Tropical Treehouse entouré de jardins de la jungle

La propriété est privée située sur 250 acres de forêt mature avec quatre lacs. Il y a un jardin de jungle avec des canaux et un bateau à aubes de type African Queen. La cabane est à 35 pieds de hauteur accessible par un escalier et un ascenseur séparé pour les bagages et les provisions. L'intérieur dispose de la climatisation et de la chaleur centrales, WiFi, télévision par câble, cuisine moderne et moderne avec système de son Sonos, chambre principale avec balcon privé, baignoire carrelée avec plancher chauffant, douche carrelée, bidet, laveuse / sécheuse; il y a une chambre en mezzanine avec deux lits superposés et un espace pour placer des matelas pneumatiques supplémentaires. Il y a trois porches donnant sur les jardins de la jungle et le lac de dix acres. Le parc d'état de Lake DeGray est à 15 minutes en voiture et la rivière Caddo à 5 minutes. Le camp Winnamocka est situé sur le côté opposé de la propriété avec un fort de palissade, des navires pirates, un parcours de cordes et un village amérindien. Il y a cinq miles de sentiers naturels boisés à profiter en privé. La propriété est à cinq minutes de l'Interstate 30, à une heure au sud de Little Rock et à 35 minutes de Hot Springs.

This property was amazing and just what our family of four needed to get away for a long weekend. There was plenty to do for both of our children under 10 years of age. We went boating and fishing for the first time and hiked around many trails. We loved the Toucan Treehouse and recommend this experience!

Place was like stepping outside of reality driving up to the tree house. Awesome scenery and loved everything about the place. Owner is excellent at what he does, with the trivia and history questions for my kids, really made us feel welcomed. As well as everything on the property, didnt have to go anywhere to have fun. Best place ive rented!!!!!

Mr Henry was so nice and informative and accommodating! He is funny too!! The Toucan Tree House was a very unique and cool and special experience! Its pretty magical and a tropical escape right in the middle of Arkansas! We will be back!

This was such an amazing experience! A true tree house high above with all the amenities needed to relax and unwind and enjoy being so high up. We saw deer, watched as squirrel ran and chased each other and just sat outside in the brisk, cool air! A fantastic, unique experience! Thank you Henry!!

The tree house was a great place to stay for our girls trip. Not a lot of room inside to hang out but there was plenty of room on the decks and porches. The property was beautiful and had so much to do and see. (We only left to go eat) Henry was very nice and informative about the treehouse and the property. Oh and the heated bathroom floor was a nice little bonus! Would definitely go again!

The property and management were amazing! The treehouse is unbelievable! We loved it and the surrounding property! Had an issue with the door but the management was amazing and worked quickly to get things worked out!

Stay more than one night if you can!

We could only stay one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer. There is so much to explore. Mr. Henry is a remarkable and accommodating host. We’ll be back!
