The Villa Lauréal is located on the heights of Grand-Bourg and offers a very nice view 180 • over all of Guadeloupe and Saintes.

Calm, simplicity and natural ventilation characterize this villa. In the middle of the day, if you open all the doors and windows, you will feel the trade winds on you!

The main villa offers:

* 1 parental suite
* 1 double room
* 1 twin room that can be converted into a double room
* 1 bedroom with bunk beds

=> a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine,

=> 2 bathrooms, one equipped with a washing machine

The villa also has an outbuilding that consists of:

SEJOUR CONVIVIAL EN TOUTE INDEPENDANCE

Villa très confortable où rien ne manquait (clim/moustiquaire pour les chambres... planchas pour la convivialité..) Les repas pris en commun sur cette grande terrasse avec une vue à 180°sur les Iles environnantes et la piscine pour la détente ont été appréciés de tous. Le 2 pièces en annexe (très bien équipé) a permis le confort de nos amis. Excellent séjour sur cette île paradisiaque où la qualité des prestations de la villa y a contribué. Je la recommande pour des vacances en famille et/ou entre amis.

Une petite perle face aux Saintes !

Villa agréable et très belle vue. Idéale pour des vacances en famille. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine sur la terrasse. La mère de mon mari a apprécié d’avoir son autonomie dans la dépendance de la villa. Les petits plus que nous avons appréciés : l’accueil de Gwen à notre arrivée, la cuisinière 5 feux et les planchas de table pour de la cuisine facile et conviviale.
