Solide wohnen - Aussicht schön - Sauberkeit ohje!
Das Appartement selbst ist solide eingerichtet und es ist alles da, was nötig ist. Objekt und Wohnung ist ein weinig in die Jahre gekommen, aber bis auf das Licht über der Spüle und ein Radiator funktioniert alles recht ordentlich. Die Lage mit dem direkten Blick aufs Meer ist schon was und hat letztendlich auch zu der Entscheidung geführt, die Wohnung zu mieten.
Bei der Sauberkeit ist allerdings noch einiges zu verbessern.
Neben einem verstopften Waschbecken und einer Dusche war alles nur recht oberflächlich sauber. Der Esstisch klebte und das Bad, hier speziell die Dusche war in allen Ecken versifft. Ekelhaft! Habe Fotos davon.
Der Rahmen vom Bett an der Wand einmal darüber gestrichen fingerdick den Staub abgewischt. Ähnlich der Fernsehtisch und der Fernseher. Hat schon seit längerem kein Staubtuch mehr gesehen.
Der Parkplatz in der TG ein Witz: 2,15 m breit ist was aus den 70ern des letzten Jahrtausends. In der Anzeige kein Hinweis darauf, auchwenn die Argentur was anderes behauptet. Verschiedene Anzeigen? Also Lösung: gebührenpflichtig parken ist neben dem Objekt möglich. 50 Euro die Woche. Erstattung Haftung - jedenfalls nicht von der Argentur.
Endreinigung 80 Euro statt 70 auf der FeWo-Seite.
Fazit fehlende und falsche Angaben auf der FeWo-Seite. Rest war okay.

Appartement spacieux , superbe vue de la terrasse
Cet appartement est spacieux, bien équipé avec une vue superbe sur l'Océan qui est très proche. Mauvaise isolation au niveau de la porte d'entrée et des fenêtres. Revoir aussi pour le nettoyage avant les arrivées des locataires.Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'endroit est calme ( malgré les travaux encours à notre arrivée sur la résidence à côté. Démarrage entre 07h30 et 08h00 dur dur quand vous êtes en congés). Nous conseillons cette location.

Tolle, kleine Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick
Der Blick vom kleinen Balkon auf den Atlantik und Sonnenuntergang ist herrlich. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet. Insgesamt bietet die Wohnung aber alles, was man in einer Ferienwohnung wünscht. Parkplatz war für unser Familienauto nicht brauchbar.

Sehr schöne Lage mit Sonnenuntergang, Wohnung und Haus teils verlebt und müsste renoviert werden.
Die Wohnung liegt in der ersten Etage mit Meerblick und direkten Sonnenuntergang von dem Balkon aus zu sehen.
Ansonsten ist sie angeblich für 6 Personen eingerichtet, hat aber auf dem Balkon zum Plastiktisch nur 4 Plastikstühle.
Machte aber nichts, wir waren zu zweit.
Die Duschabtrennung ist defekt, der Abfluss war fast vollständig verstopft und als man den Abfluus mit einer Saugglocke reinigte kamen die Haare anderer Menschen mit hoch.
Das deutsche Fernsehprogramm erstreckt sich lediglich auf das Zweite, das Zweite Info, 3Sat, Super RTL Austria und wenige Sportkanäle.
Ein Regal in der Küche war nicht gereinigt und der Balkon musste gefegt werden, dass trotz 80.-€ Endreinigungsgebühr.
Auf dem Balkon ist die Holzbrüstung aber schon so vermodert, dass man bei der Festigkeit Bedenken haben kann.
Der Stellplatz befindet sich in einer ca. 200 Meter entfernten Tiefgarage im zweiten UG.
Mit meinen Kombi musste ich in jeder Etage und vor der Garage wegen der Enge so lange hin und her rangieren, dass ich sofort wieder aus dem Parkhaus rausgefahren bin. Zumindest in der Vorsaison findet man aber immer genug frei Plätze, außer am Wochenende vor dem Haus.
