FANTASTIC VILLA ON THE EDGE OF THE SEA - IMPRESSIVE PANORAMIC VIEWS - DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH-



This fantastic villa lays right ON THE BEACH, on one of the most precious bays of the fishers’ town of Moraira. This beautiful village is known for its charm and its spectacular sand beaches and crystal clear water.



The privileged location on a small cliff will allow you to enjoy IMPRESSIVE PANORAMIC VIEWS of the sea and the Peñón de Ifach Natural Park.



Next to the pool, a door gives you DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH. Just a few steps will lead you right into the amazing waters of one of the quietest bays of Moraira. This is the perfect place for diving and snorkelling thanks to the incredible variety of its submarine wildlife.



The house has large outdoor terraces with stunning views where you can enjoy a meal or dinner watching the sea being caressed by its pleasant breeze.

Its modern kitchen is very spacious and has direct access to the dining room and the outdoor terraces where you can enjoy magnificent views of the seafront. The dining room and the large loft-type living room, with air-conditioning, are connected to each other and have large windows providing the house with a pleasant sensation of amplitude and luminosity.



All its six bedrooms have air conditioning and breathtaking sea views. On the top floor, is the master bedroom which has an ensuite bathroom with shower, and a glazed terrace. On the same floor, there are another 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom with a bathtub, one bedroom with a double bed and the other with two single beds. On the ground floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed and a glazed in terrace with spectacular panoramic views. Next to it is a bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms are located next to the pool with independent access from the main house. These two bedrooms are ideal for a family with children as they are connected by a door and share a bathroom with shower.



The house has high speed internet / wifi (100MB fiber) with the possibility of increasing it up to 300MB.



The pool has an advanced salt-based filtration system that minimizes the use of chlorine.



The house also has a smoke detector, 1 fire blanket in the kitchen and 2 fire extinguishers. For stays of more than 2 months you can also request the activation of the alarm.



During the winter you will enjoy your wood burning fireplace with a glass door.



IMPORTANT:

Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed, unless they are accompanied by an older adult. If this rule is not met, entry will be denied and there will be no option for a refund.

No pets of any kind are permitted. We are sorry.

Mass gatherings are not allowed. Only visits from friends and family are permitted. Overnight stays in the home are not allowed to exceed its capacity.

Smoking and lighting candles inside the home are prohibited.

Grate stay at Sol Habitat Big Blue.

We were a family of twelve and the house was just perfect for us. We had a great time, inside and outside, took full advantage of the pool and all the amenities of the house. We were able to drive to see everything we wanted in the area. Great time had by all. It would be nice to have bigger fridge (or install another fridge altogether).

Amazing family stay

We had an amazing week long stay at Big Blue. The villa and views are stunning and we didn't want to come home. There is a big supermarket in walking distance and the beach is steps away from the terrace. Sol Habitat were very helpful and accommodating and their communication was great - both before and during the holiday. They went out of their way to be helpful. We would highly recommend the villa and the agent. Nothing!

Lovely stay at Big blue

The property and the area was really beautiful and we had a lovely stay with 10 persons both adults and kids. The view was amazing and the morning swim in the see was a lovely experience. Also the swimming pool was especially nice for the kids. The house lacked basic supplies, including carbage bags, hand soap etc. Basic supply would of have saved us from a supermarket trip as a first thing upon arrival.

Great location

We loved the location close to the sea, the quiet street and no traffic noise from the main street. The pool and outside areas was great, and both children (age 5-17) and the adults had a great time. We were more at the house than on the beach. The house is charming and functional for twelve people. The small double bed upstairs was hard and not so comfortable. The connected bedrooms downstairs share one aircondition, so the door between them needs to be open when the nights is hot.

Very Nice Place

The Villa has a fantastic View. Its Clean. The Service of the agency was very friendly. Basic Things like dishwasher tabs, bags for rubbish etc. should be included. Stuff (gardeners, pool stuff) appear suddenly - would prefer to know when they come into the garden. Over all: it was a very nice stay - we plan to come back

Everything about big blue villa is absolutely top class with views that are the better than you could wish for sol habitat were there to look after all our needs and we can't praise them high enough villa was spotlessly clean with ample supply of clean bedding and towels. Great villa with amazing view

We had amazing time staying at the villa. It's spacious, comfortable with nicely equipped kitchen. The pool with the view is a cherry on the top. We easily fitted two cars in the driveway. The ships are really close within walking distance so you can fully relax and not even mive far away to fully enyoj the villa and its amenities. The contact with the team was very easy and they were really helpful. We are already checking the dates to book the villa next summer. Staying in the house by the sea has also its disadvantages which are insects that sometimes appear near the house, especially in the afternoon. For those who are sensitive to that, it's better to stay on the higher floors and not on the pool level. Be also prepared that by the pool there is not much shade so get good sunscreen or for the worst hours hide on the terrace. There could be more umbrellas by the pool. Also, the bathroom downstairs could do with a little renovation or at least curtain change. That would make a big difference.

