Completely renovated by an interior decorator in 2024, we offer you a stay in our holiday home ideally located and quiet despite its location near the famous street "la rue des bains".


The house has an interior surface area of about 100 m2 spread over 2 levels only (first floor + R1), allowing to have spacious floors, plus a roof terrace of about 50m2.

It is arranged as follows:

First floor:

- Large room including a large fully equipped and new kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and all the necessary equipment to cook good meals with family or friends), large extendable dining table (up to 8 people), open to a living room with 2 sofas and equipped with a large TV, and a shelf with board games and books.
- Laundry room (washing machine + dryer, ironing board and iron).
- Bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.
- Small bedroom equipped with a single bed 90 x 200 cm (new bedding). Storage cupboards dedicated to this bedroom located in the corridor just opposite.

Level R+1:

- 1 children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90 x 200 cm and an extra trundle bed of 90 x 200 cm. This room is exclusively for the use of children (3 maximum). It is equipped with a desk and a chair for doing homework, a dresser filled with toys and a shelf with children's books.
- 1 master bedroom equipped with a Queen Size bed 160 x 200 cm (new bedding), with small console and chair.
- 1 large master bedroom equipped with a King Size bed 180 x 200 cm (new bedding) as well as a large desk with computer screen and a chair for telecommuting enthusiasts. This large bedroom can also accommodate an extra cot.
- Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
- Numerous storage cupboards in the upstairs hallway (each bedroom has its own storage cupboard with shelves and racks)

Level R+2:
Roof terrace. Accessible by stairs and access hatch.
Fully equipped terrace for dining, resting and enjoying the magical view of Trouville-Deauville:
- large round table for 10 people with armchairs
- lounge
- 2 large deckchairs
- barbecue
(everything is new!)

Bed and bath linen, WiFi, children's games, board games and books are at your disposal.

Traveller access:
By staying with us, you will have access to all the different parts of the accommodation.

Please note that the accommodation does not have private parking spaces and is located in a pedestrian walkway (you can nevertheless park in the adjacent streets located a few meters away).PGJyPg
LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: In order to respect the neighborhood, noise on the terrace must be limited between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. No festive events will be tolerated within the accommodation (bachelorette party, etc.).
The house is strictly non-smoking (the terrace will be your favourite place for your cigarette breaks!) and our animal friends are not accepted.
In the event of non-compliance with the internal rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the rental lease and to activate the deposit in the event of excesses or damage. We thank you for your understanding.
