Charming country house 300m from the beach

Small holiday home with lots of character built in 2014 on a nice wooded grounds 300m from the beach. Functional and easy to live on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the late season, we have furnished it in the spirit of a seaside resort of the 60s.

So that you make the most of your stay and to facilitate the organization of your trip, the beds are already made on your arrival, the linen provided and the cleaning systematically included. For the Weekends we also leave at your disposal all the small consumable (laundry, dishwashing product, dishwasher tablets, soap, shampoo, but also salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar ...)
Weekend (excluding school period) from Friday 14:00 to Sunday 21:00. Weeks from Saturday 16h00 to Saturday 11h00.

All the space will be at your exclusive disposal with the exception of a part of the garage reserved for storing our belongings and the land that will be shared with the squirrels.
The house has been classified furnished tourism **** for 8 people in May 2019. It is in perfect condition, well insulated and well equipped. All the bedding is of very good quality. On the ground floor a small room with a bed of 160x200 and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. Independent and adjoining toilets. A living room with a beautiful and large farmhouse table three meters long, a small sofa and two rattan armchairs. Small flat screen TV, DVD player with USB input, mini Bluetooth CD channel A functional kitchen area and very well equipped: dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, fryer , pressure cooker, waffle iron and an incredible amount of other kitchen and tableware (detailed list on request). Finally, a large tiled laundry room with direct access to the outside where you will find a washing machine, a dryer, a freezer, a hip bath with shower equipment (very convenient for the return of beach!) and toilets.
The access to the floor is done either by the interior, or by an outside staircase. On the floor a first room with a bed of 160x200, a small cupboard, an armchair and an office. A second large "dormitory" room with a bed of 160x200 (or on request a king size bed 180x200), two beds of 90x200 and three dressers. A bathroom with sink, small shower and toilet.
Hot water by 300L balloon, wood heating with additional convectors in all rooms. Outside, on sunny days, two large wooden tables with benches, four chiliennes, a gas barbecue. No need for umbrellas, trees will offer you if you want a shading infinitely more pleasant. Bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, post office, PMU bar, newsagent, tourist office open all year around the market place located 500m. Two large weekly markets on Tuesdays and Fridays in summer (Friday only out of season).
