Includes fire pit, stocked kitchen, grill , washer, and dryer. Close to Gilchrist Blue Springs, Ginnie Springs, and Ichnetucknee River. This is an ideal place to bring your boat and enjoy multiple rivers in one stay

This property is in a prime location near both the Suwannee river and Santa Fe river. Plenty of springs within a 30 min drive. House was perfect for a weekend on the river and came with everything we needed. The dock was a great hangout spot and very beautiful property!

We would have gone to more springs in the area but we were just so damb happy to sit on the dock and watch the river go by. Great place, great location. Coming back soon!

Lovely Riverfront Property

Beautiful gem on the river. Rooms were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Would definitely stay again (and probably will, as we have family in the area).

The property was just like the pictures. We had a wonderful time and the house was prepared with everything you need to make the stay perfect. It was a wonderful thanksgiving vacation! Definitely will come back!

Suwannee River Getaway

We were very happy with the house on the Suwannee River. Great location, very comfortable, and very well stocked with all the things we needed. Sitting on the porch watching the river was very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again.

River House Vacay!

We absolutely enjoyed every moment at River House! What a gem on the Suwannee River and a beautiful quick drive to the springs. We loved visiting the local restaurants as well and just sitting out on the porches and dock watching nature! My family of four was very comfortable there and everything is immaculate. Highly recommended this stay!

Very secluded neighborhood

No complaints...did not really understand the upstairs downstairs split with only outside stairs. Also the 1 mile dirt/sand road was a little tricky on motorcycles. Overall a nice vrbo.

Great little spot

Really liked the house. It was a little tricky getting on and off the boat because it did not have a dock. We made it work. Really wish there were ceiling fans in the bedrooms upstairs to circulate the air since there was no air in them. Overall really nice, clean, and well stocked. I would stay there again.

New Year’s Eve weekend gareway

I was looking to spend the New Year’s Eve at a peaceful place and surrounded by nature. The rice house on Suwannee River was perfect. My BF and I had a nice, relaxed time and surrounded by nature and perfect views of the river. Alexandra was a great host, contacting us and answering my questions and giving recommendations of places to visit. The River cabin was cozy and cleaned. I recommend this peaceful place to anyone who wants to have a relax time by serenity and nature

Anniversary Celebration

The singular negative to the property could be an enormous liability for the property owners. There is NO lighting on the stairway. After dark it is a blind access up or down. Although we did have a couple of stumbles, there were no actual falls. However, all in all the property and stay exceeded our expectations. The attention and care shown by the host was exceptional. We will likely return for another stay.

Beautiful!

The view is beautiful! We really enjoyed sitting on the upper and lower decks that over-looked the river. The dock was very nice… we tried to fish but did not catch anything. The children loved the rope swing and the fruiting orange tree in the back. We also had an Easter egg hunt in the back yard (which is large). There is a fire pit as well. The house is two stories but you have to use outside stairs to get up/down. This did not bother us, however if you have smaller children it might. It is perfect for separate parties or older children. The inside was clean and the beds were comfortable. There are two separate bathrooms with showers. This place is kind of out in the middle of no-where… so while very beautiful, the WiFi is not very fast and cell reception is not that great so keep that in mind if you are planning to stream or game. Overall this place was amazing and we would stay here again! Thank you!
