Please be aware that A/C is provided via a window unit during summer months (almost NO buildings-less than 5%- in Seattle have central air conditioning). Also, be aware that this is a urban environment. In any urban core, you can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent outdoor environment is important to you, downtown Seattle (or any big city for that matter) may not be the best place for you to stay. That being said, this unit has high quality, noise muffling windows and heavy duty construction. Any questions about this, ask! We want our guests to be happy.

About Darik Eaton

My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.

Because of our knack at hosting, great marketing and amazing design, what was just an investment has become a full time business. We currently have 40 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.

Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.

We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!

You will love our property! You can pack light. We provide everything you will need to make you comfortable during your stay. Besides towels and linens, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a starter supply of toilet paper and paper towels. A high chair and pack n play are available for a flat rental.

My husband and I stayed at Seattle Oasis for 3 nights in June. There was a wonderful view of the water and

it's located within walking distance of Seattle Center. We took the train from Seattle Center to within 4 blocks

of Pike's Market. There are many good restaurants in the area where we stayed. We also enjoyed watching

the dogs at the dog park one block east and two blocks north of Oasis. The apartment was very clean and

luxurious.

Great location and view!

We walked to Pike's Market, the ferry to Bainbridge Island, and the variety of the restaurants in Belltown, of course. We used the light rail to the airport which was also convenient.

And we loved getting morning coffee and goodies from Macrina, thd bakery downstairs.

Comfortable, well stocked, awesome location

My husband and I with our teenage daughter just returned from a trip to Seattle area. While in town we stayed at this location and it was awesome. We were about 15 minute walk from Space Needle or Pike Place Market. We walked to the Wharf for fleet week, Harbor Tours, Sea Aquarium. Walked to the Space Needle area for MoPop. Chuhuly exhibit and a trip up the tower. Also strolled through olympic scupture gardens. One evening we even walked down to Pioneer square because of traffic it was as fast to walk as wait on a Lyft or Uber. Parking was secure and the building very secure so we felt very safe and comforatble in the unit. We enjoyed a pizza from Belltown pizza downstairs and took advantage of the Macrina bakery as well. Just up the street...a starbucks, but there are coffee shops every few feet and all of them were great.

We felt comfortable walking about as a family, I would not have walked around on my own with such comfort, but there is a lot of foot traffic on 1st street with lots of cafes that come out toward the sidewalk, so it's not a barren street you are walking along.

The appartment kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and kitchen gadgets gallore..we cooked Dungeness crab for ourselves and enjoyed quiet morning breakfasts and sometimes lunches here when taking short breaks of our touring. The only utensil missing was a spatula (considering how incredibly well stocked the kitchen is..they even had vases which we took advantage of, we can only assume it was damaged and thrown away without the owners realizing.)

The staff at Seattle Oasis were super accessable and friendly.

The price is higher than the some of the other appartments in the building/area, but we heard very little street noise in this one, that may have been because of the temporary AC unit theyhave installed during summer months. In any case we slept Fantastic!

We had no issues with our car until we checked out and were parked on a nearby street. Because our luggage was visable we had a smash and grab incident. Fortunately all they grabbed was our picnic cooler...(might have looked like a women's large handbag from outside). So other than a lost Dungeness crab treat, we were lucky. Just use caution and cover your belongings. We had gotten too causal, and feel we could have avoided the problem, by parking in the garages that are staffed down by the wharf and/or covering things more completely. But did make us appreciate the secure parking at the condo all the more.

Excellent location and we'll designed and appointed condo. Street noise is an issue if your a light sleeper. Carpet needs replacing and bathroom sink does not drain well

Good location and good accommodations

Nice accommodations although the lights take some getting used to. Easy garage access. The bed linens could be replaced. Thankful for air conditioner. Lost Wifi several times. Tiny condo which I wouldn't recommend for more than 2 people. All in all, though, a good choice for us.

We do have linens professionally washed, and I am not sure what the issue was for your stay, so I wish I could address this in more detail. We work hard to make sure our guests have an excellent experience, and if a future guest feels something is not up to par, we are available via telephone 24 hours a to put things right. This condo is very well placed, with walking access to most of Seattle's famous sites.
