Elegant single villa with newly built internal structures. The house, furnished with style in every detail, is composed on the ground floor of a living area with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a large and bright room with dining area and TV area equipped with sofa, armchair and fireplace. Also on the ground floor, the sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with shower. Upstairs a third double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Externally, the large garden of over a thousand meters is equipped with a private in-ground swimming pool, ping pong table, barbecue and large veranda with table and chairs for pleasant moments of relaxation. Available for guests private parking with three parking spaces.Internet, water and gas are included. To be paid directly on place to the owner: Electricity Euro 0,60 per kW. When necessary there will be an extra fee for the use of heating. The final cleaning has a cost of Euro 150,00. Supplement for pets Euro 25,00 per pet a week. The deposit of Euro 600.00 is to be given on arrival in cash.

A very nice villa near the beach and city

A really beautiful villa with plenty of space. We enjoyed the covered terrace and the lovely pool. It is easy to drive both to the water and up into the mountains.

Great family house

We had a wonderful time in this home. We were two families and the house worked perfectly for all. The outdoor area is especially nice. However to enjoy the surrounding area you must have a car. It is not possible to walk from this location. As long as you have a car, it is a great place to get away.

Perfect house for a summer Holiday

The house was amazing. Enough room for everyone, free gated parking, pool with beds and shower, BBQ, washing machine, dishwasher and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. For us it was no problem we could not walk from the house, we used our cars to go to the beach, to Forte Dei Marmi, Portofino etc. Definitely would recommend. Take note that you will receive an electricity bill (ours was Euro 158,00) plus tourist tax and cleaning which will be deducted from the deposit.

Villa Alma

Villa Alma was the perfect home for our adult family of six. The pool was so inviting after each day's outing and relaxing. A private setting. Would highly recommend. Barbara a lovely host. An added bonus were the deer that would pop out early evening.

Lovely villa with good access to beautiful cities

Had a very enjoyable week at the villa. Spacious, comfortable, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Lovely pool with sun loungers and large garden. We ate out every evening in the outdoor eating area. Plenty of shady spots when it got too hot. Barbara was a lovely host. Very welcoming with lots of useful tips and information about restaurants, transport, shopping etc. very quick to respond when the air-con didn’t work. Villa well-located for Viareggio train station - 10 min drive. Then less than 20 mins to Pisa and Lucca, hour and a half to Florence. Only downside was we couldn’t walk anywhere from the villa. Location was near an industrial/ commercial area close to the motorway. Car essential. Nearby beach was mostly private. Some free access but quite a walk.

Schönes Haus, toller Pool, wunderschöne Terrasse und unschlagbar nah am Meer! Die Gastgeberin war fantastisch und hat uns eine richtig tolle Einweisung gegeben, mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps fĂŒr die Region.Die Matratzen sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Straßen drumherum sind ein wenig laut. Sonst hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub

Attention : maison situĂ©e dans une zone industrielle au bord d’un axe trĂšs frĂ©quentĂ© !!!

Tout d’abord lisez bien l’annonce jusqu’au bout et dans le dĂ©tail avant de rĂ©server cette maison pour Ă©viter les surprises auxquelles j’ai Ă©tĂ© confrontĂ© :1- La piscine n’ouvre qu’au 01/05, du coup grosse dĂ©ception en arrivant le 11/042- La caution de 600 euros en liquide a laisser Ă  la propriĂ©taire3- Les charges de mĂ©nage (150 euros) et d’électricitĂ© (33 euros) Ă  prĂ©voir en liquide en supplĂ©ment pour 1 semaineMais le point le plus important Ă  savoir est que cette maison est situĂ©e Ă  l’entrĂ©e d’une zone industrielle, sur une route trĂšs frĂ©quentĂ©e de jour comme de nuit !!!La terrasse couverte, principal centre de vie de la maison, se situe Ă  moins de 20 mĂštres de cet axe routier qui voit dĂ©filer des vĂ©hicules poids lourds et autres engins trĂšs bruyants Ă  longueur de journĂ©e !!!!À fuir, d’autant que la location n’est pas donnĂ©e !!!La propriĂ©taire m’a expliquĂ© que c’est sa maison de famille et qu’avant (la notion d’avant est trĂšs importante) la maison Ă©tait entourĂ©e de champs, mais ça c’était il y a bien longtemps

