Three renovated rooms on the second floor without elevator, comprising a living room, an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and water closet.
Sleeping capacity for 2 people and two children or 4 adults.
Not recommended for people with reduced mobility (no disabled access).
A travel cot is available if required.

Un très bon séjour à la découverte de la Normandie. La région est magnifique et l'appartement très bien situé à proximité de Deauville, avec Honfleur à 30 minutes (à ne pas rater), Caen et Bayeux à 1heure. Idéal pour rayonner dans la région! Petites promenades le soir sur la plage avec accès direct.. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et l'accueil très agréable grâce à la disponibilité du propriétaire et d'Aline, la personne qui nous a remis les clés avec beaucoup de simplicité et de chaleur humaine. Merci beaucoup!

Bon emplacement mais ...

Il nous a fallu refaire le ménage en arrivant, on aurait préféré ne pas payer les 100€ obligatoires pour le ménage final et le faire nous mêmes. Qualité des équipements à revoir : bouilloire encrassée, place de parking trés petite... Gros point positif :la proximité avec la mer.

Monsieur, tout d'abord le forfait ménage est intégré au montant de la location est n'est pas facturé à 100 €. De plus nous ne vérifions pas forcément si la bouilloire est entartrée ou non. Très peu de personne l'utilise, il est facile d'utiliser un détartrant ou bien du vinaigre pour résoudre le problème quand cela vous arrive. Les équipements de notre logement sont très complet. Et pour finir, vous nous dites que le logement était très sale, quand les locataires sont en train de déjeuner le dernier jour à 10 heures, tandis que c'est l'heure du départ. Il est certain que les locataires ne laisse pas le logement dans un état convenable. (sable dans le logement, coquillage dans la baignoire et j'en passe). Comment voulez vous que notre employée puisse faire le ménage convenablement si les locataires quittent les lieux une heure plus tard qui se qui était convenu. Bref, je peux vous assurer que notre logement est propre à chaque arrivée de locataire. Quand au parking, nous avons effectivement des places trop petite, mais ne pouvons rien faire à ce sujet.

Gelungener Urlaub

Sehr unkomplizierte Buchung, gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und auch mit Aline vor Ort. Die Wohnung ausreichend ausgestattet für uns 3 Personen. Sehr gute Lage, in 2 Minuten am Strand, in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die Umgebung super schön.. also alles perfekt. Eventuell einen Hinweis geben, dass es im Elternschlafzimmer nur eine Bettdecke für 2 Personen gibt, damit man den entsprechenden Bettbezug mitbringen kann. Also nochmal vielen Dank,dass wir so einen schönen Urlaub bei Ihnen verbringen konnten.

Charmanter Ferienort

Die Lage der Wohnung war super, direkt am Strand. Nur wenige Gehminuten zu Geschäften und Restaurants. Blonville-sur-Mer ist ein super charmanter Urlaubsort, nicht zu überlaufen. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet, der Wohn-/Essbereich ist allerdings etwas eng für 4 Personen. Im Elternbett gibt es nur eine Bettdecke. Das Geschirr war nicht besonders sauber.

Bonjour, merci pour votre retour et nous sommes ravis de vous avoir accueillis. Nous sommes en été et la couette dans la chambre de l’étage est une couette 4 saisons donc elle suffit largement pour cette période. Pour ce qui est de la vaisselle, nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas refaire toute la vaisselle à chaque départ de locataires en plus de tout le ménage.

Vorsaison in der Normandie

Von der Wohnung zum Strand zwei Minuten zu Fuß, wo man lange Spaziergänge machen kann. Gute Busanbindung bis Caen und Deauville/Honfleur. Geschirr, Töpfe und Besteck z.T. für Familie etwas knapp und in 'sehr individueller' Zusammenstellung. Teekanne fehlt. Sehr freundliche Kontaktperson Aline vor Ort, Kommunikation gut, aber nur auf Französisch.

Urlaub am Meer

Näher am Meer geht kaum. Nette Wohnung, auf zwei Etagen, toller kleiner Balkon zum Garten raus. Von den Nachbarn hat man nichts gehört, die Straße war ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber ok. Einmal über die Straße und man ist am Meer mit tollem Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufiger. Gerne wieder.

Localisation idéale pour des balades en bord de mer (plage a moins de 50m, résidence assez calme. Pour le prix payé, nous aurions aimé avoir un petit effort en matière de propreté et des équipements (linge de lit vétuste/sale, coussin trop abîmés, matelas affaissés, poussières sur les meubles...). l'agence est très a l’écoute et réactive sur ce qui rentre dans ses prorogatifs. Nous ne comprenons pas votre appréciation notée deux étoiles en relation avec vos commentaires, cette note semble très sévère. Nous sommes propriétaire depuis le mois de juin 2018 et avons refait à neuf le logement dans son intégralité. Nous souhaitions remplacé les persiennes mais nous attendons l'accord du syndicat de copropriété. Quand au parking privatif qui n'est pas revêtu d'enrobé, vous le voyez sur les photos du site. Je souhaite tout de mème vous indiquer qu'il est en parfait état et à proximité immédiate de la plage et de la résidence.
