This was our second time staying at this condo. It was still the same, very clean, very nice. We love the outdoor area. The kitchen has pretty much anything you would need to fix food. They have 2 coffee makers, which I think is a bit much, takes up a good bit of counter space. My only complaint, again, is the mattress in the 2nd bedroom, it is terrible, the bed is extremely noisy. We had to add the extra comforter to sleep on to add a little extra cushion. The roll away bed was more comfortable than the mattress. That being said, I would still stay here again because it's a great place, great location, the beach is private to the resort and is kept very clean.

Great condo

Great location with expansive beach and lovely pool. David, the owner was extremely helpful and responsive. Ordered us a beach umbrella and shower caddy while we were there. Office staff was great also.

Home Away From Home!

Lovely spacious condo right on the most beautiful beach I have been on. Everything is close by, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Nice stay

Being right on the beach was amazing, although you do have a little bit of a walk to actually get to the water. The pools were very clean. The balcony was very nice with shade from the hot sun. The condo was very roomy and bright. Luckily we were only on the second floor as the elevator was not operating for a few days, including the night we arrived. All in all, a nice stay.

Great beach

Great beach trip clean and good location. Only thing I did not bring that I needed to purchase was beach towels. Great to have all the toys and beach supplies handy.

Perfect getaway

We had a small issue at check in but overall we were completely happy with our stay! The condo is fully stocked with anything you could need on vacation and the location is perfect! We will definitely be back!

Great time at a great lication

We were down for the week from Ohio. The unit was very nice. Location was ideal, views were outstanding, and the unit was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Great location

Great location and the pool was perfect!! Some of the tech things were a little challenging but other than that it was great!! Would definitely recommend and we will be back!! The beach was not as clean as last year. Assuming it was due to the weather the previous couple of weeks. Cannot really control that.

Spacious condo....

We were surprised how spacious this 2 BR - 2B condo was. Everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Well-supplied kitchen and extra throws for comfort. Beach view was as shown on site. Private beach with sand that was fine as sugar - and didn't burn our feet. Sunsets were out of this world. Dave was quick to respond for the few issues we had. We've booked again for next year!

Paradise!

This was our first trip to SK and this property did not disappoint!! Location is perfect being so close to all the best places and the beach literally steps away. The condo was gorgeous, clean, updated, and stocked with all you need including beach chairs and umbrella. The balcony is huge with an amazing view of that perfect white sand and clear water. The steps are right outside the door and elevator right down the hall making it a super quick walk down to the beach. We can’t wait to come back and visit again! Thanks so much David!

Beautiful condo at a beautiful beach

Check-in was easy and the condo was beautifully decorated and updated; all around, it was just full of amenities (especially, the kitchen and beach supplies) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We even met the kind owner as she brought by a table for the outdoor seating. The outside balcony was so spacious and great for our midday lunch breaks and late evening lounging. The property (Jamaica Royale) was well kept, sand was gorgeous, and 1 of 3 pools was conveniently located very close by the condo. Good location to many fun things to do; you can go on the trolley and make a quick trip to Siesta Village... lots of shopping and good food options. Totally recommend this VRBO.

Nice, spacious condo and beautiful beach

The condo was very nice and had beautiful beach decor. Sofas and chair in the living room were comfortable. Condo was clean. We encountered an issue during our stay that the owner resolved in a satisfactory manner. Beach chairs and some other items for the beach were provided. Condo is within short driving distance of many stores and restaurants. We didn’t use the trolley but it is available nearby. We appreciated the stackable washer and dryer unit in the condo and the nice balcony with comfortable furnishings. The bed in the smaller bedroom is extra firm. We enjoyed the pool and beautiful beach and would definitely recommend this condo and love to stay here again.

Great Family Vacation!

The property was very well kept. Very clean, very quiet. We loved that it was such a family oriented environment. My only suggestions would be to replace the queen mattress in the 2nd bedroom, it was so hard and not comfortable. The lamp as soon as you walked in also did not work in that room. The kitchen table legs need to be tightened it rocked a lot when sitting at it. A brighter outdoor light would be nice too, the outdoor living space was absolutely wonderful! The owner was prompt in responding to any messages. Very pleasant to speak with. Overall it was a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Would absolutely stay here again!

Couldn't Be Better

Wow, what a find! This condo is located just steps from the beautiful sandy beach of Siesta Key. The inside space is incredibly large and also offers a variety of outside space to enjoy the spectacular sunsets. Don't worry about a packing extra, the condo comes equipped with everything you could possibly need from dishes, pans, Keurig and even an orange squeezer! Heading to the beach? There is a closet full of umbrellas, beach chairs, toys and more. You'll have no problem getting things to the beach either because it even includes a beach wagon! We rented a car which made all of the eateries (and drinkeries) easily accessible. If you grab some groceries and stock up, you really don't ever have to leave! We have stayed in several properties and this ranks at the top of our list.

Very Nice

We were very happy with this property. We arrived on Sunday the keys were in the box with instructions to our room at the office. Very easy into the condo. We checked the condo out found one small problem. Next morning went to the office and told them the problem. By the time we got back from a drive checking out the area they already had taken care of the problem. The condo was roomy and nice. Great view of the beautiful sunset. Only complaint of the condo was the bathrooms are very small.

Review

We arrived had no instructions how to get in the gate no lobby area open text the property owner he responded with instructions but would have been nice to know ahead.. Got in the condo first thing i see is a broken handle off the balcony door laying on the kitchen table. There was a big crack splitting down the wall in the kitchen place just looked run down. Went to check the beds both beds sheets were not washed had other people hair all in the beds i immediately contacted the property owner again about this because thats a huge issue if the beds aren't clean what else did they not clean overall the cleanliness of the place was bad. The sink in the master bath leaked had to call maintenance twice the building is just an old building but as i stated no matter what beds and the place should always be clean. We had to wash all the sheets after arriving late so very inconvenient! The property management mentioned asking for some kind of partial refund but she couldn't guarantee that said it was up to the property owner which he offered no compensation for all the inconveniences. A service fee or cleaning fee refunded would have been very appreciated!
