Pier Park Vacation

Property was very nice well kept, employee very pleasant and helpful. Unit was very nice, kitchen needs a little TLC and could use a some restocking of kitchen items, but all in all was functional. Definitely enjoyed our stay there.

Amazing Property

The property has amazing views and great proximity to attractions. The only negative was the parking information was not included in the checkin instructions but it was quickly resolved upon arrival.

Love the view, perfect location!

Our room was absolutely gorgeous! Very clean and great view! Only bad thing was the Wifi was horrible, took 3 cycles to dry our clothes, and we had to park across the street.

Close to beach, great veiws - but count on stocking up

I use VRBO often, and sadly was a bit disappointed with this property. The condo was only half way clean when we arrived and nothing was left in the kitchen. Typically when we use VRBO properties, we purchase a few of the necessities and leave them there - and benefit from the previous guests also purchasing a few of the necessities (trash bags, detergent, toilet paper, paper towels etc.). This was not the case here. After each guest leaves, they must clear out all of these essentials and anything purchased by other guests and leave behind nothing. The condo sleeps 8 but there was only a 6" pan for cooking. There wasn't even enough glasses for each guest. There was also super long elevator waits. Overall - I wasn't super excited about this particular condo but the location was perfect though.

Horrendous Kitchen

Condo ok if you don’t plan to cook, so it was NOT a good fit for us! They did eventually bring glasses (there were NONE!) and pots and pans but not until I had spent a day and a half of my vacation on the phone, or waiting for some one to come to the condo. Then we had a repairman in our condo for HOURS fixing the garbage disposal, the ice maker, and the dryer!!!! I’m glad we got this unit all fixed up for the next renter, but again this was NOT what I paid a large sum for😩 And I have not even started on Calypso itself!! I am sorry to be negative, but I just CANNOT recommend this resort to anyone. I said we enjoyed our stay, but that was because we were with family and we love being together no matter what. If I’m honest, there WERE plenty of luggage racks, and the elevators moved pretty quickly. But the parking ramp is a disaster and it takes FOREVER to get to the beach.

PCB Summer Stay

A great condo to stay at! We had the best time. Access to everything we wanted to do was walking distance. There was a bit of a wait for the elevators on the first day but planned the times right the rest of the week and didn’t have to wait at all. We will definitely be back.

So much fun

The host was amazing... Only thing I suggest is to get someone who is going to thoroughly clean the unit. Floors were still dirty and shower... Other than that everything was beautiful and it was the best place I've stayed on vacation. Will definitely book again

Great stay

We really enjoyed staying here, the unit was clean and great location, right across from Pier Park. The only think I would suggest is bringing handsoap and dish liquid. There was a good supply of everything else.

Last minute stay as Hurricane Sally changed our plans to go to Orange Beach. Great location, across from Pier Park. The 22nd floor is great, so close to the ocean. It looked like you were in the water, so cool. I would definitely recommend 2204E. Get to the beach early if you want a good spot. Thanks!

View from the 22nd floor

I love staying at the Calipso. The view is perfect. The beach is the best and the location is convenient to Pier Park and local restaurants.
