The villa was beautifully appointed and felt authentically Portugese. The location was fabulous… a short walk to the Marina, Old Town and a beautiful long sandy beach. The villa was spacious and very comfortable. The salt water pool was a bonus. A very relaxing space. We even did a yoga session on the roof top terrace. Maria our host was very welcoming and communication with her was easy at every stage. We all highly recommend this property and would definitely book it again.

Lovely stay close to beach, marina and town all walking distance. Good size bedrooms, lounge and kitchen which had everything we needed to prepare meals. Pool was a life safer as it was so hot when we visited and unfortunately no air con which is definitely needed in the summer months. The only downside was the amount of building work going on when we stayed but that does not take away from the lovely property

Lovely villa in a quiet location

Villa had all the facilities you would need to make the villa a home from home. Public transport was easily accessible, with a bus stop (No 2 line) to Lagos centre and to Praia da Ana etc.Host was very helpful and always on hand if needed. hand if needed

Lagos 2025

We (two couples) stayed at this house for two weeks in April. The house was spacious and well furnished and we really enjoyed the patio on sunny days. We would have appreciated a few more basics in the kitchen (salt and pepper, dish washer soap) but the house met all of our needs. The house is in a great location, very close to the beautiful Meia Praia beach and extensive board walk along the beach. The Lagos waterfront, a variety of restaurants and a supermarket are all a short drive or Uber ride away. I would definitely recommend this house for a vacation!

Lovely week in June

We had a really nice week staying at this villa. The pool was perfect, the house is beautifully renovated not long ago and really clean. Special mention to our hosts who were very responsive whenever we had a question! Would definitely stay again and recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday

Pleasant stay

We loved the Lagos area. Miles of beautiful beaches, great food, golf, shopping. A few things missing in the house...salt and pepper shakers, extra toilet paper, dishwasher soap and extra towels. Overall we would happily return

Great Location Near the Beach

We enjoyed our stay. It was easy to walk to the beach and a short drive into town. Very quiet. Bathrooms and kitchen are updated and the kitchen has the tools you need for cooking. We called the decor "grandma's" house. It worked well just a little worn and outdated.

Really a Dream

This villa is really a dream. We loved the pool (the pool boy comes every week to keep it clean) and the small garden. A further highlight was the sun terrace. This nice luxury villa is really fully equipped - you only need clothes and good mood and you will have a lot of fun. The landlords are very friendly and helpful. All rooms are very large and comfortable- the living room is even huge. The villa is very close to the Meia Praia. We were happy and can highly recommend this villa.

Review

Our family of 4 had a lovely stay at this villa. The location is perfect, it’s quiet but you can access everything easily on foot. It’s about 10/15 mins to the Marina and beach, or you can walk further and cross the bridge over to the old town where there are lots and lots of lovely restaurants and bars, this is about 20/25 mins. The villa is well kitted out with lots useful items - plenty of bedding, extra pillows, clothes hangers, glasses, Tupperware , hair dryer, literally every item you could need. It was nice and clean. The outdoor area is really nice and the pool is lovely. We cooked and ate in sometimes, there is plenty of space to dine outside and a good BBQ. There is a rooftop with nice views for an evening drink. Euginia was a fantastic host, really helpful and pleasant.

Nice place in Lagos

Very nice villa in a quiet area, within walking distance of Lagos. The property is as advertised in the listing, and Eugenia was great to deal with. We were met by her mom, who lives several units over in the same development. Stayed there in early Feb 2024, and we were probably the first guests for a while, because there were limited basics in the house (things like extra toilet paper, salt and pepper, garbage bags etc that usually accumulate when a place is in use). Also, it was a bit damp and cold for the first day or two as we opened it up and got some air and heat through the place. It warmed up and dried out with use. The back door to the rooftop deck was quite swollen and hard to open and close, but again, probably a result of winter dampness and lack of recent usage. Beds are comfortable, covers and blankets great, fireplace quite functional, and in general a lovely space to hang for a week. We cooked several meals in in the kitchen, and all worked as intended. Also had a couple of lovely barbecues on the fabulous built-in charcoal pit beside the pool. Nice feature. The temps were 13 at night, up to 22 during the day on the back deck area - which is a really nice sun trap on sunny days - gets quite warm. We swam in the pool twice, but it really was a bit cool given the air temps at that time of year. not a criticism at all - it was not advertised as heated and we didn't expect it to be, so all good there too. A very nice property for families.

Es war ein sehr sehr schöner Urlaub an der Algarve.Das Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen und auch der schöne Salzwasserpool hat uns sehr gefallen.Bis zum Meer waren es nur wenige Schritte.

Fantastisk villa med den skønneste saltvandspool

Vi har haft et fantastisk ophold i Lagos i denne skønne og meget rummelige villa med et ude-rumsområde og pool, der er helt i top med dejligt udekøkken og grill. Villaen ligger tæt på marinaen, 900 m fra et stort supermarked og ca 700 m fra stranden. Værtinden er meget venlig og imødekommende. Vi kommer gerne tilbage!!! Dog ville det ikke gøre noget, at der var lidt opvaskemiddel, rengøringsartikler, salt, peber etc, så man ikke skulle ud og anskaffe det. Små detaljer, som betyder meget for lejerne. Og så kunne der godt være lidt mere rent på emhætten, køkkenlågerne og i skabene.

Het was een prima, net en groot vakantiehuis. Heerlijk zwembad en mooie tuin. Goede ligging, dichtbij strand en haven. Goed contact met Maria. Handdoeken en alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig.

Perfektes Ferienhaus in Lagos

Wir waren Ende April bei bestem Frühsommerwetter 2 Wochen als Familie im Haus. Es bietet 3 geräumige Schlafräume, 2 Bäder (1xDusche, 1xBadewanne), 1 Küche mit allen erforderlichen Küchengeräten, 1 großes Wohnzimmer/Salon sowie eine wunderschöne Terasse mit kleinem Garten und tollen Pool! Der Aussengrill ist nicht nur eine Schönheit, sondern wurde von uns oft genutzt und funktionierte super. Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend mit angenehmer Nachbarschaft. In nur 5 Gehminuten ist der riesige Strand Praia Meia zu erreichen, zu Fuß erreicht man in 10 Minuten Bahnhof und Marina sowie nach 15 Minuten die Innenstadt. Die Vermieterin war für Fragen immer erreichbar und sehr entgegenkommend, die Mutter der Vermieterin lebt in der Nachbarschaft und war sehr hilfsbereit und ebenfalls jederzeit ansprechbar (allerdings spricht sie nur wenig englisch, aber die Verständigung gelang dennoch)! Wir empfanden das Haus als echte kleine Oase und können es nur empfehlen! Die Waschmaschine haben wir gern genutzt, sie lässt wirklich das Reisegepäck schrumpfen!

Schönes Haus mit Pool, von der Dachterrasse hat man einen schönen Meerblick. Küche ist schon etwas älter und eine Herdplatte funktionierte nicht aber sonst hat es alles was man braucht.

Toller Aufenthalt, super Haus in guter Lage

Das Haus war großzügig und sauber und der eigene Pool ein Highlight des Urlaubs. Auch die Lage fußläufig Richtung Strand und in die Stadt ist sehr gut. Das Einchecken war aufgrund der Sprachbarriere etwas komplizierter, aber die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind ebenfalls vor der Tür vorhanden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut, es gibt alle notwendigen Küchengeräte sowie eine Waschmaschine.
