Covid is over and it's time to get out and make up for lost time! Gather your family in our Historic Civil War-era home built in 1863. Our home is one of the oldest homes in Lake Geneva and in the famous Maple Park Historic District. If location is important, if walking to everything is high on the priority list, if convenience is ideal click "book now" before all the weeks in our calendar are taken. Only half block from the lake, and stones throw to Library Park.

Our home has been extensively renovated over the past two years with an eye to the contemporary convenience and sophistication while keeping the traditional beauty and romanticism of the past.

From the moment you walk through the entry door and see the curved staircase you know this home is special. Imagine all the stories that have been told on the front porch during long summer evenings. It's time to add your stories to the ones already told. Gather the family, pull up a chair and exchange memories as you rock on the front porch or around the fire-pit in the back yard.

Our large Kitchen/ Gathering room will be the center of many a card game, conversations late into the night, lazy breakfasts, easy lunches and fantastic dinners. The long dining room table seats 10 comfortably. And there's a little people's table, too. The family room encourages the couch potato to feel right at home watching movies or ball games on Streaming Smart TV! The living room is a place you will enjoy quiet conversation, reading a good book or taking that well-deserved nap. Appreciate the privacy of two primary suites with their own baths, one on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor. A powder room serves the main floor rooms. Full sized washer and dryer. Large yard for tossing the ball or enjoying the sun. And just a short walk to the unique shops and restaurants in downtown Lake Geneva.

We have a BBQ grill on the rear patio to enjoy your family's favorite recipes. There's a wrought iron table and chairs with umbrella stand for your afternoon leisure. The rear yard has a fire pit surrounded by 6 adirondack chairs so bring fixings for s'mores. Your friends and children will make memories to last a lifetime.
