Contemporary and very bright villa five minutes from downtown Aix-en-Provence.

Close to all amenities, easy access to highways.

It is located on the way to the famous paintings by Paul Cézanne and 20 minutes from Sainte-Victoire.

This villa of approximately 130m² is south facing and consists of three bedrooms including a master suite on the ground floor and a utility room in the basement.
Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms (provision of a cot and changing table possible), bathroom, WC and relaxation area with library (with a sofa bed), overlooking the living room.
You can enjoy a large living room with a very high ceiling and an American kitchen.

The villa has several large terraces equipped with an outdoor living room, a dining table and bbq (one facing south, the other to the east) and a 3x9m hard pool.

As an added bonus, an annex is available in the garden. It has a convertible sofa, a bathroom and a kitchen area. This annex overlooks the pool and the outdoor shower.

Ideally located:
- 40 mins from the blue coast,
- 40 mins from the creeks,
- 20 mins from the Luberon,
