The house **is located in a quiet area, just 30 meters from Llafranc Beach**. It is an attractive property in a pleasant location surrounded by pine trees.

It has three storeys.

On the ground floor there is a sizeable front room, an open-plan kitchen, equipped with dishwasher, oven and gas hob and a spacious dining area with direct access to a quiet, shady and fresh patio. There is a ‘Wet Room’ at the end of the patio, containing shower and WC.

On the first floor is a large double bedroom (with a nice terrace overlooking the patio), a family bathroom and shower and one twin bedroom with a small balcony looking down towards the sea.

On the top floor there is the Master bedroom with en suite shower room and a balcony overlooking the patio and the first floor terrace. Also on this floor is another twin bedroom.

**There is an extra 80€ charge for short stays of between three and six nights. This additional cost is not included in the rental price**.
