Waterfront Paradise!! 2020 discount pricing for this 5 star luxury Home.

Beautiful property on a private waterfront setting with gorgeous views. House is located at the end of a peninsula that juts out into Buttermilk bay. Limited to 6 overnight guests, this is not a party house! However, all the amenities are there for you! There are 2 separate waterfront decks and a large fire pit to help maximize your outdoor enjoyment.
Plenty of entertainment options like board games, cards, cornhole along with beach chairs, a paddle board , 2 kayaks and plenty of fishing equipment.
Launch the kayaks and paddle board right from your back yard during high tide or take the 2 minute walk to the private association beach for sun and sand. This spot boasts some of the best fishing, in the area.
The new kitchen is open to the living room. There is an 8 foot island with seating for all.
There are 2 separate seating areas for tv or relaxing. There is a sofa bed and full bath downstairs for those who can’t manage stairs. Recent upgrades include new kitchen, new furniture, fire-pit, doggie door for your pet and a 1/2 bath in the main bedroom. Unfortunately the jacuzzi tub is not operational.

My family had a great time at Russell’s property! Fully equipped with everything you could need or might forgotten at home. We had lots of fun playing chess, pool, or sitting outside after a day of being out! Very pet friendly; the retractable gate to keep the dogs safe, even with a curious husky! The location is awesome. Beautiful view to wake up to. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Great access for wherever your day is taking you to!

We had a wonderful stsy in this beautiful home! Russel has thought of everything to make a visit comfortable. The location is wonderful, beautiful views from every window. I will miss mornings on the deck and vusits from the heron!

We had a fantastic vacation! There were plenty of activities to keep us entertained. We played games like pool, used the kayaks, and even built a great fire to roast marshmallows. The host, Russel, was incredibly helpful and even provided beach towels and chairs. The property was very clean, well-equipped and pet-friendly. The off-street parking was fantastic, with plenty of space for three vehicles. The only improvement I would suggest is adding full-length mirrors to the bedrooms. They are relatively inexpensive and can be easily hung on the inside of the closet door. Thank you, Russel, for making our family vacation such a memorable experience.

Great spot!

We enjoyed our stay on Buttermilk Bay. Beautiful location and very peaceful. Our dogs enjoyed the private nearby beach for walking and swimming.

This is the second time we’ve rented this property and each time was a stellar experience. Russell has thought of everything. The house is comfortable and recent renovations made it even better. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Well stocked and furnished house in a nice quiet neighborhood

Also the house was very clean and everything in working order. Beautiful views of Buzzards Bay. Close to several good restaurants for dine-in or carry-out. Good location for visits to Cape Cod and a few nearby state and local parks.

Tranquil Bay Front Getaway

This was a very relaxing trip. The area was private and the view of the bay and all of the wildlife was beautiful.The house had everything we could have wanted. It is bright and airy.Russell was so accommodating. The multiple decks and fire pit made the trip even better.

My family had an amazing stay. The house was very comfortable and clean. The location was beautiful and very relaxing. The neighborhood was very beautiful and quiet, the beach is right around the corner. My son and husband loved the pool table! There was plenty of pots and pans in the kitchen to cook, and even some food in the cupboards. Medications, towels, sheets and even beach towels accessible in the house. We are hoping to go back again!

This vacation rental is perfect! The location is great! The view is wonderful and the host is top-notch! Russell is so responsive and helpful! He goes above and beyond a regular vacation rental host. The house has everything we need, down to little things like travel sized toothpastes, flosses, … We didn’t need to buy anything.I would highly recommend it.Thank you for a wonderful family trip!

The Great Escape Cod!

The house was very relaxing and comfortable. We felt right at home. The view of Buttermilk Bay from the deck is beautiful. The private beach was not far by kayak or by foot. We enjoyed the kayaks, fishing and walking and sitting on the beach, The pool table was added fun to our time there. We also enjoyed reading the sayings around the house. Russell was very responsive to all of our questions. We really enjoyed our time away there!

