My house is located in the small hamlet of Logonet, 1.5 km from the port of Sauzon, the prettiest Breton port, and 2 km from Stervras beach.
The house is on two levels:
On the ground floor, a large living room with a sofa bed, fireplace, and fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
On the first floor, a large bedroom with a TV and DVD player, bathroom, and separate toilet.
Ideal for couples.

Beautiful cottage in the best part of Belle Ile

The cottage was perfect for our week long stay on Belle Ile. We had the use of a small outdoor area and garage for our bikes but these are for sale. The village is within easy access of a beach where in July/August you can watch the sunset; Sauzon the pretty little port and the northern point of the island. There are great little coves and beaches in three directions within 10 minutes by bike.

L'accueil par Violaine a été très sympathique et efficace.La maison nous a convenu à tous points de vue : bien équipée et très propre, décoration simple et de très bon goût, environnement du village agréable et accueillant, magnifique promenades à proximité, accessibilité des commerces et du très charmant port de Sauzon. Il était par ailleurs important pour nous que l'hébergement accepte les animaux de compagnie : nous avons une chienne, que nous essayons d'emmener avec nous un peu partout.

Petite maison typique bien située, dans une petite ruelle calme. Mais elle mériterait une rénovation : électricité pas aux normes, crépis intérieur tombe en miettes par endroits, huisseries vieilles et cassées (on nous a indiqué de ne pas toucher aux volets de la fenêtre du séjour, car gonds trop vieux et fragiles. Dommage, car je dormais dans le séjour). La porte d'entrée est bien vielle aussi, pas sécurisée avec un gros jour en bas, laissant passer des insectes (lézard, limace, mille-pattes). En plus, il y a avait des araignées dans leurs toiles dans chaque coins.Le plus problématique est la mauvaise foi de la propriétaire. En effet, en arrivant, nous constatons l'absence de lave-linge, pourtant présent sur les photos et l'annonce mentionnait "blanchisserie, buanderie" dans la rubrique des "équipements populaires". Après avoir écrit la propriétaire pour lui en parler, elle a immédiatement modifié son annonce puis m'a répondu que c'était pourtant indiqué. C'est quand je lui ai dit que j'avais fait des captures d'écran avant notre échange qu'elle s'est excusée. Je n'aime pas être prise pour une idiote. Nous avons trouvé un lavomatique, ce qui a engendré des frais supplémentaires.Au final, 1100 la semaine pour 3 pers, c'est bien trop cher. Sinon, Violaine en charge de l'accueil était sympa.

Un formidable séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent moment dans cette jolie petite maison bien restaurée. Nous avons été remarquablement accueillis par Violaine qui s'occupe de la maison sur l'ile. Le village est situé à une dizaine de minutes à pied du port de Sauzon et à quelques minutes d'une station de bus qui permet de rayonner dans l'île. Un formidable point de départ pour nos excursions. Un seul petit bémol, l'absence de terrasse ou de jardin, mais cette ruelle tres calme se prete bien aux aperitifs au soleil !

très bon séjour

15mns à pied de sauzon et de la plage de ster vraz, cette petite maison est très bien située, dans un village habité à l'année particulièrement calme. parfait pour 1 couple et eventuellement 1 ou 2 enfants. le propriétaire et sa représentante sont très serviables. un très bon séjour en somme. Merci. seul petit regret: il manque un jardin pour manger dehors même s'il est possible de s'arranger avec les terrasses voisines.

excellent emplacement

Après la déception de voir qu'il n'y avait pas de possibilité de se détendre en extérieur ( pas de jardin ni abri extérieur pour les vélos, ni transat...), nous avons pris possession de la maison qui est extrèmement bien équipée. Matériels et mobiliers de qualité, très bon couchage, pièces de belle taille; Départs de promenades à pieds ou vélo, maison dans un petit village, à l'écart des routes, très calme. A 15mn à pieds soit de la cote sauvage , ou du village de Sauzon, et à proximité d'un arrêt de bus. De belles et reposantes vacances, nous nous posions sur les plages ou rochers, ce qui est encore mieux que dans un jardin ...

Sehr schön gelegen, man kann zu Fuss bis Sauzon laufen.

Das Haus ist etwas klein für 4 Personen, passender für ein Paar. Ein wenig Instandhaltung wäre sicherlich nötig z.B: Fensterladen, Lichter
