A nice quiet setting, with spectacular sunset views. Private, large Solar heated swimming pool, with beautiful covered patio, for serious relaxation. Only minutes away from all the activities of the city, beaches, and local attractions. The completely renovated house has 3 bedrooms, a very spacious living room, which opens right out onto the poolside patio. The large master bedroom has an extremely comfortable king size bed. The open concept kitchen is a 'chef's dream', with dual wall ovens, large glass top stove and extra capacity fridge with ice maker. Central air conditioning will help keep you comfortable in the extreme heat of the summer days. The centrally located bathroom has a bath tub and shower combination.
The yard is fully fenced, with a shady grass area, right next to the pool deck. Swim, relax, play or enjoy an afternoon nap, in a cozy spot. Take in spectacular views of the mountains, across the okanagan valley. For your convenience, there is a corner store, only a 2 minute walk away. Across the street is a school yard with massive playground, for hours of children's enjoyment. Slides, swings, climbing zones; the kids will love it!

Penticton Canada stay

The house was well appointed and the yard was landscaped beautifully! We had our daughters and grand daughter with us for part of the trip and our dog also loved the fenced yard! Jason was very responsive during the visit when we needed help with anything! Overall great stay and host and we’ll be back!

Penticton house

Craig was awesome to deal with, regular check ins to see if we needed anything, but didn’t, it was all there. Beautiful private yard, a lot of relaxing by the poolside. Thanks for a great holiday.

Fabulous property!

This was a very comfortable vacation rental for our family of four plus a dog. It is clean, the kitchen is very well-stocked, and it's in a great location! The pool is big, the backyard immaculate, and the covered outdoor area a game-changer. Jason was fantastic and we will definitely be back. (Bring your own pool toys though).

Great Property

Nice property located between Skaha and Okanagan lake. We enjoyed the pool and shaded cover over the deck. Nice to have the master bedroom with some separation from the kid's rooms. Jason was very responsive with any issues we had.

Great stay

This was the first time we rented a house and didn't know what to expect but Craig the property manager was great to deal with. We had a little trouble with the pool but Craig resolved the problem quickly. Besides the pool thing everything else was great. Thanks Craig

Feeling indifferent

Obviously was questionable time to go with the fires. It was cleared upon arrival, but a for did start to the west while there. The pool water was not as clear and clean as last time likely due to fires and smoke leading up to arrival. They have to be careful how much they charge and they were good about discounting in the end due to everything but there is a fine line.... They were even willing to fully reimburse up to the last minute which was great with all that was going on.... Thanks

LA House

Enjoyed the property but unfortunately disappointed with couple minor things. Recycling bins in house full when we arrived so when we had to put it in outside recycling bin it was full of garbage.. We went to transfer garbage in proper bin and it was full of maggots. Pool had green algae on bottom of deep end. so not great to swim in,. House was not as clean as expected especially with guidelines with covid. Overall we enjoyed our stay, just the little details that can make an accommodation great!

Really enjoyed our 2nd stay. Found everything as wonderful as the last time. Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, newly added comfy recliner sofa. Pool warm and inviting. Great views. What more can we ask for?

Lovely LA House

Property manager was awesome. Very responsive. Home itself was as advertised with the lone exception being the pool was a bit cold. But because it is solar heated and it was late season I can see why but it took us a full day to get it even close to warm. It was 24 when we got there and it took a full day to get it to 26 which is is still chill ( my 2 year old was not interested) so that would be the only disappointing part of our stay. But we managed to get it up to 27-28 by the second day and my little guy did come in a bit, but definitely something to keep in mind.

The warm weather helped us enjoy the pool time which was the intent. We had other family with us as well as others visiting and there was lots of room in the yard and pool area. We will come again hopefully...

Summertime Fun

Really enjoyed our week at the LA House. Just as pictured, and had everything we needed for our stay. Very clean, beds were decent. Check in and out very easy. Pool was serviced almost daily. Beautiful yard. This is a quiet place to relax, and close to all amenities. We would definitely return.

What a fantastic mini vacation. The property was exactly as described and provided us everything we needed for a holiday out of town. The pool was fantastic. The kitchen had everything you needed. The place was clean and Craig was excellent to communicate with. Contactless check-in. We hope to come back next summer!

Great family rental

Large, open, modern place. Fully stocked with everything you will need. Beautiful pool with non slip surface, fantastic for kids. Nice yard for pets also. Loved it, highly recommend.
