This property is so special and unique as it is was once built as a rec house and lodge for the ski area once proposed on the mountain side. Although that never came to fruition, this neat building was built and spent a few decades changing identities, always giving hospitality to visitors. We have now been able to create four different and spacious guest spaces in a quiet and dark residential area, each with a very unique feeling to them.
The town is perfect, close to everything a Colorado enthusiast and lover of outdoors would want to be close to, convenient to get to, and yet just far enough away from the overcrowding, which is taking over much of the rest of the state, away from here.

The owner takes very good care to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. I have stayed here on multiple occasions. These are the best accomadations in Westcliffe.
The property is close to town without being too close. Very private and was furnished well. Had a real nice touch and feel to the place. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. very good communication.
We had everything we needed! Perfectly provisioned! And nice little ‘extra’ touches that made Aspen Breezes a comfortable ‘home’ for our Westcliffe visit!
Thank you Briana!!
This was a wonderful choice of places in Westcliffe while we visited our daughter. The space was clean and comfortable. Light and airflow were an issue in hot July. Comfortable couch and bed but the bathroom was so cramped and hardly functional. There was wasted counter space in the bedroom that could be used for a more usable bathroom. The bedroom could definitely use a larger fan to circulate air. The hosts were responsive and easy to work with.
Excellent location, great property, wonderful manager with on-the-spot help. Had a great stay. Could access downtown stores and restaurants easily and quickly, Comfy, cozy living room and bedroom. Just great!
For a quiet and restful getaway, this is the place. The small town of Westcliffe is quaint with friendly locals. Everyone is welcoming and eager to help with recommendations of places to eat, trails to hike, and galleries to visit. The Sangre de Cristo mountains are stunning and hiking is great. The Rainbow Trail is 100 miles long with a variety of trailhead accesses for easy, moderate, and difficult trails. The fall colors were beautiful this time of year. The calming sound of rustling leaves is surely why the accommodations are called Aspen Breezes. The bed is comfortable and we had all we needed for our stay. It might be helpful to bring a small bathroom caddy to put your things in since there isn't shelving in the bathroom. Other than that, we felt right at home. This location is in a quiet neighborhood where you can take a walk under the dark skies. We would definitely go back.
Our host Bianca was perfect. Quick to reply to all my text. The house was stocked w/ items I forgot to bring.... seasonings, air freshener, shampoo, hair dryer, fans, couch blankets, lots of pillows. Concrete parking & a small field parking for our truck w/ trailer & Jeep.
Nice quiet place to relax & enjoy after adventurous exploring.
Great little town & the restaurants where we ate were great!
AKA Willies 5* yummy
This is our second time renting from Bianca and everything was easy, we had just what we needed for a refreshing getaway and a great experience. I just wish we had been able to stay longer.
