Villa totalmente renovada en el conocido club atlántico. Ubicación de primera clase, solo el jardín y un sendero para caminar hacia el mar. Piscina privada (calentable) con dos terrazas a su alrededor y una terraza en la azotea con mucha privacidad y vistas al mar a su alrededor. Cocina moderna con todas las comodidades y muchos utensilios de cocina, camas cómodas en los dos dormitorios estándar. Tercer dormitorio bajo petición. Todas las habitaciones con aire acondicionado. Dos baños modernos. Wifi, IPtv, barbacoa.

This property is excellent. Outstanding location on the edge of the cliff overlooking the ocean and few minute walk down to Carvalho beach. The villa is well appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, private pool and washer dryer.

First holiday for three years and this place was a great choice. The location is perfect with a view out to sea, the villa is very well equipped, really clean. Lots of things to do and nice places to eat around there. Good comms with the owners who are lovely. Highly recommended!

Place was amazing, only slight negative was the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. We had to use the management company for a leak and they were amazing !

We had a wonderful week in this villa. It is clean and very well equipped. The pool was lovely. The front of the house was right next to the small car park for the nearest beach. It's a lovely beach with great snorkelling. We also walked across to the other side of the beach for a lovely meal at O Algar. Plus had a wonderful day out at Slide & Splash. Plenty of other nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Great location. Definitely recommend a car. The villa owners were really responsive and friendly. Overall, highly recommended!

Can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfectly located right on one of the cliffs. Literally walk out the back door, pass the pool, and out the back gate and watch the most amazing sunsets you’ve ever seen! House was adequately equipped with everything we needed. Washer, dryer, etc. location was perfect, just minutes from some amazing dining!

Gorgeous location!

After some minor set-backs at check-in (only 1 key provided for 3 locks / one bedroom locked), we had a very lovely stay! The property owner and local mangers were quick to resolve the check-in issues and communication was great!The location and views cannot be beat. We had everything we needed for a fantastic 5 nights. The sunsets from the roof deck are gorgeous. Hiking right behind the property! A car is highly suggested for getting around, we were very glad to have ours. We paid to heat the pool for our stay in early June and were very glad that we did. I don't think we would have been in the pool otherwise but we were used the pool everyday. Restaurants, beaches, and groceries are only a few minutes drive away. We would highly recommend this lovely property and would love to return someday!

Lovely Villia in a Great location

Great villa, perfect for family holiday with kids. Hosts quick with communication. Location ideal with lovely beaches literally a stones throw away. The villia is well equiped with everything you would likely need and the option of heating the pool is great with younger children.

A perfect week in Portugal

The property was absolutely stunning, with a location and vista of dreams. Not a single issue and the communication with owners was great, and very accommodating. Just to note, access to property by car requires patience at times as the approach road is a popular parking spot for a well visited beach.

Wonderful location, beautiful view and easy-to-work-with hosts!

We had an excellent family vacation at Maria and Herman's home in Southern Portugal. The view is exceptional and the location is very quiet which is what we wanted. Maria was very easy to work with. Amazing location

This property was perfect! The location (backing on to the beautiful Algarve coast path) was amazing. Just beyond the back gate are fabulous walks in both directions and a stunning beach just 5 minutes walk. The apartment was spacious, stylish, well equipped and clean. The pool area and roof terrace were also great offering both sun and shade during the day and amazing sunsets in the evening. Communication with both the owner and management was easy and friendly. There are fantastic restaurants in walking distance and others a short drive away. We will definitely return here next time we come to the Algarve.

Amazing place

This place is amazing! There is so much to love from the pool, the view and the roof terrace. It was absolutely perfect for us, the air con in the bedrooms kept us cool at night and the lounge and kitchen were great. The Italian restaurant nearby is amazing and you're walking distance to the beach though with views like that we barely left the villa. There's a small supermarket nearby which was great for fresh bread and milk (and wine) and a bigger one a short distance away. My wife said its one of the few places that she would come back to.

Villa is as advertised, amazing location out the back gate to the cliff side. Villa is fully equipped, all the essentials and more. Owner was quick to respond when asked. We used it as a base to explore the Algarve, found it to be a great location.

