'Seashell House' is conveniently located within 'Villaggio Palma'. The Village has been built around the magnificent swimming pool and the tennis court, few steps away from the pretty sandy beach and only 1 Km away from the centre of Baja Sardinia.
The 3 bedroom, fully air conditioned house, fully equipped and tastefully furnished, can easily accommodate up to 6 people over two floors.
The large patio, with dining and living areas, overlooks the front garden and benefits from a beautiful sea view and gorgeous sunsets.
A secluded backyard lodges the BBQ.
On the ground floor: kitchen, good size living room, one double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

The property was perfect - a real home from home

This house was amazing - so comfortable with lots of little extras to make your stay a real home from home - the outside space was perfect and really large and the garden was beautiful ( pool also loved by our children ) - we couldn’t praise this place and Cinzia (who was always on the end of a text if we needed anything) more. The area also fantastic in terms of exploring Arzachena,Porto Cervo and the Maddalena islands - thanks so much x

Beautiful location

This is a lovely compact house - on a private estate with 30 villas about 20 min walk to Baia Sardinia. The views are wonderful. You need a car to explore. Ideally a small car as the parking space is hard to get into!

Great stay

Great accommodation in great location. Beautiful views from garden / sitting area. Ample space for 2 adults and 2 Children. Air con in rooms is great. Location is really nice but a car is recommended if you want to explore the area. Walk to beach and pool short distance and very clean. Would definitely recommend staying here . The landlord was easily contactable and very helpful.

Beautiful 2floor house-

The house is really beautiful and warm and the owners are super nice. The house is a 2 floor villa really well organized. Rooms are big enough for a holiday house and the beds are definitely comfortable. lovely property, beautiful views and comfortable.

The house is lovely, lots of personal things around making it feel very homely. The pool is fabulous, crystal clear, huge and very deep at one end, we were sometimes the only people there in August! Just a short stroll to a pretty and very quiet beach , take an umbrella if you need shade. Sunsets from the large covered loggia were spectacular. Paolo the house keeper was very helpful (not much English), but Cinzia speaks perfect English as was at the end of the phone if we needed anything.

Lovely home in a wonderful location

After quite a stressful trip, we were really impressed with the house and location. Check in with Milena was really easy and she was very helpful during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The location Villagio Palma is really pretty with lots of greenery and one of the cleanest pools I’ve seen. It was also really quiet, sometimes we had the entire pool to ourselves. The restaurants and beach of Baja Sardinia is only a 15 min walk but the local beach is really nice and a lot quieter, very relaxing indeed. The house has a lovely Terrance and garden with wonderful views to watch the amazing sunsets. The owners are very responsive and helpful and I would definitely recommend this property in beautiful Sardinia!

Dreamlike summerhouse

This is the perfect house for a family to stay during a vacation in Costa smeralda. The house is perfectly located in a very nice and quiet area close to several beautiful beaches and a nice and clean pool nearby. The house is well equipped, delightful interiors, air conditioning and comfortable beds. We spent a lot of time in the outside area of the house which has several places for recreation and eating. Also the outside area is beautifully decorated and has a peaceful flourishing garden. This gave the vacation an extra luxurious feeling. The contact with the host and caretaker (Milena) was impeccable. We got immediate response when we needed support, which we really appreciated. In summary: a perfect house for vacation for a family (or a group of friends) in a beautiful area of a spectacular part of Sardinia.

Great place to stay in a wonderful location

We stayed 9 nights (family of 4 with two young children) plus granny, and the house was a great size with a lovely terrace and views overlooking the hills and sea. A beautiful spot. The shared pool was lovely, clean and big - and the local beach was also nice for afternoon swims. Cinzia and Milena were very responsive with small issues being resolved immediately. We were there for a heatwave so the downstairs bedroom was unusually hot without air conditioning and with the window open my boys got bitten alive by mosquitos even covered in repellent. That was the only downside. Otherwise a perfect house with everything you would need for a great holiday. I’d recommend this place. Having to pool, tennis country and beach within a very short walk was a luxury. And the local village, Baia Sardinia, is very pleasant for an evening meal after a lounge on the beach.

Comfortable holiday home in great location for exploring Costa Smerelda

We stayed between 12th may and 19th May at this lovely home. Communication with the hosts was top notch prior to arriving and during our stay and we were provided with helpful tips and places to visit. Paolo was there to meet us (unfortunately our car hire at airport kept us waiting longer than thought) but he was still there for us! Paolo spoke no English but through some miracle we managed to communicate. The Apartment was very clean and tidy, and suitable for our needs. A travel cot and high chair were provided free of charge. The patio and BBQ area is perfect and there are glorios sun sets from both the garden and the balcony. We were bitten alive by Mossies, so don't forget your spray. The pool was not open for us, however we were unlucky with the weather so we didn't have a need for the pool. The beach in Baia Sardinia is great and we ate out a few times down here, which is walking distance. we found the bedrooms comfortable and hot water was always available. There was a hairdryer for use (which I discovered after texting Cinzia a few days after arriving- doh) the Internet access was sufficient for our needs, and the hosts kindly topped up our usage due to us staying in. We found that the kitchen could have provided bear essentials such as dishwasher tabs and washing up liquid, but it catered for most of our needs other than that. The check out was efficient, and Paolo arrived on time as promised. we got all our deposit back. I would highly recommend this apartment for a visit to costa smerelda, it is located close to some fabulous beaches. I would say that 4 adults might feel crowded in here though, but there is beds for 6 people.

