Surrounded by olive trees and fragrant plants, it overlooks a lovely cove where sunsets delight us every night. The great pleasure of this house is to swim in the pool with a look into the blue of the Mediterranean. It is located on the edge of a protected maquis area but is nevertheless close to all shops and activity centers, restaurants and bars. We swim in a beautiful and quiet cove just a few minutes walk from the villa. The beautiful beach of Liscia is only 1.5 km away.You will find restaurants and you can rent boat, paddle, jet ski, kayak, canoe and for fans of strong sensation you can also do paragliding tours .
Whether you are on the beach or mountain side you are in one of the most beautiful places in Corsica with hiking opportunities for all. It is a preserved and authentic place.

Lovers of travel and design, we thought this villa with clean lines as a friendly place with its large living room disbursed. All rooms (kitchen, living room, bedrooms) have sea view.

Nous avons passé des vacances paradisiaques dans cette villa magnifique, avec une vue extraordinaire ! Toutes les chambres, cuisine et salon ont la vue sur la mer, la déco est sublime et la piscine à débordement incroyable !Un grand merci à Muriel, qui nous a accueilli, pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.

Superbe Villa & Piscine avec Magnifique Vue !

Villa très spacieuse avec superbe piscine et vue mer pour admirer les couchers de soleil. Parfaite exposition et orientation. Très bon équipement. Calme… un peu trop pour des ados (musique non autorisée même dans la journée !) Concierge 100% disponible et bien à l’écoute.

Séjour inoubliable

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable au sein de cette merveilleuse villa ! La vue est juste époustouflante à chaque endroit de la villa. Quelles belles vacances!!

Nous venions fêter nos anniversaires avec nos enfants et petits enfants. Tout était parfait: criques pour se baigner à pieds, de belles plages à 3kms, un centre de bateaux pour réserver un bateau à la journée avec skipper pour visiter les calanques de Piana et la réserve de Scandola avec un déjeuner dans une paillote réservée par le skipper, l’environnement calme et soigné, la maison extraordinaire par son emplacement et son confort. Toute la famille a été plus que ravie par ces excellentes vacances.

une villa de rêve, une vue sublime... le grand confort

Cette villa est extraordinaire, époustouflante comme le dit votre annonce. Villa d'architecte, de lignes très pures, conçue dans les moindres détails pour être facile et agréable à vivre.... un luxe sans ostentation.. un choix de mobilier et d'œuvres d'art d'un goût très raffiné, que nous avons particulièrement apprécié On sent d'emblée que cette villa n'a pas été conçue par son maître d'œuvre comme un lieu à louer, mais comme une maison à habiter, à vivre. La disposition des espaces intérieurs est remarquable : De part et d'autre du salon, salle à manger, cuisine, les chambres sont judicieusement réparties en constituant trois zones successives, disposant de leur salle de bain et WC : d'abord la superbe chambre de maitre, puis 2 belles chambres donnant directement sur la piscine et enfin de l'autre côté du salon et de la cuisine, les deux autres chambres, toutes ouvertes sur la mer. Cette disposition fait que chacun peut garder son indépendance quant il le souhaite. A noter les très confortables matelas. Nous avons magnifiquement dormi ! On apprécie particulièrement l'espace intérieur, avec le salon encaissé qui procure une sensation aérienne et qui dégage complètement la vue sur la piscine et sur la mer. Quant à l'extérieur, c'est la perfection. On y trouve à volonté soleil ou ombre grâce à l'auvent qui déborde sur la table extérieure si bien que nous avons toujours délaissé la salle à manger. La piscine à débordement est formidable. Elle est d'une longueur suffisante et nous en avons largement profité, en appréciant particulièrement la douche extérieure (chaude ! ce qui est bienvenu après un plongeon dans l'eau fraîche). Et quel plaisir de contempler les trois gammes de bleu successives, en bandes parallèles : l'eau de la piscine, la mer toujours changeante et le ciel qui évolue du bleu doré matinal jusqu'aux somptueux couchers de soleil, qui mêlent le violet, le pourpre et l'orange. La situation est exceptionnelle, dernière villa sur les collines qui se prolongent jusqu'au village de Pévani, ce qui garantit un calme absolu. Et jusqu'à un privilège secret : à quelques minutes de marche vers Pévani, une crique sauvage, en contrebas de la petite route. Les 14 jours que nous avons passé dans ce lieu de rêve ont passé comme l'éclair et nous n'avons aucun reproche ni regret à formuler, sauf celui de devoir attendre pour pouvoir revenir et profiter à nouveau de l'hospitalité courtoise et attentive du sympathique couple de propriétaires.

Five Star Prices in remote location and lack of attention to detail

The property is beautiful with brilliant interior design, spacious home, gorgeous views, however, quite remote area and very quiet. Gorgeous beaches everywhere and nature is green and plush. The area does not have much buzz, very few international tourists and restaurants are very expensive, for low to medium quality. This is an area for the French holiday seekers - not many places spoke any English. We spoke French therefore we were ok. We were disappointed with the quality of the food in restaurants. Our first five days, we had no WiFi whatsoever and had to use our telephone service for spotty WiFi. The owners just said WiFi is a problem on the island with no solution offered. After several complaints and pushing the owners, they finally called their IT people, who thankfully, found a solution, however, this was on day 5 of our 9 day stay. If you are going to charge these expensive prices, customer service should be impeccable and WiFi is to be expected (otherwise tell clients beforehand). The WiFi now works well - the next guests should thank us! Pool had an alarm (apparently in France, now all homes with pools must have an alarm) which was quite bothersome as it needs to be turned off every 15 minutes once out of the water and turned off before going to the pool to swim. There were several visitors with people arriving to fix things in the house - we were bothered several times during the week. This should have been taken care of before we arrived. Homeowner was very nice but offered late check in at 5 pm on the day of arrival and very early checkout at 9.45 am where we lost half a day. Felt like we were a bit taken advantage of. Overall an acceptable experience, though we felt for the weekly rent we paid for the house, we could have gone to a five star property and received higher quality service and attention to detail. Not sure it was worth the price.

Fabulous stay in an amazing villa

We have thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks in this beautiful villa. It is located in very peaceful location in the hills with breathtaking view of the sea. It is equipped with everything you will ever want. The house is very modern, spacious and well designed. The interior was decorated very tastefully. All bedrooms have sea view and very comfy beds. The infinity pool is stunning. We found lots to do in the area, especially sandy beaches, rocky creeks, several excellent restaurants. You will need a car because the nearest town is about 10 min drive and there are lots of great places to visit. The owner of the villa is very helpful, discrete and friendly. Thank you France for your hospitality! We highly recommend!
