This is a unique villa designed specially to take advantage of its magnificent position high on the side of a beautiful wooded valley and overlooking the sea. It has two spacious terraces and a courtyard to enjoy outside living and is just 5 minutes from the sandy beach at Sa Riera. (There is no garden )
It is important to note that its position means that the villa can only be accessed from the road by steps and that there are further steps between many areas inside the house, making it unsuitable for those with limited mobility or young children. Cars can be parked safely on the quiet road below the house.
On the ground floor the living areas have a light and airy feel and lovely views. In particular, the dining room is a special feature of this house with double aspect windows onto both the secluded courtyard at the back and the enormous furnished front terrace with a small pool and extensive sea views.
In addition there is a comfortable living room divided into two parts by steps, thus giving two distinct areas to enjoy, and there is access to the back courtyard.
The fourth bedroom is found on the mezzanine level above the living room and has a single bed with room for an extra folding bed if required.
There are two bedrooms on this floor with the second bedroom accessed through the first. Both with A/C. They share a bathroom and toilet. Also on the ground floor is the modern, well-equipped kitchen.
In the tower on the first floor, there is a further bedroom suite with its own large, private terrace with spectacular views over the valley and the sea. This room is accessed only via an exterior staircase. With A/C.

I got to the front of office Servi Sa Punta in July 2007 coming directly from another company in the sector in which I was reconciling studies and practice for 7 years. From the beginning we have focused our efforts to differentiate ourselves as a company that serves its customers quickly and efficiently. To do this we focus our main area of work alongside the properties we rent and we have maintained a small structure that allows us to deal directly with the client at all times. We attend the client from pre-arrival providing information on how to get here; we take him to the rented property and solve his problems during his stay every day of the week. We are in Sa Punta Urbanization next to the beach right on the border of the two towns Pals and Begur (Costa Brava centre).Our rentals offer try to satisfy all kinds of customers , from the apartments with the better price / performance ratio to the luxury properties. We understand that it is not possible to classify customers; each offer we make is designed for getting close to their expectations. The personalized service begins when we receive a request from a client and continues during all the reservation process, allowing us to have a relationship even before the arrival. Our work area has two distinct zones, one is an urbanisation of detached houses and the other next to the golf club has apartment buildings with a maximum height of three storeys. In both cases the offer is intended for family holidays. Our offer is based especially on sun and beach, but our location allows us to complement a wide variety of activities. Sports activities ranging from water sports, golf, tennis, horse riding , scuba diving. Cultural activities include visits to museums, routes of modernism and Romanesque, Roman settlements, medieval villages. A wide variety of cuisine ranging from Michelin starred restaurants within short distances to taverns specialized in fresh fish from our coast

For hygienic safety reasons when you arrive at the house you will find these details in the bathrooms:
The brushes have been removed.
The cleaning ladies have removed the shower curtains and left you a replacement curtain. This curtain has been washed and stored inside a plastic following the protection measures.
For the same hygienic safety reasons, we have removed the medicine cabinets and hair dryers from all the homes.
KITCHEN
For safety reasons, all the usual products in a kitchen that were in started containers have been withdrawn.

The pillow protectors have been changed prior to your arrival.
