New, completely rebuilt two level Belvedere Lagoon waterfront monthly rental.
Idyllic living on the Belvedere Lagoon. Enjoy an unforgettable family vacation living in this state of the art rebuild. High ceilings, wide plank oak flooring and an incredible designer kitchen with French Le Cornu stove and other top of the line appliances.
Two new en-suite bedrooms upstairs with private terraces overlooking the lagoon and a lovely breakfast area with own patio, elegant powder room complete the new area. Adjacent to the open kitchen with very large marble top island is the new dining room which looks out to the lagoon (can sit 10 (round table with extensions) or leave smaller for four or six chairs.
Master bedroom (and bathroom) not remodeled yet, but very comfortable and opens to the lagoon. two additional bedrooms with new French doors, open to private front patio, new Gas lit fireplace.
New dining area addition can sit ten guests.
Canoe, peddle boat, kayak, and paddle boards await you! Truly wonderful private lagoon living. Completely furnished inside and out with high end pieces.
