that stayed at this property. It was comfortable and the bed options were perfect for us. The property was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely recommend staying here!

WONDERFUL PROPERTY

This is such a lovely property!! I cannot express the attention to detail that the owner took with absolutely everything. The home was immaculate!! We were in town for my mother's memorial service and this was such a much cozier place to stay than a hotel. We were traveling with our Golden Doodle who was very comfortable as well. We will definitely be staying here again when in town to visit family.

Fantastic Stay

I'm so glad to have found this home to share Christmas with my grown children and their dogs. We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. The living space is incredible. The decor is updated and fresh. The open floor plan allows lots of together time, as well as private bedroom spaces. There are lots of hiking trails in the area. We had so much fun that we kept extending our stay, and Kathy was very prompt in returning my messages. This is a gem of a property and I heartily recommend it to others.

The host was there for us, we had got in late and our code to let us in didn't register. I texted her about the code, we were going to leave. When she got back to us within minutes. The house was perfect size for family of 5. The house was clean and inviting. Every store you needed was within about 10 minutes. We enjoyed are home away home. Very pleased with the house and the service. Thank you

Perfect home for a group

The house was perfect, very nice. It was completely stocked with everything we could have possibly needed (thank you so much for that!) Our host also allowed us to check in a little early which was amazing to escape the heat. The house is close to town and easy to access. The only downside was the neighborhood. We tried to go on a couple of walks and there were quite a few loose dogs running around. Overall really lovely. Thank for for a nice and peaceful stay.

Farmington rock fest.

Our overall experience with this property was very good. There was plenty of parking, space in the house, and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay there again when I visit Farmington again.

We currently live just outside of Aztec,NM just down the road from were he grew up. We are both retired and are enjoying life & family.
Our family originated from the Aztec / Durango area so we tend to congregate here for the holidays. Having 7 kids and 11 grand-kids and still growing we thought this would be a great investment to share when family was visiting from out of state.
