Please find us at London One Properties. Family friendly estate to entertain all your wants in Healdsburg. If you are looking for a place to bring your children, or come with your friends to be thoroughly entertained, you have come to the right spot. Playground, pool, hot tub, trampoline, small basketball court, bocce ball court, outdoor fireplace and dining area are just a few of the ways to enjoy your time at our home. Welcome to our home!!!! The City of Healdsburg requires a 30 day rental, so please inquire within. :)

Wonderful home

My family gathered to celebrate my son's college graduation at this lovely estate home. From start to finish it was a terrific experience. Heather was extremely responsive and really worked with us when the weather did not cooperate. Because of unexpected rain all weekend, we weren't able to make use of the pool area the way that we had planned. Nevertheless, the house is so roomy and comfortable that everyone had a great time even if we were all stuck indoors. The kitchen was well-appointed with nice dishes, glassware, and plenty of pots and pans that entertaining was a snap. Heather was awesome to work with and was quick to respond to questions. We look forward to returning to this property again.

Great House and Location

Wonderful home- secluded privacy, but close to downtown Healdsburg. Super convenient for wine country visit! The pool and backyard and fantastic.

Best stay I've ever had!

This was by far one of my best experiences while renting a home! The house was ABSOLUTELY stunning and Heather was always available for any questions that arose. Each room was very spacious and decorated in such a beautiful manner. Our party of 10 slept very comfortably and could have fit 1 or 2 more with ease. The location was perfect as well. Very close to downtown and grocery stores and although the house is technically on a main street in Healdsburg, it is located up a hill which actually eliminated any traffic noise below. I would highly recommend this experience to others and will certainly be contacting Heather for future rentals. Thank you so much Heather & Family! <3

SO PERFECT!

This house is beautiful, huge, inviting and comfortable! We went for a bachelorette party and the weekend was perfect, all thanks to the lovely house. It was clean, had all the amenities we needed and the pool was awesome.

Wine Country Girls Trip!

Just a bunch of us young professionals who get together once or twice a year, since we all moved away from each other, and we all became wives and moms! We decided on Healdsburg this trip and this house was perfect for it. It was about a $12 Uber ride to Medlock Ames winery on Alexander Valley Rd. and about a $7 Uber ride to town. We had 8 of us ladies and that worked great for this space. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need if you cook so we ate in one evening before we went out then we did Medlock Ames one afternoon and town for bit before dinner out. Having everything so close to this house made this wine country trip that much more easy. It was about a 2hr drive from SFO and there is plenty of parking in the circular driveway in front of the house. The house is close to town but off the main road so it feels private. If you've ever done a wine country house before then you know that wineries and any town can be a ways from the home you rent. That's not the case with this house. The pool and hot tub were great to have too! I recommend this house and visiting Healdsburg if you're thinking about visiting wine country with a group of friends, couples, your family and kids, or just your girlfriends!

Great stay, beautiful house!

House was beautiful and everything was perfect. Only minor issues were there was no ladder yet for the bunk bed and the oven display didn't work.. but wasn't a major issue for us. Wish we were around more during the day to use the beautiful pool! and hot tub heated up very quickly.

Wonderful Experience

I am an older woman and therefore wanted something one story so it was easy to get around. The home had hardwood floors and was beautifully decorated. I wish I could have brought my grandchildren as it is certainly a childs paradise. Every cooking gadget available was there. I love to cook, so it was a delight to not have to go purchase anything extra. The house stayed warm throughout the night, and cool during the day. The hot tub was simply amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better vacation.

Coming back for more

Loved my stay - it was last minute and the owner was very accommodating, even though she was out of the country. The bathrooms were clean, the kitchen impeccable, and the scenery was just beautiful. My only wish was it were summer so that I could have enjoyed the beautiful pool. When the owner asked me to write a review, I immediately responded. I read another review with someone else having problems, but I didn't experience any of this. The other nice thing is she doesn't charge a deposit, but rather charges $99 for a security deposit, so I don't have to take up a bunch of space on my CC and wait for it to be returned. The home is perfect for families, young adults, and older people as well. My kids had a great time, and it was very easy for them to enjoy it. The kids room was very cool - and there were toys for the kids to play with. the bunk bed is such a cool design as well. Thank you for such a great stay - can't wait to come in the summer!!

disasterous joke

Please read reviews with bad ratings knowing that the owner's response will not be truthful and she gets the last word. The house was suppose to sleep 10- but including a bunk bed that is only accessible by a unity ladder? Also- blow-up mattress had a hole in it. The house was a mess- spider webs and dust and filthy mattresses. Several things were broken- to which Mrs Hughes has excuses and responses that are a joke: example would be the 1/2 broken shower door she calls "modern." When we showed up 15 minutes early to make sure we could find it, the owners were packing up to leave. Mrs Hughes was very rude and angry that we saw them packing up. In her response, she will try to say that we were drunk- which is false. We have since found out that it is illegal for this house to be rented out in this part of Hearldburg and she has received several citations. She claims to have refunded our deposit; however, I have seen no return and only threatening texts that has led me to contact the Healdsburg police. Be aware that the positive reviews are from her friends and that they can put these reviews up at anytime- to cover the negative ones. I have also tried to work with VRBO customer service; but, they said it is between the owner and renters. Stay clear- for the price you pay, a 5-star hotel would be way better!

