The location of the house allows you to do everything by bike or on foot. The Casino supermarket is 2 minutes walk away.
The location makes it possible to avoid the traffic jams of Andernos to go on the Cap Ferret or the Ocean.

The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
This clause is non-negotiable.

Linen option: Possible to provide bed linen and towels for 35 € / (bed + towels). Beach towels not provided.
Cleaning option: Provide in addition 40 € + 20 € / person for the household, to pay on the arrival and refundable at the end of the stay according to the state.
The house will have to be made with cleaned barbecue, clean and tidy kitchen, emptied and clean fridge, trash cans.

Preference rental from Saturday 14h to Saturday 10h (or Sunday 14h to Sunday 10h), flexible schedules possible.
