A well equipped and modern villa. It was comfortable but expected the shower rooms to have ensuite toilets. There were only 2 toilets for a villa that could sleep 10 people. Enjoyed our holiday and the location was ideal for everything.

Beautiful and well equipped house

We enjoyed our stay in this nice place very much. It started with a nice welcome from Hélène with a good explanation of the infrastructure. She was always accessible for questions. Remy was interested in our wellbeing at his place. The house is well maintained and ideal located for trips around the Arcachon area.

60th birthday celebration

We were a family of 9 varying in age from 24 to 80, on holiday to celebrate my 60th birthday. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area about 20 minute stroll to the seafront. It is modern & very well looked after. Everything was clean & well equipped. The pool was nice & warm & the gardens were neat with lovely lighting in the evening. Myriam was very friendly even though we didn’t speak the same language we managed to communicate through our mobile phones. One thing that would be good would be mirrors in the bedrooms

Un excellent séjour dans cette très belle villa parfaitement entretenue et équipée , la piscine est d'une dimension correcte et à parfaite température (option chauffée).Le quartier est très agréable par son calme et son environnement végétal. Le centre ville d'Andernos et les plages sont très proches.L'accueil est bien organisé et de qualité (disponibilité, gentillesse). Lits faits à l'arrivée et ménage complet en fin de séjour. Parfait !

Excellente semaine pour 6 septuagénaires venus faire la découverte en vélos de la baie d'Arcachon.Réponses très rapides de la part des propriétaires aux questions posées. A notre arrivée, toujours très disponible, Hélène nous a très gentiment fait découvrir cette belle maison, située dans un endroit très calme, à proximité des commerces et du centre ville.Par ces temps de canicule, la climatisation, les extérieurs et la piscine ont été très fortement appréciés par l'ensemble de l'équipe. Belle maison très fonctionnelle avec des parkings bien dimensionnés .Belle piscine que nous n'avons pas utilisée. A noter une réception au top et une disponibilité sans faille. Merci à eux.Nous avons eu à déplorer un problème electrique vite résolu et un dysfonctionnement de la télévision.

Magnifique villa conforme à l'annonce, un séjour entre amis dans une tés belle région.A voir peut être le fonctionnement du chauffage, pas facile à régler et un manque de descriptif pour cela.également un défaut de pression d'eau dans toutes les douches.La piscine n'était pas disponible en hiver et nous étions prévenusje recommande cette villa.

Maison superbe, emplacement idéal. Quelques petites geènes, les gros appareils ménagers un peu fatigués, odeur dans la tuyauterie de la cuisine lorsque le temps est humide.Une autre précision, les matelas des lits sont corrects, c'est dommage que celui de la chambre parentale qoit usé. Pour des jeunes c'est peut-être supportable mais pour une personne comme moi qui est proche de la 7 ème dizaine ce n'est pas très confortable pour le dos.Séjour très agréable en famille, c'est ce qu'il faut retenir.La personne qui nous a reçu, Hélène, est très gentille et disponible.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, es gibt jedoch einiges zu beanstanden.Nach der Buchung u. Zahlungen bekamen wir Hinweise, welche Kosten für die Beheizung des Pool u. für die Nutzung der Klimanlage extra anfallen. Darauf wurde im Vorfeld nicht hingewiesen. Im Gegenteil es wird beim Pool explizit darauf hingewiesen, dass es ein beheizter Pool ist. Die Kosten für den Pool belaufen sich auf zusätzlich 80,-- pro Woche. was wir ziemlich happig fanden, bei dem Gesamtpreis des Hauses.Die Klimanlage schlägt mit Kosten in Höhe von 60,-- pro Woche zu Buche, auch das ist nicht im Inserat erwähnt. Im Übrigen ist die Klimatisierung ein recht abenteuerliches Konstrukt. Eine Klimaanlage ist für ein Schlafzimmer, die anderer Klimaanlage ist für alles restlichen Räume. D. h. wenn die übrigen Schlafzimmer kühl sein sollen, müssen dort Türen offen stehen bleiben. Wenn man es im Wohnzimmer angenehm kühl haben will, ist es im Nebentrakt des Hause mit 3 Schlafzimmern eiskalt.Es gibt so einige Dinge die dringend erneuert werden müssen. An erster Stelle die Liegen. Die Kopfteile sind mit Kabelbindern in einer Position festgestellt, da die Rasten für verschiedene Höhen des Kopfteiles nicht mehr halten. Das finden wir beim Preis des Hauses schon sehr armselig, dass defekte Teile nicht erneuert werden und nur eingeschränkt nutzbar sind.Küchenutensilien müssten ebenfalls einige mal erneuert werden, insbesondere die Messer, da schneidet keines mehr richtig.Sitzsäcke (Bild) fehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Wohnlage

wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Die Lage des Hauses ist in einem ruhigen Villenviertel, zum Bassin läuft man ca. 30 min im Ort. Bäcker ist ca. 10 min zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit und Austattung ist sehr gut. Wöchentliche Reinigung des Pools ist gegeben.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Super Villa

-Bon rapport qualité/prix-Location très propre.-Maison agréable, très bien isolée.- Partie partie vie lumineuse.-La disposition des chambres avec l’accès directe sur la piscine et le jardin, est judicieuse.-La cuisine est bien équipée-Dimensions des chambres OK.-Terrasse bois d’une belle superficie avec une belle piscine dont malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu profiter, faute à la météo.-Le jardin est bien végétalisé et bien entretenu. Les haies vives protègent bien du vis-à-vis.-L’implantation de la villa dans un lotissement très calme, bien entretenu et proche des commodités est un plus.-Les 3 salles de bains pour 5 couples, c’est bien.-2 WC, ça passe, mais c’est le mini.

Séjour au top !

Nous avons passé Noël dans le logement qui était très confortable pour une famille. Tout le séjour s'est super bien déroulé !!! Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés !!

Location décevante et mal entretenue

La maison est très spacieuse et bien équipée certes en revanche la literie oreillers est déplorable, aucune des cinq chambres n’a une literie correcte, matelas en cuvette ou qui grincent… nous avons demandé à changer les draps qui étaient tachés. Les pommeaux de douche doivent être mieux entretenus (calcaire) sur les 3 télévisons une seule fonctionne correctement.La personne qui nous a accueillie est très gentille et arrangeante.
