4 bedroom, 2 bath cottage on a working Thoroughbred farm in beautiful Woodford County Kentucky. Enjoy watching mares and foals frolic in fields by the cottage located on a private long drive way. Close proximity to famous Keeneland racecourse, Woodford Reserve and Ashford Stud (home to recent Triple Crown winners Justify and American Pharoah). Close to the Lexington airport, 7-8 miles from downtown Lexington.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The property is stunning and incredibly peaceful. One of our favorite parts was getting to say hello to the horses throughout the day—the home is surrounded by beautiful pastures, which made it feel extra special. The house itself was comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. We’d love to return someday—thank you so much, Kitty!

WOW! What a magical place if you like horses and want a relaxing, serene environment. The home is charming and lovely and had everything you could need. The picturesque views from the kitchen, front porch, and bedrooms are spectacular! The horses were approachable, majestic, and something to remember. And I would be amiss if I didn’t mention the extremely friendly farm staff that was willing to share some of the farm’s history and the gardener even provide a tour of the new development near head waters. Such an amazing trip that I have already book the Cottage for next year! Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven on earth with us

Our group of four had a wonderful time staying at the cottage. We loved interacting with the horses on the farm and the environment was so tranquil. The cottage is comfortable, quiet and homey with room to spread out and walk. It was so nice to come home to after a day of exploring and bourbon tours. A highlight for me was watching the horses at Keeneland race track during the morning workouts. We absolutely would stay here again.

Restful and Peaceful Destination

This was our second visit to Orchard Park. First time we went with family and this time with friends. So lovely and peaceful. Beautiful countryside, home, and sunsets. Absolutely love seeing the mothers and foals together. Everyone is so kind and friendly. Will definitely return for another stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house and property were wonderful. The house was a great size that accommodated some extended family that also came at the last minute. Amazing Experience

This was our favorite family trip yet, we will be back! The guest home and the property were beautifully peaceful. Our daughter enjoyed waking up and ending her day surrounded by horses, she made a few friends! Ryan, Kitty and Allison were all lovely and greeted us upon arrival. We enjoyed fires in the fireplace and cooking.