Bella risorsa in buona posizione che andrebbe ammodernata

La casa è come si vede nelle foto. Abbiamo avuto però un problema all’arrivo in quanto abbiamo trovato la casa poco pulita in generale, le stoviglie molto sporche (prima cosa ho dovuto lavare tutto il lavastoviglie!), asciugamani non perfettamente puliti e di scadente qualità così come le lenzuola e i sanitari (un’asse del wc era praticamente rotta). Problemi tutti risolti velocemente da Milena che è stata gentilissima ed efficientissima, e che ringraziamo molto anche per l’omaggio che ci ha dato per scusarsi delle condizioni della casa. Nel complesso la struttura è bella e comoda per un accesso diretto a una spiaggia carina e tranquillissima. Però la Proprietà dovrebbe ammodernare molte cose perché con la stessa cifra abbiamo anche recentemente trovato case molto più moderne e curate nei dettagli (i bagni andrebbero cambiati, gli infissi sistemati, la cucina ammodernata, e sarebbe carino predisporre un kit di cortesia - sapone nuovo nei bagni, un phon per ogni bagno e non uno solo - tovaglioli di carta, sacchetti nei contenitori della pattumiera - che andrebbero cambiati, in cucina erano rotti…-). Insomma con un piccolo sacrificio - visto il prezzo- la casa potrebbe essere molto più confortevole! Speriamo che il suggerimento venga raccolto dalla Proprietà se vuole che anche i clienti come noi tornino volentieri.

Très belle semaine en famille

La villa de Cinzia et Luciano est idéalement située, la résidence est bien entretenue avec une grande piscine et un terrain de tennis très appréciés des enfants plus une petite plage calme à 3mn. La villa est très bien agencée et jolie ment décorée. Cinzia et Luciano sont très gentils et font tout pour que le séjour se déroule bien. Milena qui est sur place est également très réactive et vous apportera tout le matériel manquant et est de bon conseil pour les visites. Seul bémol il y a un hôtel club en face de la baie et la musique est forte tous les soirs mais ça s’arrête a 23h. En conclusion une bonne adresse en famille pour profiter de la Costa smeralda

Wunderbare Erholung in einem sehr gepflegten Haus

Das Haus bietet einen unvergleichlichen Meerblick und ist sehr sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden. Auch der Grill war in einem sehr sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Sehr hervorzuheben ist auch der Garten, der den Kindern eine wunderbare Spielfläche bot. Nicht zuletzt sei erwähnt, dass sich unsere Gastgeberin Cinzia um alles sofort gekümmert hat und immer erreichbar war. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely house in Baja Sardinia

We visited Baja Sardinia in August with our family of two adults and two kids. The house and the yard were lovely, clean and well kept and the owner as well as the property manager were very nice and helpful. The living room is pretty small which might be a problem if the weather is bad/cold and you can’t use the patio. There was good sized pool on the property which our kids loved as well as a small beach. The beach was nothing special (for Sardinia) but nice if you just wanted to stay for a short while. There were also a few restaurants in walking distance from the house but the street you had to walk on wasn‘t very nice. Overall a car is highly recommended to visit Baja Sardinia, Porto Cervo and the nicer beaches. There is a club hotel on the other side bay which played very loud music every night, but maybe we were just unlucky with the direction of the wind. Other then that we enjoyed our stay very much.

Immobile gradevole e ben curato, dotato di tutto ció che puó servire in una settimana di vacanza. Location di livello in ambiente tranquillo; splendida piscina, anch’essa pulita e tenuta molto bene. Vista mare eccellente. Proprietari e caretaker locale molto gentili e disponibili. Da tornare.

Un super lieu de vacances

Nous avons beaucoup aimé à la fois le lieu, l’environnement et la maison. La vue est magnifique , joli jardin , proche de toutes commodités ( il faut qd même prendre la voiture commerces à 1 km) Bien située car pas trop loin du joli centre de Baja Sardinia et pas trop proche du bruit de soirée. La maison n’est pas très grande mais très bien équipée. Le wifi fonctionne très bien Mais attention, au delà de 20 gb, c’est payant. Le proprio Cinzia est très agréable et s’assu Bien de notre confort. Milena, la personne qui s’occupe de tout pour la maison est très à l’ecoute de nos besoins et réactive. Un endroit sympa à la fois pour les familles avec jeunes enfants qu’avec des ados, qui était notre cas.

Very nice and well equipped house

We (2 adults + 3 teens) visited the house in July 2019. The contact with the owner was very pleasant. The house is very well equipped with enough space for 5 or 6 guests and has a well-kept garden. The community pool is huge and mostly empty. A small and not very crowded beach is 5 minutes away.

Le vacanze perfette con la famiglia

In un ambiente privato, posizione molto bella, con una grande piscina comune e a breve distanza a piedi (2 minuti) dalla piccola e bella spiaggia. Eravamo 6, 4 adulti e 2 bambini piccoli. La disposizione della camera è eccezionale, tutto ciò che è adatto ai bambini e l'attrezzatura perfetta: anche culla e seggiolone. La padrona di casa era sempre e facile da raggiungere e il supporto in loco era anche semplice e senza complicazioni - ci torneremo!

Very close to the beach. Part of a village which is also ideal for families with kids thanks to its very proximity to seaside, reachable with no crossing of any busy road.
The fantastic swimming pool area provide a lot of pleasant of relaxing time too, meanwhile the tennis court is a favourite of sporting guests.