What a blast - love this family home

We brought our family for a quick getaway with my inlays. We have 2 teens and one child who is 6, and one that is one. I cannot speak better about this home. The owner is my sisters good friend, and my sister didn't event think to tell me how awesome it was. She just said, go - you will love it. Wow - we loved so much about it. It felt like home. I guess since they live there part of the year it made us feel really comfortable with having our children there. They left out toys for the kids to play with, and a highchair for our little guy, and even asked if we needed to use a stroller or playpen. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. I could tell the home was loved. We spent what time we could outside due to the weather, but that was really fun - there was a mini playground, trampoline, small bocce court, rope swing, and not to mention of course the hot tub (we didn't use the pool for obvious reasons). We spent the evenings in the courtyard with the fireplace that was just built- and it had beautiful lighting all around it.. This home is a family paradise, or adults of all ages - although I would say that more elderly people wouldn't appreciate it as much, as it is more of an entertaining home. We can't wait to go back in the summer and try out more fun things they are creating there. I highly recommend the owner and the home.

Loved my quick getaway!!!

I honestly don't think there could be a more fun, cooler spot in healdsburg. The place was clean, the activities were endless, the host awesome. We brought our children and boy did they have the best time playing in the hot tub, and on the playground. This is A plus plus- especially like the host said, for families. the

More than I expected

Upon arrival I was immediately taken in with the landscape. The home was so beautiful. I came with my girlfriends for my bachelorette weekend. We are in our early 40s, and found the house to be perfect for our group. The host was so kind and available for any and all questions we had during the time. There was ample dishes and pots and pans to cook with. The bedrooms were very clean and the bunk bed was so fun. I wish I was the child living there! The house is lived in half the year which was explained to us prior to arrival. The host made sure to clear out the closets so we could hang out things. The fridge was cleaned out and the bathrooms were spotless. We are looking forward to coming back next year.

Great Location

Great location, plenty of room, very nice host. One thing to keep in mind is this is a full time home, so lots of the owners' personal belongings, food, toiletries, etc. are all in the house. Has a different feel than a typical HomeAway rental. The host was very nice so I hate to disparage, but the house was not very clean. The hot tub had what looked like chunks of turkey floating in it, and the lack of cleanliness was prevalent throughout the house.

Friendly host, great pool, hot tub and location!!

I recently stayed at the Hughes property for a wedding I was attending nearby. The location couldn't have been more perfect! Plus, the pool, fire pit, and the hot tub were HUGE bonuses! I visited the property with 3 couples and 2 other friends and the house fit us perfectly. We were able to relax by the pool in the day and come home to the hot tub in the evening, so relaxing! Also, worth noting that the host, Heather, was easily available and accessible. The only con we had was that only 1-2 burners were working on the stove. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay!

The perfect place for a girls getaway!

The house was nice and clean upon arrival, there were plenty of amenities (towels for us, blankets, condiments in the fridge, glassware) the pool was so so awesome, the house was very close to downtown Healdsburg and the 9 of us slept very comfortably. Heather was so responsive. She would respond to all of my questions immediately. She also recommend some awesome wineries to visit and places for us to eat! It was the perfect place for us to stay in wine country!

Incredible space to host great memories!

In honor of my best friend's wedding, we booked a girl friends' celebratory weekend in Healdsburg -- Heather's home provided the ideal location for laughs, fun, and comfort! Heather was incredibly responsive during our planning process, as well as when we arrived in the (huge!) home and needed a little guidance operating various amenities. The kitchen and dining areas are spacious and bright, allowing for guests to gather around, enjoy a bite to eat, and have enough room to breathe. Similarly, the pool and lounging area are lined with cozy chairs and umbrellas. There were more than enough towels, dishes, and linens for all. We had the best time enjoying ourselves, and we couldn't have asked for a better host.

Even better than the photos!

Our group had such a lovely time staying at this beautiful home. I booked the place for a weekend birthday getaway with a group of friends and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. We had a blast hanging out in the pool, cooking/grilling together, and enjoying time around the outdoor fire pit. The house is beautiful and spacious and has all the creature comforts you could imagine. Heather was super sweet and accommodating - I just wish she'd been there to hang out with us! I've already recommended this gem to other friends in SF looking for a weekend in sunny wine country.

Greatest Hb house

Best time with friends and family- so many onsite activities - perfect for kids - and the owners were so friendly and helpful. They allowed us to bring our dog which was so nice because many people don't allow that in such a nice home. Looking forward to the pool house they are going to build in spring. We will definitely be back!! Thanks heather for such an awesome stay- sorry the review took a while! :)

Felt like I was at a resort

What a great stay we had. I came with my family, in laws and 3 kids... I had the best time - and the kids couldn't get enough of playing outside with all the fun amenities. I was able to enjoy time with my family without stressing about my kids or what they are getting into, because the host even offered up and left toys and children necessities out for us to use. She was available for our whole stay and checked in daily just to make sure we didn't need anything. The pool was so warm - that was definitely my favorite part. It is so close to town, so really made things easy for us getting around. I can't wait to go back and visit!

Great house, awesome location!

We stayed here for a relaxing girls weekend to celebrate my sister's upcoming wedding. The house is beautiful, and the outdoor space is exceptional with a pool, hot tub, fire pit and outdoor eating space! Close to downtown Healdsburg and minutes from some of the best wineries around. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate us and made us feel at home in her home. We would likely rent again!

This home should not be rented out

Felt like we arrived at a dirty neighbors house. Trash wasnt emptied. Old food in fridge and moldy coffee in the machine. All their stuff was strewn about the whole place. And more importantly the rentor was very difficult. Took half our security deposit to clean and replace a blue cereal bowl. Gives me anxiety just thinking back to my dealings with this lady. Steer clear.
