Thank you for your feedback, Paula. I took the liberty of looking into this, as this is not our operating standard and did raise a large concern. I was not able to find a record of inbound call from you during the associated stay dates. We truly apologize that you felt you weren't offered the proper help. While roaches are indigenous to the area, we do have remedies that are fairly easy to apply for help with the local critters. We want you to know that we're happy to help with anything needed during your stay. We hope to see you again and are happy to extend you a returning customer discount on any future, short-term stay.