Die Lage war ok, braucht aber immer ein Auto um wegzugehen. Umschwung mit Pool und grosser Spielwiese war der Hammer. Besitzerin/HausĂŒbergabe war super unkompliziert! WĂŒrden wieder gehen.

Ferien in Villa Alma

Schönes grosses Haus mit viel Umschwung. Sehr gute AusrĂŒstung und viel Platz ĂŒberall. Sehr grosszĂŒgig. Bad, Dusche und Wc, KĂŒche tiptop. Sehr schĂ€tzenswert die MĂŒckennetze. Den Verkehr hörte man sehr gut, man gewöhnt sich aber daran. FĂŒr den Herbst wĂ€re wĂŒnschenswert, wenn der Pool beheizbar wĂ€re. Stromkosten sind extra und nicht zu unterschĂ€tzen.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit kleinen MÀngeln

Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. In der KĂŒche war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sogar taps fĂŒr die SpĂŒlmaschine. Es fehlt eine Kaffeemaschine, die auch mindestens 8 Tassen Kaffee macht. MĂ€ngel: Lage- die Orte sind zu Fuß nicht erreichbar. Es fehlen Gehwege. Strompreis- ist nicht im Mietpreis enthalten. Wird am Ende nach Verbrauch zu hohem Preis abgerechnet. Wir mussten fĂŒr 9 Tage ĂŒber 70€ bezahlen. Es wurde keine Klimaanlage verwendet. Es war trotzdem schön. Aber wir wĂŒrden nicht mehr hinfahren.

Tolle Villa

Wir waren begeistert von der Villa Alma. Es ist ein riesen großes komplett eingezĂ€untes GrundstĂŒck mit einer rundum tollen Villa, in der es uns an nichts fehlte. Die Vermieterin ist eine ganz liebe, herzliche Frau. Hunde sind herzlich willkomen. FĂŒr uns war es perfekt!

Leuk, ruim, schoon en zeer compleet ingericht vakantiehuis

Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad in Toscane. Naast dat we veel leuke plaatsen hebben bezocht, hebben we ook genoten van villa Alma; een mooi huis waarin aan alles is gedacht. In het zwembad en op het grote overdekte terras was het volop genieten. Barbara was een uitstekende gastvrouw en was weg behulpzaam. Het enige min punt, vonden wij de bedden. Die waren oncomfortabel en naar ons idee aan vervanging toe. We hebben deze vakantie dan ook helaas niet heel goed geslapen. Maar dat is het enige. Voor de rest waren we dik tevreden.

Schönes Haus fƫr 8 Leute

Schönes Haus fƫr 2 Famielien geeignet. Es war alles da, was man brauchte, sogar Tƫcher fƫr den Pool und Spƫlmaschienentabs. Die Villa liegt in einem Industriegebiet. Dadurch hört man starken VerkehrslÀrm, was uns allerdings kaum störte. Man kann nicht zu Fuss vom Haus weg, da es keine Gehwege gibt. Mƫhsam ist die Mƫlltrennung. Wir mussten 2 mal zu einem 3km entfernten Sammelplatz fahren, um den Mƫll zu entsorgen. Fƫr den hohen Mietpreis, wÀre es wƫnschenswert, wenn man dies Àndern wƫrde. Zum Beispiel durch dass Aufstellen eines Containers vor dem Haus. Ansonsten war das Haus sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Die Matratzen sind ein bisschen alt und könnten mal ersetzt werden . Wir wurden freundlich und unkompliziert empfangen. Alles in allem hat es uns gefallen. Allerdings fanden wir den Preis zu hoch fƫr die Lage und die UmstÀnde mit der Mƫllentsorgung, zu Mal man 120 Euro Entreinigung zahlen musste.

