About this property

VILLA WITH POOL: WATERFRONT SPIRIT

The house is located between the beach and the port. Its location gives it absolute tranquility due to its impasse and the configuration of the place, away from the tumult of tourists. Need animation, the center of Canet beach is quick to access on foot or by bike, otherwise the tranquility of the house welcomes you for absolute rest.

We have designed our house to be welcoming and the various spaces, allow you to isolate yourself according to your desires: Meals around your large table with friends, swimming pool, lazing around at the pool house, reading corner, pétanque with friends, siesta at the shade of the umbrella pine.

In the garden, our apricot tree is generous in fruit this year, and if you are lucky, the lemon tree will give you lemonades. Only the ice cubes will be missing.

Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Jolie maison avec quelques améliorations à prevoir

La maison est bien décorée, avec beaucoup de charme et le panier d’arrivée très sympa. La proximité de la plage très pratique aussi même si proche de plusieurs chantiers et avec le pas mal de passage malgré que ce soit une impasse… mais il y a quelques points à améliorer : - La chambre du bas a une forte odeur, très dérangeante. Nous l’avons quittée au bout de 2 nuits car trop inconfortable. - La piscine était gelée, la pompe à chaleur était éteinte au tableau, je comprends pas pourquoi. - Il était prévu un kit de nettoyage à notre arrivée mais les éponges étaient usagées, rien de neuf. - Même si je comprends les abus qu’il y a pu avoir, je trouve le traitement de la consommation électrique trop contraignant, la « menace » d’une sur facturation était une première pour nous.

Nous avons passés une super semaine en famille!! Les extérieurs sont très appréciables, à l’abri des regards, la piscine et son coin détente parfait !! La maison est décorée avec goût on s’y sent bien des l’arrivée, propriétaire disponible et à l’écoute des clients. Très bon emplacement de la maison, la plage est a quelques minutes. Nous recommandons et espérons revenir avec plaisir !!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine! Piscine très appréciable et à l’abris des regard, terrasse de derrière parfaite pour les repas en toute tranquillité, la maison est décoré avec goût cela change des locations que nous avons pu avoir, la mer a 10min franchement génial nous reviendrons mais Cette fois pour 2 semaine !

Homeaway isn't your way.....

The house is suitable for 6 people, not 9, and is furnished with good taste. The pool is nice but very small. The sea is about 700 meters away. Sorry, relations with the owner were not positive after our departure. I do not agree with his choices and I don't think to recommend this property.

Maison très agréable

Emplacement au calme et en même temps proche de la plage, maison decorée avec goût propre et reposante Il ne manque rien ou presque rien sauf clim dans une des chambres.merci aux propriétaires accueillant s et arrangeants très bon accueil de la part du service de conciergerie. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison.

La maison est très bien située, entièrement rénovée, avec une piscine pas grande mais complètement suffisante, une chambre avec la climatisation et une autre pièce avec un climatiseur mobile. La propriétaire est tres gentille. Je recommande de louer cette maison.
