The Space:

Sea Gypsy #323 Beaches & Cream is a top floor condo that features two queen sized beds in two separate sleeping areas. This spacious condo gives you plenty of room to enjoy family game night, host a dinner party, or even just relax in some luxurious comfy chairs by the ocean view window.

It has all the cookware, and dishes you could think of, and while this condo does not have a traditional oven, it is fully equipped with a stove top and a brand new state-of-the-art toaster oven so you can still cook your favorite meals. In the private bedroom, you will find a private full bathroom that will make sharing this unit with friends convenient for everyone. A second full bathroom is located in the main oceanside as well. 



The top floor condos at Sea Gypsy Rentals are so desired because they allow you the most privacy and undoubtedly the best views on property. All early risers can watch the sunrise and enjoy your freshly brewed coffee in front of the 7 foot picture windows that open wide to the beach, so you can soak in all that coastal sunlight and oceanic breeze. With this condo being located more to the South end of the property, you will even be able to have views of the famous D River. 



When you aren't out enjoying the beach and hunting for marine life, why not enjoy our indoor heated salt water pool? The pool is open year round and will get you out of the sun and cooled down on those warm summer days. Feel like cooking out? Take advantage of our two gas grills here on site that are for guest use. We provide the propane; you provide the meat! End your day with a beach bonfire and s'mores, see the front office to purchase all the fixin's!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 32 steps required to access the unit.

Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