Sommerurlaub in der Toskana

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit wunderschönem Garten. Der schöne Unterstand bietet viel Schatten und man kann gemeinsam grillen oder selbstgemachte Pizza im Pizzaofen 9machen und genießen. Die KĂŒche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer und die naheliegenden einzelnen Badezimmer ist sehr gut und kam uns entgegen. Die Beschreibung entspricht der RealitĂ€t. Das Haus liegt in einem Industriegebiet und man muss zur naheliegenden Stadt oder Meer mit dem Auto fahren. Uns hat dies nicht gestört, da wir gerne im Haus waren und uns selbst versorgt haben. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, hat uns alles gezeigt und war immer erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Wir können das Haus absolut empfehlen. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und einem Kind unterwegs.

Beautiful house with wonderful owners but you need a car

The house and surrounding property are wonderful and exactly as shown in photos; the covered outdoor patio with pizza oven and bbq are especially great and make it a unique property. The owners and property managers were very very helpful throughout our stay and very responsive. One caveat on location: everything you need is within a 5-10 min drive (supermarket, pharmacy, cafe, the beach, etc) and the house is near the highway so is well positioned to explore Tuscany and nearby regions. However, you must have a car - there are no sidewalks near the house and you cannot walk anywhere. But overall a fantastic experience!

Ottimo servizio e villa molto ben attrezzata

La nostra esperienza in generale Ăš stata molto positiva! I proprietari sono stati molto flessibile con noi (eravamo in 3 famiglie) e ci hanno aiutato con tutto. Le raccomandazioni per mangiare (ristoranti) e tutte le informazioni sulla Villa erano molto chiare e buone. La location Ăš anche molto buona (ma sicuramente c'Ăš ne bisogno della macchina). La villa era molto ben attrezzata. Forse l'unica cosa che manca per renderla perfetta Ăš aggiungere un piccolo parco giochi per i bambini (sono kids friendly e questo darebbe un valore molto grande alle famiglie). Grazie mille a Valentina per tutto il supporto durante tutto il nostro soggiorno!

Tolles Haus mit Pool und wunderbarem Blick ins GrĂŒne.

Tolles Haus mit Pool. Schön abgeschirmt von der Strasse. Gute Zimmeraufteilung und die 3 Badezimmer haben wir sehr genossen. Schöne Veranda um Draussen zu verweilen. Gute Lage fĂŒr Unternehmungen zur Stadt Pisa und Lucca und kurze Autofahrt zum Strand.

Schöne Woche in grosszĂŒgigem Haus

Wir haben als Familie eine Woche in der Villa Alma verbracht. Das Haus ist dehr grosszĂŒgig, sehr gut ausgestattet mit Schlaf- Wasch- und KĂŒchensachen. Es hat genĂŒgend SchrĂ€nke und einen wunderbaren grossen Garten. Der Pool war sauber, etwas sehr stark mit Chlor versetzt. Den Grill mussten wir vor Gebrauch ein wenig putzen, das hielt sich aber im Rahmen. Ein wunderschöner Brot- Pizzabackofen draussen hĂ€tte zum Backen eingeladen, aber da war leider kein Holz zum Feuern. Der Ort war ruhig obwohl das Haus an einer Strasse liegt. Der Ort war fĂŒr mein Empfinden etwas zu weit weg vom Strand und von einem Cafe und Einkaufsladen. Etwas schade dass man auch dafĂŒr ins Auto sitzen muss. Ansonsten aber eine sehr schöne Woche, trotz Regen! Und das Haus muss, bei etwas wĂ€rmeren Temperaturen, noch viel schöner sein als wĂ€hrend einer kĂŒhlen Oktoberwoche. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert! (:
