Contemporary villa with heated pool in Aix-en-Provence

Contemporary and very bright villa five minutes from downtown Aix-en-Provence.

Close to all amenities, easy access to highways.

It is located on the way to the famous paintings by Paul Cézanne and 20 minutes from Sainte-Victoire.

This villa of approximately 130m² is south facing and consists of three bedrooms including a master suite on the ground floor and a utility room in the basement.
Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms (provision of a cot and changing table possible), bathroom, WC and relaxation area with library (with a sofa bed), overlooking the living room.
You can enjoy a large living room with a very high ceiling and an American kitchen.

The villa has several large terraces equipped with an outdoor living room, a dining table and bbq (one facing south, the other to the east) and a 3x9m hard pool.

As an added bonus, an annex is available in the garden. It has a convertible sofa, a bathroom and a kitchen area. This annex overlooks the pool and the outdoor shower.

Ideally located:
- 40 mins from the blue coast,
- 40 mins from the creeks,
- 20 mins from the Luberon,

Das Haus ist sehr schön, nur leider nicht gut gepflegt. Nicht so sauber und bei einem Waschbecken lief das Wasser sehr schlecht ab. Das Poolwasser war nicht OK, erst nachdem wir die Eigentümerin informiert hatten, wurde dies geändert.

Bonjour Je suis surprise de ce commentaire. La personne est charge de l’entretien de la maison nous a remonté que le lavabo de la suite parentale était bouché après votre départ mais absolument pas avant. Vous auriez pu nous contacter pour le lavabo en cours de séjour et nous serions venus régler le problème. Pour la piscine en effet, le système a disjoncté ce qui peut arriver. Le tout est de prévenir rapidement pour que l’on remonte en marche le système. Plus les locataires attendent et plus l eau de la piscine se détériore avec les fortes chaleurs Je suis désolée si le séjour que vous avez passé n’était pas à la hauteur de vos attentes Cordialement Doriane
