The property grounds were very well kept. The condo itself needs a lot of love. One of the refrigerator doors was taped on and pulled apart during use and the inside of the dishwasher was covered in a film. The beds weren’t ideal and sounded like they were made of plastic every time you moved. I will say that when there is an issue, the property managers are responsive via text. We had to message the a couple time about things that were not working. One bathroom had toothpaste all over the light switch when we arrived. The kitchen itself had the things that we needed to cook, but usually in a rental like this, there are some spices and things on hand. This one has nothing at all so plan to bring everything you need to cook. Also, there are no beach or pool towels so plan to bring your own.
The kitchen was nice and had lots of space and seating for eating.
This was gross a the basket was missing wheels.
The grounds are very nice.
We called on the first night to report this. They did come and fix it the next day.

We enjoyed our stay, unit was great. When maintenance was needed for a repair they quickly responded and it was fixed. We also requested a broom and mop and they delivered. Kitchen fully equipped so it was great!

Quick getaway

The locate was great! Traveling with small kiddos; walking distance the beach, pool and local candy shops was fantastic. The sense of security was also great there. When arriving the gentleman at the gate was ready and greeted us by name. As a single mom this by far made me feel safe instantly. Definitely will be looking forward to booking again.

We stayed for 4days 3 nights. Minor things that need fixing. Like kitchen appliances, TV, etc. Def would be back if things were a bit more fixed up. Pool was great! Loved balcony as well.

Disappointed in the fact that the kitchen lacked cleaning products such as dishwasher detergent, dish soap, dish rags and trash bags. There was also no seasonings in order to cook. It would have been nice to have extra blankets and towels as well. Also, no window covering in the port hole windows made the rooms bright at night because of property lighting and of course early sunlight coming into the rooms. The mattresses were very uncomfortable making for a restless sleep.

German cockroaches

The condo that we booked at this place had an infestation of german cockroaches in the kitchen. They offered to spray and we could just go back to the room. So ridiculous. We ended up have to book another condo at a different location. Not once did management get in contact with me. Worst experience ever. The room was very outdated. Save your money and do not book here.

I didn’t get to stay here because when I checked in the condo was full of roaches. It was so bad. I have a 9 month & they were crawling everywhere.. the maintenance guy said is was an outbreak. Why wouldn’t you tell someone before getting there.. did you think we would’ve not noticed. I’m waiting for a refund. I would not get this condo again. I had to go pay double somewhere else..

Uncomfortable for the price/Major roach issues

Location is perfect and the outside is pretty and only a 3 minute walk to the beach.The condo itself is not what expected for the money. They have a roach infestation. They crawl on the counters where you prep the food and all over the kitchen walls and bathrooms. Microwave is infested we didn't use it for this reason. The couch is old ready to be replaced you sink in when you sit on it it's very uncomfortable. Every single bed need to be replaced it squeaks and cracks with every movement. You will definitely get the worse sleep of your life. The split unit upstairs doesn't cool. I'm sure I'm not the first guest to complain on it yet nothing was done. They brought an old fan and claimed they needed a part but nobody ever went on the roof to check. I wish there would've been more honest reviews on this place. If you're planning on staying here RUN! You dont want to be stressing on vacation like I did.

Please know that our home was recently fumigated and bug bombed to address the pest concerns. The owner is aware of the worn furniture and beds and has plans to replace them soon. Additionally, the mini split upstairs was fixed during your stay to improve cooling. Most of the issues you mentioned have already been addressed, and the remaining ones will be completed shortly. Great Location But Lacking A Few Things

First, the check in process at the gate was very smooth and the gate personnel are very friendly. Our unit overall was nice though outdated. There were used kleenex in the floor in the upstairs bedroom, but aside from that everything else seemed clean. We called customer service our first day there because there wasn't any bedding for the pull out sofa and the WiFi didn't work (the WiFi network didn't even exist). Nobody contacted us or rectified the issues prior to us leaving. Additional things: bring your own trash bags- we were given two 13 gallon trash bags for 5 days, bring your own pot holders, cutting board, knife, and cooking sheet if you plan on cooking while there. If you have more than 5 people you will also want to bring silverware as there are only about 5 spoons/forks. If you are cold natured I'd recommend bringing a blanket to sleep at night. The covers are as thin as a top sheet. Aside from that, the balconies had great views, the pool is very nice and close to the unit, the beach location was excellent and the water was nice, there is a pickleball court that's not advertised but is very nice as well. Overall I would recommend, just wanted to help others be prepared for their stay.

Great location; unit needs some TLC

We love this complex for it’s beach access and the pool areas. We have rented several units within the complex over the years, and know that most units are full-time rentals, without a lot of frills, which is fine…we want location first and foremost. The price was reasonable and we had plenty of space for our family of 9. With that said; we would have appreciated access to the washer & dryer, as there were only 4 towels per bathroom and we were there for a full week. Additionally, the kitchen is pretty bare bones; we cook for most of our meals and would have appreciated a cutting board and some additional mixing bowls. The unit was clean and the few issues we had during our stay were quickly addressed by property management. The seating area could use an update; there was a large bar table in the center of the room with a single (uncomfortable) couch; it was hard to all sit together to watch tv or converse in the evenings. All in all, we enjoyed our stay!

The resort is wonderful. But this condo was awful!! Roaches everywhere. The dishwasher did not work! The day we checked in I received a text that the upstairs air conditioner was not working and someone would be coming the next morning to fix it. They finally showed up to fix it 2 days later. We had maintenance there until midnight the first night working on the toilet in the bathroom that would not flush and the sewer smell was so bad we had to stay out on the balcony with our young children. The hot water in the shower does not work nor does it work at the kitchen sink. Non of the plug ins in the living room will hold a phone charger in them without them falling out on the floor and that’s if the plugs work at all, there were several in the living room that did not even work. We also spoke to several other guests during our stay that were complaining of having some of the same issues! I have requested a refund but probably won’t get that either as every person that has contacted me about our problems has been someone different.
