*During the month of March and April per the HOA rules guests must all be 29 years of age or older. Children can occupy the premises if accompanied by their parents that are 29 years or older.
Enjoy this great vacation rental property on South Padre Island, TX!
This charming 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach!
The interior is nicely decorated and ready for guests to enjoy!
The kitchen is ready for guests to prepare meals in and is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils, basic spices.
The pool area is a great spot to relax and cool off in our tropical climate.
Bedroom Configuration:
Master Bedroom: Queen bed
Guest Bedroom: Two full beds
Living Room: Queen sofa bed
This condo is perfectly situated in the middle of South Padre Island, so walking to restaurants and shopping is easy from this location!
You will be enjoying the entire condo during your stay including the backyard and pool area. The backyard/pool is shared, there are a total of 4 units at this property. You will be provided a code for the smart lock located to the right of front door.
*Please read completely before booking - By booking you are indicating you agree and have read it all**
Warning parties and events: if an unauthorized/illegal gathering occurs, the police will be called, you will be evicted, no refund will be offered and you will not get your deposit back. Only 8 people are allowed at the condo at any given time including visitors.
Condo does have a camera security system in place. Cameras are only located on the outside in the front and back yard. One is facing the front door, one is facing the parking lot and one is facing the pool area.
** All beds are encased in mattress protectors**
No pets allowed per HOA rules! If we find out a pet is brought into our condo you will be charged a $150 pet fee for extra cleaning.
The pool is not fenced and water safety is of utmost importance. WATCH your KIDS around water, I cannot stress that enough. The condo does NOT have a heated Pool. Pool is cleaned weekly. Storms and wind do occur, I do ask to be informed in the event pool needs addressed. Please do not mess with pool equipment.
No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.
The condo has a smart TV in the living room and each bedroom. You can also log into your accounts and watch TV through Netflix or other services you subscribe to.
Bathrooms are stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom and many other traveler conveniences. In kitchen, 1 roll of paper towels, dish soap, two trash bags, three dishwasher and laundry detergent tabs as well. Once provided supplies run out you will be responsible for providing your own.
You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels.
If you would like to have early check in or late check out please let me know. There is an extra fee depending on length of time.
