Este entorno precioso es en el Golfo de México y es un jardín de baja altura complejo de condominios estilo de sólo 22 unidades. Es una unidad de estilo de casa adosada de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños (y un nuevo sofá cama tamaño queen) con su propio balcón en la sala de estar y una gran terraza en el dormitorio principal. No hi altura con ascensores y los pasillos - a pie justo en la puerta de la avena del mar de hierba y arena. Arena blanca y una magnífica piscina. Lavadora y secadora, cocina totalmente equipada si prefiere cocinar - o un montón de grandes pequeños bistros si no prefieren! Estamos a pocos minutos de la acción más ocupado Clearwater Beach, Aeropuerto Internacional de Tampa, El Acuario de Clearwater (sede de Invierno, el delfín), el Museo Dalí en St. Petersburgo y sólo 2 horas de Disney World en Orlando. Caminar por las playas y recoger hermosas conchas, ver delfines juegan en el Golfo o tomar un baño en las olas. Conducir a los campos de golf cercanos y otras actividades o simplemente ver la puesta de sol en la situación más ideal. Ventiladores y aire acondicionado Paddle te mantienen fresco y cómodo - sólo la brisa del Golfo es lo que usted podrá disfrutar mientras escucha las olas corriendo justo en la puerta. Peaceful and Beautiful

We had a wonderful week in Belleair Beach staying in this condo! Belleair Beach holds a special place in our hearts, and our first time staying in this condo did not disappoint! Everything in the unit was immaculate. And everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and convenient was provided! To top it off, the views of the Gulf were amazing. The best sunsets in the world! Huge thank you to our hosts!

Wonderful week

This was our third trip to this unit and once again, everything was great. The location on the beach is perfect. Everything we needed was readily available (towels, beach supplies, kitchen items). We will definitely be back.

This property was amazing, and communication with the host was excellent! The property is just as it looks and the water is amazing! The neighbors in the facility were great as well. Everything you need is in the condo along with beach items. We will definitely be back.

Another week in paradise

This was our 2nd visit to this condo and we will be back every year as long as these sweet owners continue to share their condo. We love this area and the lack of crowds. The sunsets are unbelievable. The water is crystal clear. Its just a perfect place! Sure, there have been hiccups, but the owners have always been great with communicating and resolving issues as quickly as possible.

Peaceful beach getaway

We loved our week at this clean and quiet beachfront property. The views and proximity to the beach and pool are unparalleled, and we very much appreciated the provided beach gear and ample towels/bedding for our family. It was a wonderful fit for our family with children aged 3 to 9.

Wonderful!

Amazing sunsets from the balcony; beach and pool are just a few steps once you descend the spiral stairs from the balcony. Most everything we needed was supplied. The unit was very clean other than the vents being in desperate need of a good cleaning. Communication was excellent. We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo on the Beach!

This condo was in a great location with easy access to the pool and beach. As other reviewers have stated, it is in on a fairly quiet beach, and extremely well stocked. We were able to find a spot on the beach in front of the condo easily every day. It was convenient to leave our chairs set up on the beach and head back to to the condo for lunch, with the ability to keep an eye on our stuff. The condo is the most well stocked I have ever stayed in. There were beach essentials such towels, chairs and umbrellas, as well as plenty of kitchen staples when we stayed. The spiral stairs were a little interesting to navigate with luggage (inside) and chairs, beach bags etc. (outside). We found it easier to send one person downstairs and have the other go down just a few stairs to hand the beach gear down. It's very close to Clearwater in case you get bored, but Belleaire Beach was a nice quiet family beach. If staying in the area again we would not hesitate to book this condo!

Great experience!

My family and I spent a week here at the end of June. The space exceeded our expectations. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay was provided and easy to find. The beach area was not busy at all and the water was perfect. We had planned on visiting different areas along the coast, but ended up spending most of our time on or around the property. We do plan on visiting again in the future!

Amazing week of R & R

This was one of the most well stocked condos we have stayed in. Our 3rd time to this area and we were pleasantly surprised. The location was great, had everything we needed. It was just my husband and me for most of the week. Our adult son that lives in Tampa came and stayed a couple of nights with us. We saw many wonderful sunsets, took long walks on the beach and loved everything about the unit. Really nice neighbors and quiet, very well kept complex. We would definitely consider coming back to this unit.

Beautiful Belleaire Beach!

Loved our stay! Peaceful, private and comfortable. Great location, many great restaurants just a short drive away. Especially liked The Conch Republic Grill. Best Coconut Shrimp I’ve ever had! Debbie was so great to deal with! She made sure we had everything we needed.

Great Place!

Perfect for families. Loved having the upstairs/downstairs room separation. Beach was very uncrowded in this area. Balcony view was excellent with the ease of taking balcony stairs down to pool/beach. Place was stocked well with the essentials. Cable or streaming in each room and living room. Short drive to restaurants. Property manager was easy to reach with some questions we had upon checking in. Highly recommend!

Great property, great view, great location!

We arrived late in the evening and check in was no problem. We awoke to an amazing ocean view right out our windows. The pool is right outside the condo as well, so convenient. The property was clean, furnished well and we had everything we needed for our family vacation from kitchen amenities to umbrellas, sand toys, beach chairs, etc. We had zero issues during our stay. I would highly recommend this unit! BelleAir Beach is a great location, a nice quiet beach but yet you are just minutes away from so many activities! We will definitely be back!

Quiet Location and Great Beach Access

This property was the nicest we have stayed at in Florida. The quiet location right on the beach away from crowds and high rises was wonderful. The area is more residential and away from the touristy Clearwater hub. The apartment was clean, well decorated and spacious. The upstairs master suite provided nice separation from the main floor. The grounds with grass and palm trees was beautifully kept. The communication with the owner was great. We inquired about a specific small kitchen appliance and they dropped one off before our arrival. We loved the spiral staircase entrances, but they could pose a problem for someone with mobility issues. A positive experience overall. We would happily return.

So close to the water!!

We had a great time at this villa! It had everything we needed from beach towels to aloe lotion! We experienced red tide on our last few days which put a damper on things - but not at all the owners fault! Highly recommend!

Great view and property

We loved staying at Aldea! We have a 5 year old and 6 month old and my husband and I couldn’t have found a better place to stay. The property has a clean pool that is heated (perfect for kids). The beach access is right on property. The view from the balconies was great along with the ocean breeze, we barely needed to use the air. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath with tub, has everything you need from kitchenware to beach chairs and towels. We definitely recommend this place. The only drawback for some, may be that restaurants and shops are not in walking distance but you can’t beat the beach walks out your back door.

It is the perfect quiet beach and close to our primary residence. We prefer the garden style to a high rise.

It is a very short drive to Tampa and Clearwater. The beaches are very private feeling and location just off of the Belleair Beach Bridge makes it an easy walk across the bay to Belleair Bluffs.
