Perfect!! Super clean, check in was easy! Location, location, location!! We had an absolute blast staying in this cabin! It had everything we needed. We will definitely come back!! Thank you!!
We rented this small, cozy home while visiting our daughter and family, and it was perfect for all the necessities. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean and well-kept. The host was efficient and responded quickly to all messages. We also loved having access to the community parks — such a wonderful feature for guests staying in the neighborhood. We would highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again on our next visit.

We enjoyed our stay so much we added an extra day. Cabin is dated but cozy, in fact I kind of like it like that because I felt like I transported back to the 90s. Awesome location in the woods, lots of wildlife and a great area outside to grill and enjoy a fire.
The cabin worked out great for our needs and the property and area are nice to walk around. It was also nice to have access to the private parks. Iris was very responsive to any questions.

Clean,Cozy and Convenient. No complaints but if I could change one thing it would be a pull-out couch instead of lounge chairs in the living room would make it comfier. just my opinion. We enjoyed it.
The first thing one notices upon entry into this cozy cabin, is, it's VERY CLEAN - I MEAN, VERY CLEAN! It has everything we needed for our short stay. Iris and her cleaner made sure that I would have a safe stay as I have extreme allergies and asthma - I had no issues! My husband and I are planning another trip there as my sister lives closeby. It's a perfect location for us! Don't be hesitant about booking this cozy cabin!
Had a wonderful time. This is my second time staying here. If you like kayaking this is the best town to stay in. All of the gorgeous freshwater springs are close by.
Struggled between 4 and 5 stars. The place was absolutely adorable. I would have preferred a slightly different bathroom seup that did not feel quite so camper feeling. Unfortunately we could not fish from the property, the water was just so very low and full of algae. But overall it was very pleasant to unplug. The springs in the area are some of the best we have ever seen. We'll go back one day!

The Sante Fe River is very low at this time. My apologies for being able to fish from property. The Bridge park 900 feet away would have been the closest place to try or go to Fishing park that is further down with more bank to fish. Maybe you can check out these parks next time.

Just an overall amazing experience. We had a great time and cant wait to stay again.
Our stay at the cabin was amazing! We especially loved the neighborhood parks in the area. Hodor Park was beautiful, peaceful, and never crowded — it felt like our own private retreat. We also had a great time at Ginnie Springs, which was perfect for some family fun with the kids. Another highlight was visiting O’Leno State Park, where we got to see the suspension bridge — such a cool experience! The whole area is quiet and relaxing, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We also loved ending our evenings by the charcoal grill and fire pit provided at the cabin. Can’t wait to come back!
We loved this adorable, charming little cottage/cabin. We stayed two nights and didn't want to leave! Had all the basic necessities and was a perfect getaway.
