Lovely property, well equipped and ideally positioned to explore the town as just a short walking distance to the high street. Parking spot for one car and a street permit for another, which was a real bonus.

Modern home - close to Winchester centre

The house was perfectly located to walk into Winchester. It was clean and well equipped for our needs.The icing on the cake would have been the homely little extras that we have experienced with other properties - ie: a pint of milk.That would have made it a five star property.

Stepping Stone to explore Winchester

The property is well located to shops, attraction’s, train and bus station - all within a short walking distance. Leave the car in the allocated space and get to know Winchester on foot! The property is spacious and well equipped. The owners respond quickly to queries and are very accommodating. There is a lot to see in Winchester so if possible give yourself time to stay and explore this very historic city. The tour of Winchester College and the Cathedral - must do!

Another lovely few days away. As before, perfect location for us to revisit the South Coast and get away and relax. House was a warm, comfortable and immaculately clean base to come home to. Fabulous House in Outstanding Location

Fabulous House, all amenities provided, very modern, very clean, very comfortable. House is literally 5 minutes walk from the centre of Winchester. The outside decking provides a great private little sun trap. All in all, excellent and we will be back.

Winchester Christmas season

On-site parking is nearly impossible. Don't try unless your vehicle is a compact. Permitted street parking around the corner works fine, so just use that. Beds are nice. Top floor is hot, so crack a window. Overall, very nice space with plenty of light and amenities. Winchester is great during the holidays, just stock up for when shops are closed.

Long weekend visiting friends on the South Coast

South House was perfect for our family of 5 including 3 boys aged 11-16. Incredibly comfortable and more than adequately equipped to a high standard. Being able to just pop in and out of the city centre from the house for the shops and for meals meant the location was perfect for us. Many thanks for a refreshing break.
