216 Hola Calamardo

Bienvenido a "Hello Squiddy", un condominio divertido y ecléctico frente al mar que también se conoce como Sea Gypsy Unit 216. Este es el condominio más nuevo en unirse a la familia de Sea Gypsy Rentals.

Las características del condominio acomodarán cómodamente hasta cinco vacacionistas. Todas las camas en la sala de estar se pliegan durante el día, dándote más espacio para jugar. Hay una cama queen en el dormitorio, un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar y un sofá de dos plazas que se despliega para convertirse en una cama doble, perfecto para un niño. Hay dos baños completos y una cocina completa que incluye un lavavajillas y un Keurig. Esta unidad simplemente cambió de propietario, y los nuevos propietarios le dieron un cambio de imagen completo.

Este condominio es una verdadera joya. Además de todas sus características maravillosas, incluidos los nuevos televisores Roku de 50 pulgadas, la vista al mar sin obstáculos simplemente no puede ser superada.

Listo para la playa? El Sea Gypsy tiene tres puntos de acceso a la playa, todos con solo unos pocos pasos hacia la arena. Podría decirse que tenemos el mejor acceso a la playa en Lincoln City y toda la costa de Oregon. El río D (que es el más corto del mundo) está justo al lado de nuestro edificio, con áreas poco profundas para que jueguen los niños. Nuestras instalaciones están tanto frente al mar como frente al río.

Sea gypsy review

It was small but fine space. Much more like a hotel than a condo other than the kitchen.

Excellent Location Right On The Beach

We only stayed one night and wish we could've stayed longer. Hello Squiddy was exactly as described and pictured. The view from the window was amazing! Having 2 bathrooms and a separate bedroom was a nice bonus. It looks like the place could easily be 2 rental units instead of the 1, with the 2 front doors side by side. We appreciated the extra space to spread out. Communication was quick and directions were easy to follow. We highly recommend staying here, and hope to be back!

Terrific View!!!

I guess things were adequate, but the decor was definitely bland The place was probably clean but the blah, drab look of the unit made it seem very old and maybe not clean. The kitchen seemed to be well-supplied. I thought benches were for sitting on but not the one here unless you want to sink to the floor. I guess I would have to say I was just generally disappointed in this particular unit. I may try the property again but a different unit. I would recommend to my friends with reservation.

Sharon, I'm sorry that your stay wasn't as perfect as it could have been. I'm going to ask maintenance to take a look at the bench and repair or replace as needed. I'm sorry that this wasn't in good condition.I'm also going to pass your feedback about the overall decor to the unit owner. This is probably the stay we enjoyed the least. Had we not stayed at Sea Gypsy before we probably would not return again. And I would never stay in this unit again. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable and it was a pain to have to unmake and remake it everyday. I've never seen a sofa bed that you could only get out of one side. Also the room was not very clean. The freezer door had something all over it and the room had not been dusted or very well vacuumed. I will not leave a review on yelp because I know from past experience that this room is not typical of the Sea Gypsy. Fortunately the friends we were with thought their bed was comfortable. We did enjoy our time in Lincoln City.

Ocean stay

The place was comfortable if a bit run down. Cabinet hinges need work as does framework around front door. I was not happy about the $75 cleaning fee - I could have done a better job. Mold in window sill, cabinet doors and front door could use a good wipe down. Overall, having a separate bedroom and two bathrooms was a bonus. I would stay again but would bring my own cleaning supplies.

Just the wifi even they have more than one options is poor and my 14 years son wasn’t happy about it , but for me and my husband there is not complaints. Everything maravilloso, Espectacular ocean front view!

A few repairs will make this a great place to stay.

Great location and easy beach access, but there are several issues that need to be addressed. With a few repairs, this would be a great place to stay.

Great location

Property has great view of the ocean and easy beach access. The beds in the living room leave something to be desired as they are very hard, but otherwise no complaints!

I would say the maximum room occupancy was misleading in that it sleeps two adults and maybe 3 children. Are older kids were not comfortable. We also were not able to get In The room at the check in time. I do understand times are not the norm right now.

Not an option ever again. Called 2 days before we came to see if we could have a fire on the beach, was told by staff, yes! It's NO! Fire Ban since August 6th. I went down to the office with my Granddaughter and was told once again, yes you can have a fire on the beach, went back and called Fire Dept, absolutely NOT! Room was filthy. Dishes had oil film on them. Fan in living room covered with dust and filth. Pool was out of order and sauna did not work. Trust me, I called the office was told there's nothing wrong with the pool or sauna have had no complaints but yet repair man was there and it was out of order until fixed! Was supposed to be a quiet ordinance but upstairs were up partying all night! No, would not stay here ever again! Also, internet goes in and out of service all the time! Not worth the $1250.00 I paid. Very disappointed ☹️

Great location!

Needs updating, TV never worked, not great for kids. We could hear every person next door and outside. Great location and close to all the great things to do in Lincoln city though. Would recommend for a 3 person family or just a couple.

Great view...needs a new bed

The condo was well furnished, had lots of space! My boys said the pull out couch bed was comfortable as well as the chair bed.. the view was just as pictured! Perfect and full view of the beach and ocean... the one draw back was the king bed in the room was rock hard and very, very uncomfortable. Everything else was great! The view, amenities, location...but, that bed was horrible.

Great Unit

Had a great time exploring Lincoln City with this unit as home base. Great walkability to the beach and shopping. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities of home.