Great experience

We are a family of four and spent two weeks in Herman’s house : everything was perfect. The house is located in an incredible sea front line with a gorgeous view to gardens and sea, the house was also very clean and perfectly well equipped , the services company taking care of the house was also very efficient. In a nutshell, we absolutely recommend this house rental. Enjoy !!

Idyllic

Beautiful, well equipped villa in a gorgeous location. Excellent support and information before our stay. Made use of the owners recommendations for taxis, restaurants and supermarkets. The villa was exceptionally clean on arrival and the bed in the master bedroom really comfy. The villa had everything we needed for our stay but the wi fi was a bit patchy but useable. Everything was as expected and perfect, the only criticism was the pathway at the bottom of the garden. on cooler days it was extremely busy and some of the walkers invaded our privacy by climbing on the boundary and staring in at us but we positioned the sun loungers to maintain privacy while around the pool so not a major problem and not a criticism of the owners/management. Would definitely recommend the whole experience.

Idyllic Stay Near the Beach!

Our family of 6 (4 adults and two kids - 4 and 7) spent a lovely week in this home exploring the Algarve. The view alone is absolutely breathtaking. The pool was our kids favorite place and it was such an incredibly relaxing space for everyone to unwind. We didn't pay to have the pool heated and it was very chilly - if you don't like cold water, ask about having it heated. You have direct access to the famous Seven Hanging Valleys trail, which my husband and I spent a morning hiking. The beach isn't super easy access, which is true of many beaches in this area - there are a lot of stairs to climb, but we drove to Carvoeiro to enjoy the beach there and it was perfect. Lots of great restaurants and grocery stores only a 10-15 minute drive away. We had some issues with the wifi that were completely out of anyone's control and Maria was quick to communicate what was happening and keep us in the loop. Our only hiccup was that we quickly ran out of some essential household items - mainly toilet paper and trash bags, and didn't have access to more. Would recommend asking to have more of these types of items prepped ahead of time if you are a larger party.

Document everything

The shower drain in the master bath is inadequate. We used the lowest pressure on tap, limited water usage to rinsing, and adjusted the shower curtain as effectively as possible. However, there is a very slight incline from the drain to the showers edge, and all water that is not immediately collected by the drain spills on the floor and creates a hazard. After the first shower, we opened an unlocked cabinet and found a stack of old towels presumably left to handle the overflow from the shower. We only used the towels for this nuisance, and we dried them after each shower. After checkout, we were accused of breaking into a locked cabinet, using excessive towels, and creating holes in 2 of them. The towels, in general, are very old, ratty, rough, and heavily bleached. The ones under the sink were even worse and did have holes, but not from us. We should have reported this immediately, but we were focused on making the best of our stay. We were also charged for a broken trash can that the host later rescinded, but we have not been compensated. We have filed a complaint with VRBO and are working through it. We also notified the owner of a raw sewage smell in the kitchen that greeted us on arrival. We also should have reported that because the absentee host has chosen not to believe that it exists. Hopefully it is addressed should you decide to stay. Regardless, document everything lest you get blindsided by charges.

Set in a wonderful location but.....

This villa is located on a cliff top with magnificent views. The pool area is superb and well furnished. The roof terrace again providing great views was unusable because of the lack of cushions for the seating area. The ones which were provided are dirty and stained. At one time the villa would have earned the description of 'Luxurious'. Sadly this is now not the case. Everything is a little tired and used. Linen is old and past its used by date, with towels which are stained and threadbare. There are damp issues; water ingress from the roof terrace into the sitting room ceiling, black mould and damp to the front twin bedroom, small bathroom and kitchen skylight. The owner was made aware of the condition and a request made for a dehumidifier, which was provided. This helped but has not cured the problem. In our opinion the villa is in need of a refurbishment if it is to retain its luxurious description. The views alone are simply not enough. Ours was an extended stay of 37 nights, which makes attention to detail important in providing the 'Luxurious, cosy' environment advertised.

Leider wenig Privatsphäre am Pool durch Wanderweg, wo viele Menschen täglich gehen und einen freien Blick auf das Grundstück haben. Das zweite Bad ist sehr klein und hat keine Ablagemöglichkeit.

Es war super erholsam und schön Top Lage nicht weit vom tollen Strand in der Hauptsaison. Sind allerdings einige Menschen dort unterwegs trotzdem hat man Haus seine Ruhe !!! Im Haus ist für alles gesorgt ! Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn das möglich ist !
