New 45m2 apartment on the 1st floor of a house (private access) 2 minutes walk from the beach of Bonne Source (150m) and 12 minutes from all shops (800m) Stay of 25 m2 with sofa bed, TV, internet access / wifi, fully equipped kitchen area with coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator, room of 10 m2 with a double bed an SDE A separate toilet A room with 2 beds 1 person access by small staircase. A private parking space in front of the house.

Super appart à 2min de la plage (encore préservée de l'affluence)

Propriétaires très à l'écoute, location pratique et joliment décorée, très propre. Emplacement tout près d'une plage à l'air encore presque sauvage et pourtant tout près des habitations. Mer magnifique entre averses, soleil et couchers rougeoyants. Vivement recommendé!
