With two beach front balconies, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets after swimming in the beautiful pool or playing in the sand. Minutes from Clearwater Beach, Trip advisors #1 Beach.

The spacious kitchen, with eat in dining, has all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. Two main floor bedrooms share a generous bath with a large walk-in shower. The spacious Master Suite is situated on the upper level with a large, private, furnished deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. A large walk-in closet and updated master bath with vaulted ceilings are a sure way to relax after enjoying your beautiful Florida day.

Two assigned parking spaces will await you when you arrive at this small ocean front condo complex. The condo is equipped with WiFi, Cable TVs & DVD in the living room and master bedroom, Smart TVs throughout to log in to your preferred streaming app, land line phone.

This is our second Christmas staying in this condo. We also stayed in 2023! We loved it so much we came back. My parents even rented a different unit in Sonrisa as well! The view is incredible, we had perfect weather and loved our morning walks on the beach. Our host was responsive and helpful and we had everything we needed for our stay. If we decide FL is the place for us again next year we will definitely see if this unit is available again!

Love this place. We return every year. Condo is clean and comfortable and stocked with everything you need for a wonderful week. Close to Publix, restaurants makes it even more convenient. Beach is steps away. We will be back!

This place is perfect. It had all the beach stuff we needed and lots of space. There are a lot of stairs which for my mother was a bit difficult. But otherwise this place is a JEM. Kitchen has everything , knives, pots, pans, Tupperware, stem wear, thermometer, huge fridge, pantry.

I have been coming to Bellaire Beach for 40 years and this has been the best experience by far. Even the kitchen has a direct view of the Gulf waters. And sunsets every night were just gorgeous from the balcony, beach or pool. I had a question for the host and she answered quickly. It was a wonderful week.

Awesome! Loved the upstairs owner's suite with private deck. This unit was very stocked, even with things you didn't realize you needed or had forgotten at home. The view is awesome and it's literally just steps away from the beach and pool. Thumbs up!!

Quiet complex but easy access to Clearwater and other amenities. The pool is not heated, but it warmed up nicely with the warmer days during our stay. We will come back again.

A Must Stay Condo!

This is a beautiful condo! It has an amazing view of the ocean from the patio and the deck. It is steps away from the beach. Our family has been renting here for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else in the area. It has everything you could possibly need or want!

Perfect beach vacation!!

Once again we had the perfect family vacation at this beautiful ocean front condo!! The location is perfect with the pool and ocean just steps away from the back porch. The condo has everything a family of 6 needs and plenty of room to spread out. Construction was just finishing from the hurricanes last year and the pool and grounds are once again beautiful. Also, the owners are wonderful to work with and respond right away with any questions. We will be back again next year!!!

Wonderful Stay

My extended family enjoyed a wonderful week at Sonrisa. The weather and location were perfect. The home suited our group and the close access to the beach made every day special. We appreciated the responsiveness of our hosts and the well appointed space. There were more stairs than we anticipated and mention it here only in case anyone has mobility challenges. Bellair Beach was a great spot and this home made for a great vacation. Thanks again!

Another stay in paradise

We had another wonderful week here. Repeat visitors. Everything about the property and the location is wonderful. All you need is your swimsuit, the condo is stocked with everything. Publix is nearby so easy shopping. The beach is quiet, which is just what our busy family needed! Christy is always attentive. She checked in several times to make sure we were comfortable ! Already booking next year!

This was our first Christmas vacation on the beach as a family and was everything we wished it would be. The location was perfect as Belleaire Beach is like having your own private beach getaway with beautiful sunsets.Located between Clearwater Beach and Maderia Beach you could get to and enjoy the tourist attractions and restaurants on the beach in less than 10 minutes. Perfect vacation for us as we like to spend time in the crowds and have fun but would rather our condo not be in the noise when we are trying to relax. We plan to return in the near future.

We loved it so much that we are coming back!!

In Aug. of 2015, we rented this condo for the first time and loved it!! We enjoyed it so much that we contacted Jim prior to leaving and made arrangements to rent it again in 2016. We love the fact that all we need to bring is our clothes. Jim has everything provided and more that you could possibly need while visiting the area. The location of the condo is close to everything. We even spent the day at Disney and drove back. See ya again in a couple weeks!!

Spectacular Beach Vacation

Just an amazing place. Just as advertised. Condo was well equipped for pool and beach. The beach is just spectacular... and full of life. Crystal clear water... we saw fish, dolphin, and manatees swimming by. Everymight was a million $ sunset! Thanks to Christi for her super fast responses and eagerness to help. We will be returning!

The perfect beach vacation!

This is the second year we have stayed at this condo. The owners were so helpful with check in, and always answered promptly any questions we had. The condo was once again stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies, to beach towels and chairs, and beach toys for the grandkids. Beds were so comfortable and so much space for the whole family to spread out! The view is spectacular and literally only a few steps to the beach. We watched the sunset every night from the patio. We have stayed in many properties over the years in this area, and nothing compares to this condo! Definitely a 10/10 experience and we hope to make this an annual trip for our family!!!
