You can fall in love with the Ocean here and it has a very great view of the Ocean.
Great sound from the BR if you open the window This is a two-bedroom, two-bath oceanfront condo in Garden City SC- only about 20 minutes from down town Myrtle Beach. Only 0.3 miles north of the Garden City Pier. This condo features a great view of the ocean and has fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave, living room. The private screened porch is a great feature and is enjoyable looking over the Ocean. It has washer, dryer, and central heat and air conditioning Sea Banks has an Elevator. Great area for hanging out with plenty of sand quick ride to shopping or Golfing and water parks..

Close to Garden City Pier. Nice unit. Minor issues during stay with excellent communication from host. Would suggest having some minor things on hand for renters when they check in, ex: trash bags, paper towels on hand and cookware and food storage could use an upgrade. Overall great and would come again. Ocean view excellent!

We would stay here again the few things that were wrong. We communicated to Ronnie and he was not aware and was going to get them fixed immediately. He is very friendly and easy to talk to.

Check-in was a breeze. Kitchen was nice and well stocked. A few items had not been used for quite awhile and were dusty (understandable) and we washed those.

Great week at beach

The property was perfect for our family of 4( adults). We enjoyed staying right on the beach. The views were beautiful. Kitchen was well maintained. We were in walking distance to the pier. We enjoyed our week!

Wonderful Place and great owner!

This was a great condo. Very clean and nice. Close to everything. Working with the owner was wonderful. Just enjoyed the relaxation and sun. Only thing was the screen porch I like to feel open. But it was great place.

Host was very responsive Good value

Proactively fixed the washing machine and very responsive to texts and phone calls. Cleanliness was Best Western, but so was the price so what we expected. Good value and would stay again in the future.

Felt Like Home

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this rental. I'm partial to the area and the Garden City Pier is one of my favorite places to be and it is within walking distance. This place did not feel small, and the views were just gorgeous! The host was super friendly and even asked us to give him a call when we arrived so that he knew we arrived safely and didn't have any issues with anything. We did just that and there were no issues at all. His place is simply lovely and had everything you would need to feel at home. We will definitely choose to stay here again!

Perfect view

Wonderful, quiet property on third floor, end unit. There is an elevator to help get things up from the car. Perfect view of sunrise. Cold A/C, good wifi and plenty if kitchen supplies for cooking (bring your own spices). Walmart is close by if you forgot anything. Owner was helpful and available.

Garden City Stay

This condo was wonderful for our family of 4. Had everything we needed. Nice and clean and plenty of room for all of us. Loved hanging out on screened balcony and the screened in area before going into the condo was wonderful for keeping all the Sandy stuff and not having to bring it inside. We definitely want to stay again soon!

Reservation

Was never contacted by owner to review check in. Information on website said check in with Garden City Realty. When we arrived to check in we were told that there was no reservation for us. Upon checking the unit number they determined it was reserved in owners name and phone number. The manager made some phone calls and we were allowed to check in. We had to wait more than an hour for this process. I would strongly recommend that the owner reserve units in the guest name instead of his.

Garden City Condo

The ocean views and beach access could not be better. However, the sofa cushions sank below the sofa frame leaving only a recliner as a comfortable place to sit. The screened porch on the front is a great feature of the rental. Mattresses were soft but not uncomfortable.

Wonderful condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit was clean and comfortable and the screened in balcony overlooking the beach was perfect for morning coffee. Convenient location to pier and other local restaurants. Quiet area with no high-rise condo units nearby. Owner very responsive. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

We loved our stay.

We loved staying in this condo. The owner was wonderful to work with and quick to help with any issues. The condo was very clean, spacious, and has a beautiful view of the beach/ocean. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Beach House 302 Review

Our beach house was very comfortable and roomy. The Linens and kitchenware were plentiful. We had a porch facing the beach, with a table and four chairs. Beach chairs and toys were available. Our location was excellent, 3/10 of a mile from the pier and shops. Our property manager, Ronnie, checked on us numerous times, making sure our needs were met. We are coming back in January for a month. We highly recommend this beach house

We really enjoyed our visit. Beautiful view from balcony, living room and bedroom without tall buildings blocking the view. Nice closed-in balcony with good patio furniture (not plastic!) for our morning coffee and suppers. Very short walk to Garden City pier. It's a corner unit opposite of the public access side with the private screened in area made it feel very safe. It was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed. Polite, responsive owner. I definitely recommend.