Fantastic location, owner could do with investing on the property

Fantastic location, access to the beach is good but steep so not for the less able. Villa has good bathrooms in the main house, beds very comfortable as was the linen. Nice varied levels to sit at. Agency were superb, could not be faulted, made the trip very enjoyable and hassle free. Had a small issue with the AC, they were out within 15 minutes, 30 minutes later a swarm of engineers arrived and was sorted within an hour, could not be better. A bit tired inside, has the feeling of a rental somewhat unloved property for rental, not enough sun beds and only one umbrella, not even a working corkscrew which for the rental price asked one would expect. Mish mash of glasses and plates, pop to Ikea once a season and get matching and all the same. Bathroom on lower accommodation was awful, mouldy shower with plastic screen. Owner needs to up their game a bit but I expect as always rented they cannot be bothered.

Maravilloso

Una vez más el equipo de Solhabitat ha hecho posible unas vacaciones maravillosas en un entorno maravilloso. Siempre atentos a cualquier cosita que se necesite y dándolo todo para que todo salga bien. Uno se siente muy cuidado con esta agencia y este equipo detrás. El detalle de la nevera en la piscina no tiene precio. GRACIAS EQUIPO SOLHABITAT! Repasar pequeños detalles de la casa que por el paso del tiempo y la cercanía al mar se deterioran. La puerta de salida a la cala por ejemplo. Una sombrilla más en la piscina vendría muy bien pues cuando hay 6 u 8 personas en la casa solo una se queda corta y hay tortas por la sombra de la que hay! Pero en general poco se puede mejorar, como ya he dicho son pequeños detalles del día a día.

Vacaciones en el Paraíso

La ubicación de esta casa es inmejorable, disfrutar de la piscina y las terrazas, con el mar a la vista y poder acceder al mar en un minuto, no tiene igual. Las vistas desde toda la casa son increíbles. La casa es muy amplia y cómoda y dispone de todo lo necesario para disfrutar unos días. Las camas son cómodas y la cocina está bien equipada Se puede mejorar el baño de la planta inferior, con salida a la piscina, que necesita renovarse, el resto están muy bien. Poner una nevera en esa zona ayudaría a ahorrarse paseos por las escaleras a la cocina.

Mooie villa op een geweldige locatie met prachtig uitzicht

Het uitzicht over zee De verschillende terrassen en zithoeken Het zwembad met voldoende ligbedden Slapen met het geruis van de zee op de achtergrond De persoonlijke ontvangst door Solhabitat en de prettige communicatie met hen. Heel fijn dat we gebruik mochten maken van een late check-out, omdat er geen reservering na ons was. De badkamer beneden bij het zwembad is aan vernieuwing toe. De lichtpunten in het slaapvertrek beneden bij het zwembad zijn niet voldoende of niet allemaal werkend. De nieuwe badkamer op de eerste etage is prachtig, alleen is de mengkraan verkeerd gemonteerd (blauw is warm en rood is koud en aan is omlaag en uit is omhoog, heel verwarrend).

Un año más he disfrutado de esta fantastica Villa. Todo en si me encanta, el equipo de SOLHABITAT estupendo.Todo genial. Sigo enamorado de ella. :-) La carpintería de madera ya está un poco viejita y las ventanas no cierran herméticamente por lo que los días de viento silba y entra frio. Si lo mejoraran ganarían en confort y ahorro energético. Pero es solo un aspecto a mejorar. Otro detalle importante sería la colocación abajo en la cocina de la piscina de una nevera ya que se hace mucha vida en el jardín y en la piscina y hay que estar andando subiendo y bajando para coger una cerveza o un refresco. y quien duerme abajo por la noche tiene que subir a la casa para beber agua. Este pequeño detalle sería un gran salto de calidad.

Me encanta la casa, la ubicación, todo! El servicio y atención que me da el personal de solhabitat cada vez que trato con ellos. Perfecto! Es imprescindible una nevera en la parte de abajo de la casa junto a la piscina, donde el lavadero entre el baño y las dos habitaciones de la piscina ya que se pasa mucho tiempo en la piscina y las bebidas frias es donde apetece tomarlas y hay que andar subiendo y bajando a la cocina simplemente a por un vaso de agua o un refresco. Los que duermen abajo igualmente tienen que subir a medianoche esas escaleras que son peligrosas de noche si se han apagado las luces simplemente si quieren beber algo fresco. La segunda nevera de la cocina la bajaría sin dudarlo a la zona de la piscina. El resto está perfecto.

Me encanta todo, tanto de la villa como del equipo de Solhabitat. Es la quinta vez que voy y sé que no será la última si Dios quiere. La villa está en una ubicación única, la casa es preciosa y el trato del equipo de la agencia es super bueno y organizado. Transmiten confianza y profesionalidad. Poca cosa. Pequeños detalles como por ejemplo en el baño de la planta del salón poner una cortinita en la ventana ya que por la mañana da el sol de cara y no te puedes ni afeitar porque deslumbra un montón... :-)

Una experiencia fantastica

Estamos muy contentos con la experiencia en general. El equipo de Solhabitat es excelente, todo muy organizado y perfecto. La casa con unas vistas excepcionales y con todo los servicios, estuvimos muy cómodos. Nos ha faltado una colcha para las noches en las que la temperatura bajaba un poco, ya que sólo con la sabana se quedaba escaso. Por otro lado, los problemas de tuberías y agua fecales son desagradables, si se solucionase la estancia habría sido perfecta, pero tuvieron que venir a desatascar tuberías y tuvimos una mala experiencia con la ducha por donde salía suciedad del sumidero.
