Ideally located in the Quercy, near the river Lot and vineyards, near the most beautiful sites of the South West, the Lot and the Dordogne.
Cahors, Saint Cirq Lapopie, Rocamadour, Sarlat.
Equipped studio including:
Kitchen: hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker.
Living room: TV, sofa very comfortable BZ, extra bed, fan.
Shower room with shower and toilet (hair dryer, iron).
Side terrace: garden furniture, parasol, electric barbecue, 2 sun loungers.
Activities in the residence: swimming pool, ping-pong, volleyball + gourmet market one a week in July and August.

Propriété idéalement placée pour découvrir le Lot
Cet appartement bien situé, proche du Lot, nous a permis de découvrir le département à travers de nombreuses randonnées à partir de Prayssac. Nous avons pu également visiter divers villages ou villes au patrimoine médiéval et apprécier de magnifiques points de vue.
