This bright, elegantly-furnished 19th floor studio is your home away from home situated in the heart of bustling & hip Condado (across the street from the Marriott Hotel & Casino). The studio apartment consists of a compact kitchen, comfortable yet chic living/dining area with a futon that folds out to sleep 2 & 2 matching side chairs. The north facing wall is a glass sliding door & opens onto a balcony with a majestic ocean view. The bedroom has a Queen-size bed (which sleeps 2), 32inch LCD TV. A walk-in closet is situated between the bedroom & the bathroom. The building has a private pool complete with chaise lounges & also has a private gym.

Overall area was close to everything. Walking distance to all kinds of foods. Condo was good but it is on a noisey street so bring ear plugs. Great view of ocean.

Exactly as promised — delightful!

The host was helpful, attentive, and responsive — offering a list of local restaurants and other information. Check-in was easy, and went exactly as promised. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated with a lovely view and balcony from which to enjoy it.The kitchen had everything we could need, and the apartment had plenty of storage space. Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great location but bring ear plugs

Clean and in the middle of everything but that comes with a price. We thought the 19th floor wouldn’t get too much street noise, we were wrong. Other than the noise and unexpected electricity outage that lasted all day, we enjoyed our stay.

There was no parking, and it was very expensive to park, anywhere. It was advertised as sleeping three. There was a futon in the living room that had no sheets. We had to buy sheets and a towel, because there was only 2 towels. There WAS no privacy as the bedroom had no door. There was no oven, the unit was very very small.I would Never stay here again, and would Never recceomend it to anyone. Bad owner and bad rental!

Decent but not exceptional

Great location and generally quite clean but may be water leak from the bathroom sink as water was always on the floor by a left-side wall and evidence of light mold possible. Also the Roku TV was difficult to operate and no instructions available to help. Correct these issues and we would be glad to stay again. Very cooperative building staff.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. Check on process was clear and concise. Ocean views and easy access to main street in Condado Beach area. Public beach access less than 5 min walk and Immediate access to restaurants. Owner provided necessities for kitchen, bathroom and beach. Perfect size for 2.

Perfect Stay Before a Cruise

My SO and I stayed here for three nights prior to a cruise. The condo is very clean, bed is comfy (despite being a queen--but we dealt!), and pool area is amazing. The location is top notch. David, the property manager, is great to work with. We will definitely try to book with him again. Gold stars all the way around. Thank you.

A Great Stay with one Minor Hiccup

I had a fantastic time at this rental property! The location was perfect, and the amenities were just as described. The view was incredible. Everything was well-maintained and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable. David was incredibly responsive and attentive, addressing my concerns promptly. The only drawback was the lack of hot water during my stay, but the host's quick communication made me feel well taken care of. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway, and I'm hopeful that the hot water issue will be resolved for future guests! Thank you for a lovely experience!

Great view

Apartment was nice and clean with a minimalist modern feel. Balcony view was fantastic. We spent hours having coffee and cocktails out there. Would love to come back in 2020. Thanks also for the restaurant tips. Bebo's is my kind of place. David was communicative and responsive when we had questions.

Nice unit; great location

Our stay was a pleasant one. The common areas of the building is well cared for. Great location with several restaurants, groceries and liquor including a nearby CVS. We were well satisfied with our unit. It was equipped with sufficient stemware, towels, beach chairs and umbrella, toiletries and balcony furniture. The pillows could use replacements as well as a mattress topper for comfort. We had a couple of questions and the owner was very responsive. There is a gym and pool which we did not use but seemed fine. Other tenants were very friendly. I would certainly stay here again

Stay in Condado

This was a great spot for us to be in! We loved to beautiful views and security entrance to get in. Made us feel safe and the pool was a big plus, almost always had sun. The running water does take a while to get hot (not warm), then it is hard to change from there as a heads up! The beach seats were of use to us and they were great. The property manager was very prompt in response time. Be aware that you are in a busy city, you will hear some street noise, but it was bearable. No tv in the living room was weird but truly fine since we were always on the balcony eating food/having a drink instead of being indoors. Shower could use an update as well. the kitchen does not have much counter space but there are utensils for about everything you need. This is a great place to stay If you are looking for a 5 min walk to the beach, private pool shared with the other people in the complex, and great views this is it. The bed is a queen and quite comfy.

This place is centrally located to the beach and lots of places to eat, all in a 5-10 minute walking distance. The view from the balcony is beautiful and everything we hoped it would be. The bed is very comfortable. We loved that there were two chairs, an umbrella, beach towels and cooler to take with us to the beach. We bought some pool floats to leave there as well. Uber is a great way to get around San Juan ($5-10). We even used DoorDash a couple of times when we didn’t feel like leaving the condo. PokēBar is amazing and right next to the condo. So fresh and delicious. The A/C felt amazing to come back to the room on those hot days. The 24hr Security were pleasant and made us feel safe during our stay. David was a great host and always got back to us if we had any questions.

Cute Condo in Trendy Neighborhood

We stayed at the Ocean View Condo for two nights and it was great retreat before our cruise. Communication with David ahead of time was excellent. The checkin was a breeze and the security in the condo is wonderful. The view is fantastic and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and afternoons watching the ocean, people playing tennis, and the beach goers. The neighborhood is great with lots of restaurants within walking distance and even right outside the condo building. We especially liked "Prime" for breakfast at the front of the condo and the gelato place a block away is fantastic. We ate wonderful dinners at Ropa Vieja Grill and La Bodeguita; both a short walk away. The apartment could use a little bit of construction updating like baseboards, some outdoor paint, etc., but nothing too bad. There is some traffic noise that comes up from the street, so if you are a light sleeper, that may be a problem. However, we really enjoyed the apartment and will rent it again if we are ever back in Puerto Rico. Thanks David!

Great location!!!

The location is great. The condo is on the small side, so I don’t recommend more than two people for the condo. I’m 4’11 and my mother, who stayed with me, is also short. The bathroom isn’t huge so keep that in mind. The building is nice and located in the perfect spot. There was security and you need to use a key fob to enter the building and enter the elevator area. However, the gym needs to be updated. I think flooding happened in the gym which is on a low level. But the pool area was nice. Overall, I liked the building. Right outside, there’s a few restaurants. There are plenty of things in walking distance. A block down the street is a Fresh Mart which is similar to Whole Foods grocery store. The beach is also in walking distance. The owner responded rather quickly when you send him a message. However, he didn’t send me any prompting messages, like - you’ll be checking in here and this is the process. I recommend texting him the day before you arrive like I did. He responds after you message him. There is a sectioned off area designated for the bedroom, which has a tv in it. There’s no door, so the hallway from the living room leads into the bedroom area. The bedroom area also has a door which opens to a nice size closet and the bathroom is inside there. We stored our suitcase in the closet. I loved the size of the closet. There isn’t a tv in the living room area, but I didn’t find that to be important. I would re-wash any dishes you use. My mom found a spoon with gunk.

Had a lovely time at the apt. Great view from the balcony, walking distance to the beach and loads of great bars and restaurants. I used the pool daily. The apt was a bit smaller than the pictures displayed but adequate space in bedroom and living room. A smallish kitchen but very very well appointed, likewise the beach and picnic supplies were very impressive. Easy to catch a bus to old San Juan, truly a great rental!

Great property in all the action

Really cute property in a great location. It has a great view of the ocean from the balcony and the building itself is really nice. Would recommend this if you’re looking for a 1-2 person getaway in Condado.
