Beautiful Villa with superb views and private pool in the heart of StTropez Gulf

Property located on the heights at 1 km from the town center of the charming little village of Cogolin typical of the South of France. View of the hills of Gassin, the Gulf of St Tropez and Sainte Maxime. You will be ideally located 6km from the sea, 15km from the beaches of Pampelonne, near the most beautiful sites of the region:
St-Tropez, Grimaud, lake city of Port-Grimaud, Ramatuelle, Massif des Maures, St-Maxime, Frejus and St-Raphael.
In addition, Cannes, Antibes, Nice and Monaco are accessible for a day trip.
This very bright country house recently renovated (2016) will offer comfort, tranquility (located at the end of impasse) and relaxation for sunbathing and barbecues on the terrace. The illuminated pool will welcome you for swimming at night, and the bowling alley for pétanque parties with friends or family.

Pool house: large covered terrace with garden furniture and large table for 6 people, double barbecue, pizza oven, room with summer shower and toilet, local with fridge, freezer and washing machine, ironing board, iron.

Relax and enjoy

It is a marvelous place to spend with your family, to relax and enjoy some excursions. The garden is wonderful and the quietness of the locations gives you right away the feeling of vacation.

We love it here. This was our second stay at the villa and it was just as beautiful as we remembered. The location is so peaceful, the villa, garden and pool are stunning and your close to a lovely village and restaurants.

This Villa offers a truly Five-Star experience in every aspect. The entire property exudes magic, from its meticulously landscaped grounds to the exquisite pool and breathtaking views. It's the epitome of relaxation. Our host, Jean-Michel, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. His dedication added to the creation of countless unforgettable memories during our visit. We consider ourselves fortunate to have discovered this remarkable property and that it was available for rental. I can confidently say that you will not encounter any disappointments here. However, it's worth mentioning that for elderly guests, there is one important detail to note: the steps leading upstairs to the bedrooms could potentially pose a safety concern if not approached with caution. This is not a fault of the property itself, but rather a word of caution to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay.

Wunderbares Haus in sehr gepflegter Umgebung. Hervorragend ausgestattet, perfekt geeignet fĂŒr 6 Personen. Wir haben den Urlaub im Garten und im Haus bestens geniessen können. Immaculately clean and beautifully presented. Pool is gorgeous and we loved the outside kitchen. Very steep hill so we didn’t try walking into town as very hot this week.

A lovely piece of paradise

What a gem. We truly enjoyed and loved our stay at the villa. It's even better than the photos show. The house offers all you need for a relaxing and energizing break. The communication with the landlord is very, very good.

Wer seinen Urlaub in einem sehr gepflegten und idyllisch angelegtem Anwesen mit Pool genießen möchte, ist in dem Haus von Jean-Michel genau richtig. Das Haus ist hochwertig ausgestattet, in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand und es fehlt einem von der KĂŒchenausstattung bis hin zu den BĂ€dern und den unterschiedlichsten charmanten PlĂ€tzen auf dem GrundstĂŒck an nichts. Wie Gott in Frankreich

Eigentlich fĂ€llt es schwer das Haus in Superlativen zu beschreiben. Erstens weil alles fantastisch war und zweitens, wenn es zu toll beschrieben wird, kann man dann nur schwer einen freien Termin fĂŒr ein Wiederbuchen finden. Das Haus ist extrem geschmackvoll im Innen- wie auch im Außenbereich und man kann nur hoffen, dass es ausschließlich von Menschen gemietet wird, die das schĂ€tzen und pfleglich damit umgehen. Auch die Lage ist extrem ruhig und lieblich, trotz der NĂ€he zu St. Tropez und anderen touristischen Zielen. Auch die Kontakte mit dem Vermieter und Verwalterin waren sehr sehr nett und persönlich. Nous reverrons!

Magnifique maison

Nous avons Ă©normĂ©ment apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour dans cet havre de paix sur les hauts de Cogolin. Maison super propre, accueil chaleureux et disponibilitĂ© par Rebecca. Il y fait bon vivre, tout est pur et claire. Magnifiques couchers de soleil, petits dĂ©jeuners aux sons des cigales et petit apĂ©ro rose autour d’une partie de boules. AprĂšs les journĂ©es de plage il faisait bon vivre de rejoindre le calme et la beautĂ© des lieux. Rien Ă  redire, allez y et n’hĂ©sitez pas. Il y a mĂȘme un beau piano pour de belles soirĂ©es Merci Ă  vous
