Logement indépendant au sein d'une résidence. TrÚs bien équipé. TrÚs lumineux PrÚs du centre ville et quasiment sur la plage. Ce qui fait oublier la vétusté des lieux TrÚs bonne communication avec l'agence. Nous avons passé un séjour trÚs agréable.Adresse à retenir.

Bonjour, votre appartement est tres bien situĂ©,agrĂ©able. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© la terrasse avec le coucher de soleil. Le coin cuisine est rĂ©cent et fonctionnel.Il serait souhaitable que toutes les portes ferment. Ruhig und aber super zentral

Vom Apartment mit der großen Terrasse hat man den direkten Blick auf den Strand und den Sonnenuntergang. Einer der vielen ZugĂ€nge zum Hauptstrand liegt nur 2min von der HaustĂŒr entfernt, da kann man easy Strandklamotten, Body- oder Surfboard zu Fuß mitnehmen. Zum nĂ€chsten Supermarkt sind es 5min zu Fuß und die Innenstadt mit ist auch nicht weiter entfernt, ohne das man Nachts von feierlaunigen Menschen wach gehalten wird - das macht ehr der Ozean Mit seiner Brandung, wenn man es nicht Gewohnt ist ;). Wir waren zu zwei mit unserer HĂŒndin dort und sehr zufrieden.

Tolle Lage mit eigenem Strandzugang der Anlage

Lage ist super zentral und doch ruhig mit Parkplatz. Das Apartment ist funktional ausgestattet, hell und ruhig mit großer Terrasse. Man sollte beachten, dass das WĂ€schepaket zB keine KĂŒchentĂŒcher umfasst. Auch fĂŒr Toilettenpapier, SpĂŒlschwamm, SpĂŒlmaschinentabs usw. muss man selbst sorgen. WĂ€schepaket (Bett, HandtĂŒcher) und SchlĂŒssel holt man 4 km vom Logis bei der Agence. Dort wird auch die Kaution hinterlegt und bei Abreise WĂ€sche und SchlĂŒssel abgegeben. Dieses Prozedere und auch ggf Kosten der Endreinigung ( falls man nicht selbst putzt) kommen noch dazu. Ebenfalls 8€/Tag fĂŒr Wifi, falls man das will. Das könnte in der Anzeige genauer ausgefĂŒhrt werden. Aber: absolut freundliche Mitarbeiter der Agentur und die Anlage wird gut betreut ( Hausmeisterdienst fĂŒr MĂŒll und Wegereinigung). Höchst angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Appartement simple et fonctionnel à proximité de tout ce qui est néessaire pour un séjour agréable.

Appartement idĂ©alement situĂ© dans une rĂ©sidence calme un peu Ă  l'Ă©cart de la zone "active" de Lacanau mais a proximitĂ© immĂ©diate de tous les commerces, y compris un grand supermarchĂ© et une Ă©cole de surf avec du bon matĂ©riel et une Ă©quipe sympathique (Ocean Ride). MalgrĂ© l'allure austĂšre et bĂ©tonnĂ©e de la rĂ©sidence, l'appartement est bien conçu, lumineux, avec une grande terrasse qui est Ă©tonnamment protĂ©gĂ©e des regards et du voisinage. Il y avait des travaux sur l'esplanade entre la rĂ©sidence et la plage qui empĂȘchait un accĂšs direct, mais en temps normal il devrat ĂȘtre possible de sortir de la terrasse pour aller Ă  la plage. Belle vue sur les couchers du soleil, mais mlaheureusement pas de vue directe de l'eau et des vagues. Les Ă©quipements sont simples et fonctionnels, mais pourraient ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©s en ce qui concerne lla cuisine (poĂȘles, casseroles, bols, verres) qui sont un peu minimalistes et dĂ©pareillĂ©s. Pas de wifi mais location possible.

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© face Ă  la mer et trĂšs prĂšs des commerces. L’appartement est propre et bien conçu. La douche a l’italienne est trĂšs grande. Le seul point noir est le manque de plat pour la cuisine. Il n’y en a qu’un et et il faudrait 2 ou 3. Mais Ă  part ça tout Ă©tait trĂšs bien

Trés belle situation

Appartement idéalement situé face à l'océan, bien équipé, manque juste une bouilloire, avec nombreux rangements. Une immense terrasse exposée sud-ouest permet de profiter des belles journées ensoleillées. Bref nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour.