Home away from home

My family enjoyed the property. Neighborhood was quiet. House was clean and well-appointed. Loved the view in the backyard and the screened in area for our dog to stay secure to do her business. Nearby private beach was fun for the kids to find shells and skip stones. We enjoyed using the fire pit and the pool table.

Relaxing getaway!

Had a great and relaxing week. Really enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the morning and evenings. Russell was very easy to communicate with, responding almost immediately when we did need to ask any questions. We could walk to the private beach or take a 5 minute ride into town and walk around, there was plenty to do.

Absolutely perfect!

This property is immaculately maintained and has tons of well thought out details. We enjoyed the community beach that is about a four minute walk away and enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding just from the house. The pool table downstairs was a fun bonus and the two porches are perfect for quiet morning coffee and family lunches…Our family loved it! Communication with the owner was very fluid, he was there to help at anytime, just one text away..

Tidal salt marsh in the front yard

Beautifully decorated, cozy home with fascinating tidal salt marsh in the front yard with associated crabs and birds. Quiet, peaceful with two decks and a newly installed firepit. Russell, the owner, is responsive and generous. Property is well maintained. Would recommend!

Excellent house and fabulous location

As a family of for we stayed at this house and had an excellent time. The house was spacious, clean, well equipped and the host even provided toothbrushes and make up wipes in case you forgot something. View over the lake is amazing however due to some rain access to the lake with the provided kayaks seems to be tricky. Having a pool table in the basement was greatly appreciated by my kids (and myself). I can only recommend this house.

Perfect Getaway

Russell really does go above and beyond to make sure that visitors feel right at home. He provides all the comforts to make you feel like you are visiting family. The teenagers loved the kayaks, pool table, and going fishing. We were able to get on the Cape quickly to do sightseeing/beach time there as well. This is the first time that we took our 2 year old goldendoodle on a vacation. We were worried about how he would do. However, this was the perfect place for him as well! Thanks so much, Russell for everything! We would love to make a trip back in the future!

Peace and tranquility

We have stayed in many scenic places. This is stunningly beautiful. From each of the two elevated porches, we could watch as the tide slowly rolled in. We could hear the birds chirping and see a pair of swans gliding across the tidal basin. This is a lovely home, and Russell thought of everything down to toothbrushes and make up wipes. Very comfortable beds with quality linens. No need to sweep up, the Robo vac takes off every morning at 10 AM. We didn’t do much cooking, but everything you could possibly need is there including a vast array of spices. The house has Comcast Xfinity, and you can also connect to Netflix and Hulu thru the Roku provided. We enjoyed two family owned restaurants nearby, Leo’s for breakfast and Mezza Luna for dinner. We are golfers, and played Waverly Oaks and Pinehills in Plymouth as well as the Brookside club. Just over the Bourne Bridge. We highly recommend!

Home away from home

Property had it all. (Inside) It was completely furnished with whatever you need. From the kitchen to the 2 1/2 bathrooms to the three bedrooms. ... it was was well stocked. Pool table came in handy in the basement with the one rainy day that we experienced. (Outside) The views from the two decks overlooking the Bay was beautiful! Saw everything from fish, birds, turkeys and even racoons. Used the charcoal grill and the firepit several times. A plus was the private beach a very short walk away. Our Son's dog loved to swim there. In fact at low tide he was able to venture out to the middle of the bay since the water level was so low. Hilarious. On a side note....special thanx to Russell. Since the place was actually available a few days before and a few days after our week long stay Russell extended an invitation for us to stay an extra few days if we had the chance ... at no charge. What Owner does that?!?!? Unfortunately we could not but that was so very nice of him to offer. Cannot go wrong when staying at a place with such a caring Owner. With so much to do around town (Beaches/Whale Watching/museums/restaurants/Mini Golf/etc) it's a great place to stay. Highly recommend it!

Why they chose this property

I bought this property because it sits on a beautiful peninsula of land that juts out into pristine Buttermilk Bay! It is a private waterfront oasis, straight out of Maine! But at the entrance to Cape Cod.
It is surrounded by water with some of the best fishing and shellfishing in the area and has ever changing waterfront tidal views.
Plus I love the Windmills.
