Totally renovated cottage for 8 people in the heart of the Cèze valley
Large cottage of 150m2 on 2 floors (ground floor and 1st) renovated in 2018 located in the center of the picturesque village of St Laurent de Carnols, 5 km from Goudargues, 2 km from the most beautiful beaches and canoes of the Cèze and ideally placed for visiting the magnificent cities of the region such as Avignon, Uzès and its famous market, Nîmes, Arles, Aiguèze ...
With its 3 terraces and a 15m2 tropézienne, it accommodates 8 people in the greatest comfort:
3 independent bedrooms each with a shower and a sink (on the ground floor a 140 bed, on the first floor, a bedroom with a 160 bed and another with either 2 beds of 90 or can be assembled)
1 pass-through room with a new 1,40m sofa bed
1 wc per floor
Laundry room with washing machine
New and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, extractor hood, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, fridge / freezer).
TV and WiFi
Garage for one vehicle or several motorcycles / scooters / bikes.
Baby cot with high chair available on request
Weekly rental only
650 € / 1000 € per week, depending on the season. Discount depending on length.
Including charges. Linen not provided (sheets and towels 10 € / person)
