Agarrus Rentals welcomes you in this large house is located in the center of Trouville-sur-Mer, it is an old butcher's shop on the ground floor plus four levels which extends over more than 200m2. Located a 3-minute walk from Trouville-Deauville train station and less than five minutes from the beach or the Casino, La Boucherie Trouville and in the heart of the bustling restaurants, quayside shops while remaining quiet on the street of the Navy.
Wifi throughout the house.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful week stay in Trouville! 2 families with teens/tweens there was plenty of space for everyone and a perfect location to access all Deauville/Trouville have to offer. We had everything we needed and host communication good. Highly recommend!

Great property in the heart of Trouville

This is great listing if you're planning on staying right in the heart of Trouville / Deauville, and you're not planning on using a car while in town. The river bank with shops, restaurants and supermarkets are all within a couple of blocks. It's particularly well-suited if you have a large group as it can cater for four couples and an army of children. The house is essentially brand new, with a well-equipped kitchen, a common bathroom on each upper floor plus another in the basement, and a washer/dryer combo that works very well. The common area is large and comfortable. We found the house to be very clean upon arrival and communication and check-in/check-out were problem-free.

Perfection

We are a family of 7 (parents, grandparents, and 3 kids (ages 13, 10, & 6). This house was perfect. It was beautiful from top to bottom. It was clean, comfortable and an amazing location. We had such a wonderful time. And Bertrand made sure our check in and check out was smooth and easy. The town was also steps away and so much fun. We cannot say enough how much we loved this house and the town! Just a note that we parked in the lot by the water, which was fine until the Sunday market. We woke up to a towed car because we missed the signs about the market (on Wednesday’s and Sundays). It was relatively easy to get the car back but if you drive there, watch for signs when parking.

Maison rénovée avec goût, très pratique, bien équipée et propre. Elle est également très bien placée, à proximité du centre. Merci encore à Laurence pour son accueil chaleureux! Tout était parfait pour passer un agréable séjour.

Maison idéale pour un groupe de 6+ personnes en plein Trouville

Nous avons l'habitude de descendre à l'hôtel pour nos séjours familiaux annuels à Trouville, mais nous ne regrettons pas d'avoir choisi cette fois cette très belle maison! La personne est flexible pour l'entrée et la sortie des lieux, cela a été fluide, et la maison suberpe! Un espace de vie commun très sympa, avec tout confort pour se faire quelques repas dans la maison et profiter des marchés locaux, on a profité du baby foot authentique, et à la marge nous avons utilisé l'équipement sportif, qui est complet! 3 salles de bain et toilettes, c'est le luxe pour une maison de cette taille, avec douche à l'italienne. Endroit calme sur une perpendiculaire de la rue principale de Trouville, proximité assurée de la gare et de la plage de Trouville, ainsi que le centre de Deauville. J'avais eu la possibilité de visiter lorsqu'à Trouville il y a quelques semaines le bien, propriétaire sympa et serviable en plus! Nous reviendons! Merci!

location rare ,alliant modernité et bon goût. Situation privilégiée ,à deux pas de la promenade le long des quais et des nombreux restaurants. Seule remarque négative concernant l'isolation phonique, surtout au rez-de-chaussée.
