Renovado 4 B / R casa en el agua con impresionantes vistas

En el agua, en un callejón sin salida con impresionantes vistas y dos cubiertas. A solo unos minutos a pie de dos playas (3/10 de milla) y el pueblo de Onset con excelentes restaurantes y atracciones. Puedes navegar en kayak desde nuestro patio trasero. Doble kayak proporcionado!

Tenemos 2 habitaciones con cama matrimonial (1 con una cama king y 1 con una cama queen size) con colchones de alta gama. 3er dormitorio tiene una litera y cama individual. El cuarto dormitorio tiene una cama doble sobre una litera más un colchón doble adicional.

Como madre con hijos, nos hemos asegurado de que nuestro hogar sea perfecto para familias. Ofrecemos artículos para bebés, juguetes, bicicletas, juguetes de playa, etc. Y si no lo tenemos, te lo conseguiré.

Esta es una casa clásica de estilo Cape Cod con tablillas de madera, pisos de madera y vigas transversales de madera. Tiene una espaciosa cocina abierta, sala y comedor que se abren a una terraza. También hay un cómodo rincón de desayuno perfecto para su café o té por la mañana. La casa tiene espectaculares vistas de la marisma con abundante avifauna. El interior fue completamente redecorado en 2018. Disfruta de una ducha al aire libre (¡agua fría y caliente!) La calefacción de gas durante los meses más fríos hace posible el alquiler durante todo el año.

Tenga en cuenta que durante la temporada alta de verano (Memorial -Labor Day), los huéspedes deben reservar al menos 7 días. Alquiler de sábado a sábado.

Ofrecemos WiFi gratis y hay un televisor de pantalla plana en la casa. No tenemos televisión por cable, pero ofrecemos un dispositivo Roku. Los huéspedes pueden usar juegos, juguetes, libros y electrodomésticos, y hay una parrilla de gas comercial disponible. Kayak está disponible

Really pleasant home, with new expanded balcony overlooking the marsh. Clean with many good quality supplies and kitchen tools. The nooks were great for us to enjoy shared space playing games, eating, doing puzzles or watching TV. Easy walk to beach or the village of Onset. We plan to go back again.

I wish we could have stayed longer

This was a perfect day for our family of eight. There is a bed for everybody. Place was beautiful and clean. I love that we are right on the marshy waterway. It was lovely.

This super clean and lovely home looks out on a tidal salt marsh complete with numerous bird sightings and lovely sunset. We had fun.

I was a little concerned with how close the rental property was, but the gentleman was nice and was always working. We had a great time just resting and relaxing. Never did get to use the kayaks. The tides never right for when we could use them.

Beautiful house, very warm downstairs

This is a gorgeous place in a phenomenal little town. We've been coming to Onset for a decade and it is perfect for families. The house is set on a marsh and we really enjoyed its view and the rooms were very comfortable. The downstairs was large and open and pleasant. Unfortunately, the downstairs is not air conditioned, and I blame myself for not reading the description closely and thinking more about this possibility. At the high price point for this house, I would have rented somewhere else with full air conditioning had I thought about it ahead of time. It's a trade off since the location is truly beautiful, but people spent time in the upstairs separate air conditioned rooms because the space downstairs was uncomfortable, even with fans in the windows. Again, this is not the fault of the owners and I should have read the description more closely.

Easy, breezy beach living!

Extremely well stocked, clean sweet beach house that my whole family loved. Fun to kayak in the cove at high tide, and the beach is just a few minutes walk. We really appreciated the layout of the sitting area and the ease of working in the kitchen. Loads of windows to fully enjoy the water views.

Christmas Family Reunion

This was the perfect location for a Christmas reunion for my adult children and young grandchildren children. Beautiful scenery as house is right on marshland with lots of birds. We enjoyed our walks along the adjacent beach and an outdoor fire pit with marshmallows and hot chocolate even in cold weather. Kitchen with island, and incredibly long dining room table facilitated comfortable meals for 7 adults and 4 young children. We have family nearby that didn’t sleep at rental. My favorite was seeing my children with their children playing at nearby playground built when my children were young. Nicole is very accessible and gracious host. Photos of living room need updating as the the huge white sectional pictured is no longer there, although there is still plenty of seating. Overall great location to many attractions on and off Cape Cod, and great vacation!

Fun on the Cape Cod Canal

Our family enjoyed our stay at this great home tucked away on the water. Plenty of room for us, kids enjoyed the short walk to play on the beach! Didn't have a chance to kayak but loved watching the tide come in each day! Great restaurants and fun things to do!

Cute house in picturesque Onset Beach

Beautiful view from the many windows in this cute 4 bedroom 1.5 bath house. It was a nice house. We liked the kitchen & dining areas. There was convenient access kayaking when high tide. The outside shower would have really helped if it was a private full height shower with a door. Onset beach is gorgeous with a cute little town and a few restaurants ice cream places. It was also a convenient launch point for for cape and Boston area sites. We had a great time. The cleanliness was okay just had a delayed entry to the place which we had worked out with Nicole. She was a very thoughtful and communicative host.

Great location for the whole family

The location was perfect for the entire family. It was close to the beach, playground, downtown and not too far to the canal. The house the perfect amount of space for 6 adults and 4 kids.

Quiet and relaxing getaway!

Lovely location

Very pleasant house with lots of windows for viewing the salt marsh. The neighborhood is interesting and quaint with narrow streets and houses close together, but there is privacy and peacefulness at the light house.

Postcard Perfect

While we were up in Massachusetts for a sad reason, funeral, the house really made for a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and lined with windows to allow the natural light in. I was actually sad to have to leave. Looking forward to a future stay at this postcard perfect home.

Pleasant stay

Had a great week at a great home. Property located nestled in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and love the natural view behind the property. Short walk to restaurants. Nice open-concept main floor. Amazing for our family of 7

This is our 2nd year staying at the light house and we loved it again. Already planning on returning next spring! We travel with 2 kids (under 5), my Mother and Father in-law, my Mother and Husband. The house feels spacious and there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy each other's company as well as some quiet time on their own. The family room, dinning room and kitchen area are an open pace that allows for cooking and eating together. The grand parents specially loved the time with the kids. The house is very well kept and super clean. Plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. There is also a high chair and pack and play that are super convenient if you have little ones. Took the kids for a walk and were so pleased with how quiet the neighborhood is and how cute the views are. The owners keep plenty of entertainment for the little ones; game boards, Lego sets, toys, even books to read at night time. There is also a kayak which my husband and i took out!!! you can get on the water right from the back yard :) Location is close to the supermarket, shops and while you are there make sure to visit Marc Anthony's La Pizzeria for great pies, salads and friendly service. Thanks Nicole for another great time! we will be back :)

This is a classic Cape Cod style home with wooden clapboards, hardwood floors and wooden cross beams. It has a spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining room opening up to a deck. There is also a comfy breakfast nook perfect for your morning coffee or tea. The house has spectacular views of the salt marsh with plentiful birdlife. Enjoy an outdoor shower (hot and cold water!) AC window units in the bedrooms. Gas heating for colder months makes year round rental possible. Negotiable rate for longer stays.
