Immaculate, flawless two bedroom condo

Wake up to the sound and smell of the ocean at this flawlessly decorated, oceanfront condo. Located in the family friendly Garden City Beach Area just south of Myrtle Beach, this two bedroom condo is in the 16 story high-rise Royal Garden Resort. The Royal Garden Resort has a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool and a hot tub. Linens are included in the reservation .

Come Relax on your large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the resort amenities, which include 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), hot tub, outdoor kiddie pool, and cornhole. We have an onsite family friendly beach bar and grill that offers a variety of special drinks and food.
Check-in is onsite for easy and fast convenience. We can provide contact-less check-in if requested.
You are allotted two parking spaces to park in the onsite parking garage. The parking garage clearance is 6’ 8”. There are a few oversized parking spaces based on availability. Guest cannot have golf carts in the parking garage however, there is parking in front of the garage based on availability.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

First of all, there was a renovation of the beach due to erosion, and we could not get on the beach in front of the hotel for two days. The second bedroom was considerably smaller than the way the picture looked. The bathroom it advertised in the hall was so small and you couldn’t even get in the shower and move around. The main bath in the main bedroom, appeared to have mold all around the vent. Overall, it was nice but a little disappointing. I would not rent it again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The visit was fine and the unit was furnished very well. There were two issues, however. We could never get the televisions to display local channels. The other issue is your check-in procedures. The rental agreement said check-in time is 4 p.m., but your office closes at 4 p.m. So, any arrival after 4 p.m. is a late arrival. We were marking time until 4 p.m., and had not made arrangements for late arrival. Every telephone number I could find was not answered, even the garage attendant gave me a number which was also not answered. Since we were not arriving late, I did not request the late arrivals code for the lock box. Fortunately, my wife figured out how to open our home e-mail (we are not tech savvey) and found the code which you had sent. Other than that initial inconvenience, we had a very nice stay.

Family Vacation

The property was clean. It was convenient to the beach, restaurants, and other activities. The parking deck is very tight. I recommend parking on the top level. We arrived after the property management company closed. Their instructions for accessing the keys were easy to follow. We had no issues getting into the condo.

Great place

The condo was clean and the kitchen had all the utensils, cookware, etc. The property was perfect for us. Our two grandsons 12 & 13 loved the outdoor and indoor pools. The beach is right out from the outside pool so they could do the beach and then go to the pool. We had a perfect view of the our from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

I have stayed in a lot of vrbo and airbb and they always supply things. We had no paper towels, dish liquid, extra dish tabs, salt/pepper, trash bags, bath mat, playing cards ect those things would have been nice to have since we had to buy those things and leave it there.

As soon as we opened the door there was a strong odor [urine?] The floors were sticky. We opened both doors and aired it out for a half hour, mopped the floors and bought 2 cans of FreBreze. After that everything was nice. The wives thought the porch rockers were the best.

Great experience with condo 903! Unit is clean and nicely decorated. Loved the rockers on the patio. Easy check in and out. Great access to the beach. Parking garage is small, but would still stay here again.

The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and utensils. Plenty of elevators so we never had long waits being on the 9th floor. Beach front with indoor and outdoor pool and jacuzzi. What more could you ask for?
